It is actually just one letter, but because new genuine users might read the OP and confuse themselves if they does not know about it already, you should do it immediately.
That highlighted zero (0) needs to be changed to one (1) according to the new changes.
That's still ok, new genuine user will not be having 30 activity and old newbie confusing itself means that user is not reading things properly. (Whatever Theymos written that need to be taken, no need to getting confused with anybody else.) Sad thing is that no "newbie" responded to this challenge, even I posted about this challenge in "Beginners and Help" board in one of my post and almost a week passed since this challenge is opened. Not sure, whether it is the implicit nod from them that they know they are in shitposting and in no mood to change. |

I'm interested in the idea of creating an infographic of rules. I can make that commitment. Share your thoughts, how would you like to see such a picture? I've met various rules and guidelines for beginners, but I think it's a really great idea. In the form of photographs beginners it will be interesting to see their first steps on this forum. There is time when learning was considered as leisure activity and not everybody is learned. Religious beliefs are dominating the scientific facts and scientific facts were discarded. (Few centuries back, we were believing that earth was the centre of solar system). Once the monarch get free from the religious hold and new governments that are getting created are democratic in nature (even overthrowing monarchy.)
In this changing age we need the system which can educate the masses at least the fundamental concepts and modern schools are born.
Schools are still effective in teaching the fundamental concept to the masses but only problem I see that their curriculum.
When in every decade, a new technology will come and fade away,Mankind is facing new challenges schools are still using their old curriculum(or with very little change.) and this is the root cause of the problem.
Our challenges are changed what they used to 50 years ago but our curriculum still is more or less same .(at least in my country, we all still reading the same subjects.)

Some bounties of the company require 10 posts a week, some 20, and some 50.
Can be imposed a ban and set a maximum number of posts for all the bounty companies. For example, not more than 10 per week.
You made a valid point, I think it will be a good idea if the forum can set a maximum number of post an account can make in a week or two weeks, Why do you want everything should come from administrator(theymos). Why we are not taking responsibility for our quality of post and signature bounties we are joining? Will you like to restrain knowledgeable guy/Moderators to 50 post limit in a week and wait for another week to respond some queries. Just follow the Choosing your Signature wisely guideline. |

Maybe there is a problem with this part. One could not delete a thread but the content could be change. If it will be merited and later on the OP change its content like spam post then definitely the one who gave the merit will be reported for not following the protocol on giving merit. LOL. The merit for that post will be irrelevant because its credibility was being altered and this might confused and could be label as merit farming.
You think , you can frame anybody by changing the content later on and we will be not able to spot it? If a post changes after 10 (may be 15 minutes) after creations, a edited timestamp is also attached to that post. I clearly see you created post at 4:21 pm but edited at 11:53 pm. If you are merited between this time frame, I will understand you changed the post after getting merit. Anyways I guess Mods can find the original copy too, if they require. |

Because you can not delete your own thread/topic. The admin disabled it for members. Obvious reason to stop scammers or people who want to delete the evidences. Deleting a topic will also delete all the comments on a topic which is kind of hurting for the users who took their time to comment on a topic. mdayonliner already stated the obvious fact why we are not allowed to delete our own threads. But if you just created a test thread that you need to be deleted, then you just rename it as "To be Deleted" , change the content of post as "Deleted" and press "Report to Moderator" and fill "test thread , need to be deleted" and submit. Mods will take care and delete it. |

Your are supposed to read rule before using the forum. Moderators are not teachers here to help you to fix things. They just take actions whatever deemed appropriate. Plagiarism cause ban without any warnings to the account holder (not to the account only.) You are advised to leave the forum participation in all capacity (Discussion, creating post, PM etc.) with all of your Alt accounts , if they exists. You can still use the forum to read discussion here. |

Unintentional plagiarism is just as damaging to the reputation of the forum as the spambots’ plagiaristic activities. So, even a simple mistake is no excuse, and it’s a mistake that is very easily avoided.
Some are are very intentional they are doing text spinning, paraphrasing , merging more than one sources and using homographs. All of the above activities again fall in plagiarism and will get the user banned. Newbies All take heed; plagiarism is not taken lightly here.

You can report to the bounty manager and they can track them using their wallet address, (this must be theirs) and maybe track their submissions in previous campaigns using that wallet address.
It's also possible that they impersonated in previous campaigns as well. But if there was no report made by anyone, then maybe not.
What you will do if the user is giving wallet address of another user just for purpose of framing that user? But I assume bounty managers love the thousands of bumps with "authentication" spam in their threads, and most of them don't care about fake entries.
Bounty Manager and ICO is not going to care if they continue to pay in their token and using stake system on top of it. It does not matter to them to distribute their token between 10 participant or 20. Their allocation remain same. Suggestion: Boycott these bounties. |

theymos suggested that I'd give merits to some newbies in the forum who make good posts, but then I don't wanna waste too much time looking at threads for hours just to find one.
You can create a Merit review service putting your terms and conditions to qualify. It might will save your time as Newbies directly post on the thread (about their post that need to be reviewed.) or you can review last 20-30 post of that newbie. I know... I'm lazy. But I wanna spread the love. Lol.
