Node address (Original code): http://btc.coinpool.pw:9332
Node address (Forked code): http://btc-fork.coinpool.pw:9334

To connect to me: run_p2pool.py -n btc-fork.coinpool.pw:9335
CPU: i7-3770 @ 3.40GHz
RAM: 16GB
Pipe: 1Gbit Hetzner Germany, DC#19
Using: Pypy 5.7.1 @ Ubuntu 16.04

Both nodes has integrated pull request with adaptive variable difficulty so are suitable for mining by many different ASICs at one time.

Also i've implemented scanner for public P2Pool nodes (both original and forked ones!) at https://p2pool.coinpool.pw/

I recommend using this pool, the guy is very skilled and honest.

I'm opening a poll now to decide which algo use for mining. You are called to vote between:

- sha256d

- x family

- brand new algo
Wondering what is x family algo. Listening for the first time about this one.

X11, X13, X15.

Many coins out there uses those algos which are however engulfed by asic miners too.

Dash (at the time DarkCoin) invented the X11 algo back in the years.

Finally we decided to avoid the use of BTC private keys to redeem XBS.

Get ready for the launch soon!
147  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: BITMIXER.CO - Bitcoin Mixer & Tumbler - Anonymous Bitcoin Mixer on: August 10, 2017, 05:12:55 PM
Bitmixer.co was first an investment in domain names. Then i came up with the closure of bitmixer.io and I thought to start this service.

Unfortunately I have bigger fish to catch for business so i stopped the website and will keep back on with a new backend script to manage the mixing when i'll have time.

I'm in no need to scam anyone and I was just trying to offer a service with a recognisable brand like name. I'm not stealing anything to anyone.
If bitmixer.io would still be active I would have never started the project.
148  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: BITMIXER.CO - Bitcoin Mixer & Tumbler - Anonymous Bitcoin Mixer on: August 06, 2017, 02:05:58 PM
Bitmixer.io is currently under backend maintenance while I perform some upgrades and fix.

Hear soon.

First of all thanks to everyone for the feedback and suggestions.

I understand that a moderated thread sounds not-so-good for this kind of services but I'm not going to abuse of this feature in any way, negative comments and critics will be tolerated unless they become offensive, that's why I choose to use a moderated one. In my long experience here I've seen that trolling could go at its finest here,so better to prevent instead of fixing.

About the mixing process, this is just a beta because Crypto community lost Bitmixer.io few days ago, a service very useful for everyone, and I felt that something like this was needed.
I'm not the owner of the closed Bitmixer and I believe that privacy is a matter of human rights, so this is the reason why I started a mixing service.

I will update the software daily to improve the backend techniques and gain the trust of the community.

Hear soon.
150  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: BITMIXER.CO - Bitcoin Mixer & Tumbler - Anonymous Bitcoin Mixer on: August 05, 2017, 05:12:05 PM
You should ask for signed message from the sending address because everybody can check the given deposit address (I assume it will remain same for whole day for everyone) and than claim the sending address is his/her.

Users can first complete the form, send it, and then mix BTCs.

No need to use a signed message and compromise even more your anonimity.
151  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: BITMIXER.CO - Bitcoin Mixer & Tumbler - Anonymous Bitcoin Mixer on: August 05, 2017, 05:08:08 PM
You are encouraged to try the service with smaller amount (over 0.01 BTC) and test it.

Sorry for the little typo in the OP, now website link works fine.

Uhm, nope. I don't have too high hopes for as technical site as this, if the launch fails easily like this :/
The site should have at least been tested before announcing it anywhere.

Edit: Starting post still says bitcoinmixer.co instead of bitmixer.co

I edited the OP with the correct links. We can take the drama off now. Tongue

Nice job Smiley However problems with DNX of your site.
Do you offer same kind of chipping of the funds as chipmixer does?
And also, what are your fees and are you planning to make a site on i2p or tor as well?
The main reason people want to mix, is to minimize their digital footprint and if you host the mixer on clearnet, it will not attract as many customers probably.

Thanks for the encouraging words.

Bitmixer.co offers:

- wide funds pool from clean transactions, regularly updated every day.

- completely offline and automated procedure. Coins are always safe during the entire mixing process.

- nothing is stored on the webserver, neither your personal infos which are sent through an encrypted connection to a secure webmail.

- we do not use cookies, no javascript plugins or any other injectable code, making Bitmixer.co ideal for i2p and tor websites.

TOR and I2P websites mirror will come soon.

Fees are 0.25% and 0.0005 BTC for each different output address other than the 1st.

Here it is the form to proceed with XBS redeem.

https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdx-tcLW8AAMMx5YmH9UlEQgYTnKKJB-O-9RqTFIhdUmA2nRw/viewform?usp=sf_link

Please follow the following instructions:

1) Open your BTC wallet (you can't do this from exchanges) and transfer your BTC funds to a new and fresh BTC address, preferably on a different computer so to ensure it's a completely different private key.

2) Export the private keys from your (now empty) old BTC wallet. The procedure to export private keys depends on which wallet you are using.

3) Fill the form with your private key and email. Double check every information because it's the only way your can correctly claim your free balances.

If you follow those simple instructions your actual BTC funds will be safe and your succesfully redeem XBS.

Redeem phase will last until block 480000.
You can redeem XBS also with BCC private keys.

You should take a snapshot of the current Bitcoin blockchain and use that as starting balances rather than having people send you old private keys.

Also make sure to have replay protection in BitcoinCashClassic like BCH did so there is no unexpected problems with sending XBS.

You will have a lot more support this way than having people send you old private keys in a google form/email/PM etc.

This post is not an endorsement, just my suggestions.

Appreciated your thought.

...Collect users BTC private Keys...

Am I missunderstanding or are you crazy? In what world would users willingly give their private keys to a third party?

Obviously people have to follow the same exact procedure as of Bitcoin cash to keep their coins safe. Transfer the actual funds of the BTC address of which you will use the private key to redeem XBS to another fresh BTC address before using it to redeem BitcoinCashClassic will ensure that your BTC can't be stolen or used.
BitcoinCashClassic is taking balances valid until Bitcoin block 479000 (25 blocks ago).

I have a new supply distribution proposal, would like to know what the community thinks about it.

- Collect users BTC private Keys (through a form) to import in the genesis block all the existing BTC transaction history in XBS blockchain. (The same concept as BitcoinCash)

- After BTC private keys are collected, I'll send back to owners email a private key for XBS with the equivalent amount of coins that were owned in the correspondent BTC address

- Genesis block is generated with roughly 16 Millions of XBS (the actual amount of BTC circulating at the moment) and users who claimed the XBS priv key with their BTC priv key just need to import the received XBS private key in the XBS wallet (which will be released after BTC priv key collect).

- PoS kicks in from start

- PoW will follow the same BTC schedule with the main difference that XBS has 60 seconds blocks, instead of 600 seconds blocks, so the supply production will be faster. A good alternative is to keep a different supply schedule to avoid large inflation in short time due to shorter block time.

Let me know your thoughts.
