141  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could this be a bullish sign as halving approaches? on: January 15, 2020, 02:00:16 PM
The volume of the crypto market rose more than double in 24 hours span, this might be the sign of starting of a bullish season. Dash and top coins are performing really well even when BTC is on the upward trend. People are expecting an alt season from long time now and we may be seeing the start of one. If BTC brake the psychological barrier of 9k$ then we may see good alt movement.
142  Economy / Economics / Re: Mistakes That Make You Poor Poor In Cryptocurrency on: January 13, 2020, 02:56:47 PM
The only mistake I had done in crypto world is that I trusted a guy and tried to trade without having an escrow. Obviously, I lost my ETH and the guy vanished as soon as I sent him. It was not a big amount and I was still a noob in crypto that time. Another mistake was to sell my BTC when I used to earn more and the price was less. I dont think anyone will do these mistakes now and even earning btc is hard.
143  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is the future ?? on: January 13, 2020, 02:05:00 PM
Altcoins will come and go but bitcoin is here to stay. Its not that alts havent tried to become more popular than Bitcoin but its harder than they think. There are many alts which has the potential to grow stronger and become a reality in the future. Many alts will be implemented and may be used rather than fiat. But if blockchain is widely used in systems then Bitcoin will be popular than ever.
144  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: You the local Bitcoin joke in town? on: January 12, 2020, 07:42:50 AM
This has happened to me personally at my office as I was one of the Bitcoin talker all the time and tried to tell everyone that this is the next step of evolution in money. But this was when the price was around 1000-2000$ price and then there was a dump and I became on of the Bitcoin *Joker* at office. But then the price came back up like it happens all the time. Now, even when the price downed by 50% from its all time high my colleagues dont joke on me, they know that it will turn again.
145  Economy / Economics / Re: is it possible that the bitcoin was created by governments? on: January 12, 2020, 06:59:50 AM
Is there any details of this conspiracy theory..?
The only question I got after reading is that Why..? Why will any government would want to create something decentralized which cannot be controlled by them.? Governments are not ready to implement, why will they create bitcoin..?
146  Economy / Economics / Re: What if crypto vanishes? on: January 11, 2020, 06:14:43 PM
We wont be here talking about it because the whole internet will be down when that happens.. Otherwise How.? Just think of a way how crypto may vanish in a night..? If there is internet then crypto will be. Its not easy to kill crypto in a month or a year if thats what you meant, because to even find out and stop the projects and companies, it will take more than a year.
147  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is World War 3 coming because of the bombing in Iraq? on: January 11, 2020, 05:15:37 PM
I have always thought that after World war 2, if there was another war then it would be the end of this world. But we should not see a nuclear war in future.

After the blunder of Iran hitting a passenger Ukrainian airline, it will be very for Iranian army to conduct future attacks right now. Its really sad that a passenger plane got in between this stupidity.
148  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How many ICO and IEO are you already following? on: January 11, 2020, 04:06:20 PM
ICO's are not working these days because there is neither investors nor strong idea for a concept. Harmony was the only IEO I followed and invested little in my portfolio. Most of the IEO's also are not trustworthy now as they too have started pumping and dumping on their exchanges. We may see a new wave of something better than this in 2020.
149  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: GOLD Storage, the best bounty stablecoin until now on: January 11, 2020, 03:46:00 PM
I would agree that the bounty is good and the manager is paying the payment every week correctly. There are many coins which came and went, Backing with gold or dollars is not a new thing in the alts. But the coin is not listed any reputed exchange. Bitforex does not have good user interface but the volume is good.
The campaign is good because the participation is limited but the marketing is not that good with so less participants. Hopefully they may accept more people in the future bounties.
150  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin The King Of Crypto on: January 11, 2020, 01:52:01 PM
You cant compare Bitcoin with altcoins. If you see the popularity and adoption of bitcoin and the length of being a reality in the market, altcoins wont stand a chance against Bitcoin. There are coins which have potential and can be adopted in mass but it will be harder to beat the King.
151  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin still or altcoins on: January 10, 2020, 04:57:26 PM
You can see the charts and analyze that there is no meaning in investing your bitcoins into alts. Its best to have all your investments or at least 90% of it in Bitcoin right now.. Bitcoin is on the move right now and it will make the alts bleed more and more.
152  Other / Off-topic / Re: How do you handle pain? on: January 10, 2020, 04:43:35 PM
It depends on what type of pain it is. There are many injuries where it is necessary to take pain killers and lessen the feel of killing yourself. If it is something small then what I do is try and keep myself busy in something which I like to do, like gaming or reading a new book.
153  Economy / Speculation / Re: Nice Increase in Price but What Next?? on: January 10, 2020, 04:23:56 PM
Bitcoin is again back to the 8000$ level and we may see alts bleed again with this pump. If the market stays above that level with good volume then it will be good for alts in the future to accumulate more before another season. Lots of people made good profits using leverage trading and this might be the best time to do scalp trading.
154  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If you have a $2000 and had to invest in crypto which coins would you buy ? why? on: January 10, 2020, 03:36:16 PM
Though XRP is a good coin to invest and hold for long term, the only coin I would buy right now will be Bitcoin. Because, with large volatility going on, it will be too risky to invest in any altcoin at this moment. Even ethereum is a good choice as there are many development updates coming soon.
155  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Iran keywords Google interest over time explode! on: January 10, 2020, 03:13:55 PM
I dont think it was because of there was an increase in people buying bitcoin in Iran, rather there was a news that the price of Bitcoin reached a new all time high which is 21000$. Which was totally exaggerated, and over calculated. We may not see a war for now and this may be just momentary.
156  Other / Off-topic / Re: Where can I sell handmade goods for cryptocurrency? on: January 09, 2020, 06:08:45 PM
If you want a platform totally dedicated to that then there is no one. But you can sell many things on this forum and get crypto as a payment. Selling stuff for only crypto might not be as popular as it looks right now.
157  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [LAUNCHED][POW]⚡ELECTRONEUM⚡Official Moderated Thread on: January 09, 2020, 06:00:59 PM
ETN is waking up

Massive deals on the horizon

You can pay your phone bill with major carriers with ETN in 4 countries and expanding

ex UNICEF Director David Bull join ETN Team..

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5195039.new#new

Paying Bills through ETN is very good and what are different countries accepting ETN as their payment option. In the coming days, we might major companies will start using this ETN coin for the payment option, whether we can use them for DTH recharges are only for phone Bills?

We are still far from mass adoption, if there is any third party apps from other countries start accepting ETN like they do with BTC then we may see good growth in the ETN world. Also ETN has stopped updating on Blockfolio, it would have been better if that was continued.
158  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Blockchain Replace Banks? on: January 09, 2020, 05:25:02 PM
Blockchain is already replacing banks in many countries. Transactions from one country to another is easier with blockchain and crypto. Many banks have understood this and already using it. They just dont want to market this idea as people may opt in to crypto on their own if they get to know about this.
159  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why price down after listing in exchanges on: January 09, 2020, 05:05:00 PM
It doesnt happen to all the coins. There are many coins whose price gets doubled or tripled when it lists on a reputed exchange.
If there was a bounty and if that was distributed early then most of the bounty hunters are bound to sell these days, also there may be investors who are planning to cash out their profit.
160  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Litecoin - a lite version of Bitcoin. Launched! on: January 08, 2020, 04:55:15 PM

This is bullshit.. just buy Bitcoin sell your Shit Litecoin .. its time to Buy Bitcoin

I don't know exactly what happened, according to the title of the article above it only said "The Silver to Bitcoin" in my opinion it's only natural that we know that LTC is the silver version of BTC and everyone would know it since a few years ago.

The publish0x guy is only creating more posts to increase the audience to that website, dont even bother to check that out.

@Chandu141

Why are you in a hurry to announce that Litecoin is dead..? Are you holding it or just here to shill..?
