OP, it has now become a common practice for gambling websites that show up, advertise here and believe that they will get unbelievable amount of deposits to first pay their players, and then start stealing from them or others who play there. Unfortunately, there are not enough measures available for gamblers to understand what can they do in such cases, where some don't even show up and leave their money on the table. There ain't no enough supportive areas where a gambler can go if he is innocent and becomes a victim of such mischief from a casino. Casinos that do not gain enough from advertising here, just do it straight by stopping the winners winning huge because the casino does not have enough balance to pay the winner.
However, I would still wait to see if coinplay has something reasonable to play say here to prove their point.

To my basic understanding, banks keep a part of the total money they have been "lent out to", by the people who deposited it and lend the remaining to institutions and invest in real estates, share markets, bonds, mutual funds, etc. Now, I'm not criticizing anything but putting my point here. Just take marketcap of a coin for example. What is marketcap? Marketcap is the current price of coin * its circulating supply Fully diluted marketcap is the current price of coin * its total supply
Now, in both things, what matters is the price of the coin. So basically, marketcap is the virtual total of price*supply, which means that it is not fixed and it means that if the price dumps down or rises up gradually, so will the marketcap. However, having a huge marketcap doesn't mean that the coin has the buyers to absorb a big dump at the very exact average price where it is currently standing.
So, their money is not safe here too, but the issue here is not about exchanges lending out our coins the way banks do with our money, but the value of that thing we put our money in. Even US dollar can collapse based on the news coming from their part and each time they're raising their interest rates to keep US dollar strong but till when?
I'm seeing this as a double-edged sword where we are not guaranteed to get back the value of our money in the future. We say that a dollar is a dollar, but the value of that dollar isn't even worth a cent because the inflation rate has increased that high. And I believe in value, be it of the coin I put my money in, or the money that I put in banks.
It's true that banks may collapse anytime if all of a sudden, people start withdrawing their funds from there and I don't trust them at all, so I keep as much cash on hands as possible. I'm not interested in their cheap interest rates that we can earn in crypto through a single spot trade.

A very nice place to see all the merit gainers as well as the ones that need to rank up and need a few extra merits. Great work Ratimov, I also did my part and sent 1 merit to Merit.s who is one of the best posters on the forum. Congratulations LDL, you're just a few activity away from your Sr. Member rank now.

Let me make a guess.
Coinslotty 😉
Right or wrong? The Merit gave it away Lol easy to guess when you get merited by the one who hired you. However, sometimes people merit us just because they like to see that we are enrolled into something, so that can also be a way of showing gratitude.

I was interested in applying for this job but was skeptical about this, because I saw that this user came online after a very long time of inactivity, so I decided not to go for this. And as discord hack stories were in the talks some time ago when I used to moderate some groups, I stopped taking any discord jobs and looked for telegram and other social media. Thank you for bringing this in front of us and stopping us from going for this.

Please adhere the rules of this forum. No bump till 24 hours, and writing that "This is not a bump" won't help because all you're doing is bumping this thread without adding anything constructive to your post to keep it above everything else. Even if you want to update everyone on something, you must remember that there is an "edit" button here, so please stop shit-bumping here.

SNIP For example: you want to bet. Asking Al, who won the match between football clubs A and B, Al must have answered based on inputted data circulating on the internet to answer.
Means: there is no advantage in using Al, if you use solely for betting. Except: if you use Al only to ask some good gambling sites, popular, etc, it is possible, but can't guarantee 100% accurate. Remember: Al was created by humans, not humans were created by Al.
That's true because AI can only take into consideration the past performances of two teams that we ask the AI to predict the upcoming game, but as the input is based on past performances, it is said that past performances do not guarantee future results and nobody can predict such accurate results because AI is limited to optimising the data that is produced to it, not what it cannot do - predict anything.

6 spots still open! Hero & Legendary members only. Feel free to drop Your applications right below! Are you any admin/moderator of the gambling site (Stake)? If not then I think you are the alt/part of the OP(campaign manager). If you are alt or part of the campaign manager then why you are using both accounts to provide updates? Is it to get merit and build up your account? Kapokala is the person who selects those that get enrolled in this campaign. You can say he's a part of the management. Carollzinha handles the spreadsheet if I'm not wrong. I've been with this campaign some time ago, so I know some of them.

I did go through your kyc policy is it that you do not have specific amount of withdrawal that would attract kyc for gamblers or any withdrawal would require gamblers to do kyc as I am curious to know that. It does not augur well with gamblers.
Once again, you are welcome onboard.
Hey @CryptSafe, yes - a KYC is required once before a player can withdraw the winnings. Thank you, it's great to be here! What's stopping you from explaining us the "no wager deposit bonus"? If I deposit $100, I'll get $475 in my account? If so, and if I wish to withdraw the bonus, is there any term that I need to fulfil or the bonus is for forfeiture only, when we withdraw? Let's assume I lose $100 in a single bet or in a combined way after making many bets or gambling in the casino, will the bonus still remain there for me to recover my loss or is the loss considered as 'loss of my deposit' only and the bonus will be removed?

Sometimes, you hear from the stories, sometimes you become one. I was in crypto for a very long time now, I can be called an early learner but not adopter because I didn't buy BTC in those early days and kept waiting for it to fall each time it pumped. So my wait remained as it is and I never invested in it, was so damn lucky to see it at $120 but didn't go for it. It is a sad story, yet a story to learn something from it. It's not just about the latecomers, it is about the late action takers.

I thought it was for 50 members in total. I don't know if more of us are going to get paid or is it for the limited 13 only. However, they have received enough reviews so I guess they are at least fine with that part. I already forgot about this, it's been almost a month since I "applied". Now I see in a subject that this campaign is [FULL], which means the campaign is over or finished. rather unclear campaign management, so it is open to guesswork and assumptions about the course of the campaign itself. I don't think 'FULL' means over or finished, but he meant that the spots are filled completely and he must be waiting for the remaining 'reserved' spots to update their reviews before he pays ahead. Although, I'm still guessing here and don't know if it was for the 13 members only or for 50x as said in OP.

I'm really surprised that only 13 members made a review, what is the reason, I guess no one will give a deposit first. how is the selection process going here, I would like to try if there are still free slots.

It's never too easy to deal with something that has never been a part of your life but you forcefully need to accept it and live with it. It was not an easy task to live during covid because we were locked in our own homes, no work, no food (as if no work, how will you earn money and if no money, no food), and the worst of all, people who sold groceries and medicines especially the gloves and sanitizers, took huge advantage of this as they took it as an opportunity and washed their hands away in the flowing river of dead bodies, while the exorbitant dance of death continued to rule. In those days, the people who survived are said to be living a healthy life now because they are alive. Those who died, even their relatives couldn't take their bodies with them to the cremation ground.

With price breaching $25K in the past hour, starting to think this topic should be locked by end of day if price closes above this price.
It was a good topic while it lasted, many different opinions, but otherwise won't serve much purpose with price above $25K...
Btc has got enough resistance at/near $25K so I don't think it will be easy for btc to hold that area for longer. It needs sharp volume to break it and climb over $28500 to go near $30k. It does not have any good resistance area between $25800 and $29000 but it should break $25k again as it has created an inverse triangle flag and it looks like the big move is near and it will be on any side of the coin.

The reason they get hacked is because its new technology and full of bugs. Hence why there is usually a "bug bounty" for many projects where the hacker can just legally get paid for his "bug finding" rather than exploit the bug and take 100% of the assets.
Hence why you shouldn't keep large amounts on anything Defi related. Keep it cold storage and when you want to actually trade, then send the funds and when you are done send them right back. Keep everything in Ethereum COLD storage.
DeFi is not just limited to trading our funds in a decentralised manner but its major aspects are staking where traders lock enough assets due to great to average returns being provided according to the ratio of least to highest TVL (Total value locked) in it. Let's think for a moment that you have staked your funds on Binance Dex and it gets hacked, was it your mistake? I guess no, and the funds gone will only be recovered either if the hacker agrees to send them back or is spotted/caught by police.

TBH, I'm very much curious to understand that why did the government seize BTC from Chipmixer at the first place?
How can they (Chipmixer) come under the faulty category that they were the ones who motivated money laundering?
They had been providing a service for a very long time and since it's the nature of a mixer not to attain any piece of information from the transaction that gets done by whomsoever uses the mixer, then how does the mixer know that the funds coming to them are from a terrorist, a money launderer or a criminal? And if using a service like mixer puts the mixing service into trouble at some point, then what about those misleading adverts about IDOs in social media and what should be done to a group of people who try to sell services (for eg.: an insurance) of a fake company to us without knowing that it may shut down any day? Should the social media be shut down and should those people be put behind the bars?

If this happens, it will bring no value to the forum but mislead newbies and users who become new gamblers because of the manipulation that may take place when the votes to increase the ratings and good reviews are abused by the casinos themselves. There are better casino rating websites like the one from efialtis, where you don't get paid stuff but real reviews by the person himself. A lot of websites offer ratings and reviews but most of them line up the casinos based on how much they got paid from the casino to get ranked in their list, while some casinos also do PR and ask for paid articles as a review to only write good about them. Better ratings cannot take place here because misuse of the accounts and even paying users to vote for the casino may encourage corruption here and that may lead to gamblers being cheated in the end if the casino waits for bigger deposits and once received, it runs away.

The bears were (and are) still in power to hold it back under $25000. And after the news about: I don't see any chance for BTC to digest these one by one attacks, so it has a good shorting opportunity which will now take it back once again under $15k to create a final bottom before a bull run.
