141  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Between Ether and Bitcoin, which will be on top in 5 years? on: November 07, 2017, 08:02:52 PM
Let's check this predictions after 5 years Wink Imo total market cap of cryptocurrencies will exceed the apple's cap after few years. In this case btc price should exceed the 10000$ level. Ethereum also has good potential but my guess is 6000$ after 5 years.
142  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Multiple ERC20 tokens in one ethereum wallet on: November 07, 2017, 08:00:28 PM
Erc20 tokens can be linked to single ethereum wallet,so no need to overthink things. Ethereum contract addresses can be changed by smart hackers during transaction,my advice is to check contract addresses before sending single penny to other address. Maybe that is the reason why livecoin exchange doesnt accept eth by contract address.
143  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Waves Vs. Ethereum on: November 07, 2017, 07:57:24 PM
Latest ethereum fork changed the way of ethereum's speed handling power. Even i choose 2 gwe on ethereum transactions it happens fast and smoothly without paying any additional fee to miners Cool Waves team should stick to rules that stated on whitepaper.
144  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin fork in december on: November 07, 2017, 07:55:23 PM
BTC prices have reached the month of pluto, this price is more than expected by previous investors. It's not just me who wish but everyone wants to get a good sale for altcoin after a fork.  Cool

There are few aspects that affected current sharp price change. Fork speculation by hedge funds and new opened cryptocurrency future contracts caused big spike on single price candle. I also expect bounce back on charts after all this news get settled accordingly.
145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where do you hold your coins? on: November 07, 2017, 07:52:41 PM
Imo best available option is hardware wallets which offer best secure defence system against any hard attack. Desktop wallets can be considered as medium impact level in terms of security. I currently use hardware wallet like every trader who wanna to securely hold coins.
146  Economy / Speculation / Re: If you had 10k Would you buy Bitcoin before the fork or after? on: November 07, 2017, 07:50:32 PM
Smart investors will wait for settled dust and i will join to ther trend after fork. There is no easy way to determine minimum price level on chart but fork speculation will affect to the direction of price before it happens.
147  Economy / Economics / Re: What is a good amount of BTC to Buy? on: November 05, 2017, 12:03:26 AM
I think for now , 0,5 Bitcoin is a good amount to buy for now. If you're hesitating about Bitcoin so 0,5 is a good amount for you. Not too much but not a little.

Serious amounts should be more than 10 btc imo. Current price doesnt let to small investors to keep adding bitcoin to portfolios. After some pullbacks we will see next price attempt by bitcoin towards to 10000$ level.
148  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why is ETC suddenly rising? on: November 05, 2017, 12:02:08 AM
The name of the thread says it all.

ETC seems to be on fire lately, any ideas why?

Demand increased to ethereum because of Vitalik tweeted about some improvements about project's future. Also high bitcoin prices causes panic on market and investors who sold out their  position on bitcoin wanna to buy reliable coins like ethereum.
149  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin: Best investment in 2017? on: November 05, 2017, 12:00:09 AM
If someone has bought the bitcoin at the begining of that year(2017) then should say that it was the best investment for him in 2017. And i also can say that bitcoin seems to be very promising for people who are intrested to invest currently. As i see on chart we have 7 300$ for 1 BTC, probably the price will stop near 10 000$ per 1 BTC because people wont be so willing to pay much more for Bouhdr

Demand keep increasing day by day with mass adoption. Mass adoption gonna be huge after massive news about cryptocurrencies get released by journalists. IMO new projects will replace digital money system of online world if they keep their promises according to whitepapers.
150  Economy / Economics / Re: what will happen to banks? on: November 04, 2017, 11:57:36 PM
Since banks profit from fees and blockchain will kill fees, my guess is banks will be negatively impacted.
Some banks are already stepping into the blockchain world.
But blockchain will not bring back the profits as otherwise.
Any thoughts?
Apologies if this is not the right place to discuss.
Thanks in advance.
The basic rule in this world, if you're not trying to become better, you will be removed. It's the same with banks, at this moments, the facts are banks was a little backward and what they need the most for now is improving it. So they will apply the blockchain technology into their system .

This is the first rule of capitalism: Competition.. Banks will adopt their system to blockchain with ripple but this can take several years. Current market supply of coins is not enough to replace whole banking system.
151  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Prices Still Firmly Above $7000, Without China on: November 04, 2017, 11:54:45 PM
Current price rise is caused by two factors in my humble opinion. According to cointelegraph amazon purchased coin version of site and this new caused big jump on price chart. Second fact is about futures of bitcoin and inistutional money now can buy futures of cryptocurrency.
152  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you check Bitcoin price everyday? on: November 04, 2017, 11:52:28 PM
In my case this action is a bit different Smiley There are some apps on play store and this apps provide alerts when price increases or decreases with given level. Blockfolio is best option and you can also check regularly your portfolio value without giving your personal details.
153  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: buy btc now or wait the fork ? on: November 04, 2017, 11:50:26 PM
you should choose the right time to buy , so i think no it's not the right time . wait

My approach is same like yours. Right time means to wait for pullback and catch it. I never try to grap small points when i trade on markets. Catching the bottom is like trying to catch falling knife. Better to divide and buy in small parts in order to make average entry to position.
154  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can bitcoin kill maximum alt coins? on: November 04, 2017, 11:48:07 PM
Now a days all alt coin markets has been dumping and dumping without any simple pump for the btc price increasing. So just i want to know that can bitcoin destroy the maximum type of alt coins market?
Nice but FYI, i'm holding a lot of bitcoin right now not caused by the price of the bitcoin but i want to earn the more free money through the bitcoin gold. And i can be used it to be the more capital; to trade in the altcoin.
TO kill altcoin will a bit difficult to the bitcoin because altcoin has their own market dominance

This forks causes so many problems before and later it happens. Everyone wants to get their part from cake but noone cares about other alternative options like cheap altcoins. While everyone is digged around forks smart investors already collected cheap altcoin with buying on support levels Wink
155  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BitCoin Is Too Complicated for Average People! on: November 04, 2017, 11:45:34 PM
For average Joe it is not so complicated if opponent can clearly explains things. When i talk about bitcoins to my friends first, i start with some economic approach before going to technical side of story. Later i explain market cap, prices, market, trading etc..
156  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should I Invest On Bitcoin Before Upcoming Hard Fork? on: November 04, 2017, 11:43:38 PM
Hi everyone, I have booked 1k profit from bitcoin with my small investment. Yesterday price fall made me to sell bitcoin and now the price is much more and it recovers it's position, do you think it will go up or down before, on or after hard fork,.

Firstly, you shouldn't do panic sells. It doesn't matter how low the price is, if you don't change your btc when the price is low, that means you have still a chance to save your money. Secondly, there are too many speculations about the fork. I think it is better to wait for now, but of course, the choice is yours.

Panic selling is good for day traders because they can easily collect cheap coins and buy back from low price. If seller doesnt have clue about how trading, market works they should go back to study basics and come back before making such mistakes.
157  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin is better than Cash. on: November 04, 2017, 11:39:41 PM
Bitcoin now is worthy of more than 7000 dollars lol

It's now close to $7,500 and it keeps on pumping. Many says that it's possible to reach $10,000 in no time so everyone before the fork is buying. They'll get two coins at the same time, B2x and bitcoin but many aren't going to support the other chain and this course is still quite debatable.
Yes,  That's the reason why bitcoin has a potential than cash. Because here in bitcoin if you just believe you can be rich in anytime or more years to wait in the way of investing in bitcoin. Because this time the value of it is,keep on increasing and there's  a near possible to reach $10,000 like what you mentioned.
You are right, bitcoin have a high potential compared to cash, because we all know that bitcoin price increase over the years, so investing in it is too profitable in long terms, and then you can make a huge profit in the future, but with cash you can't do that, because usually the local currency not increase too much each period like bitcoin.

I am an economist and there are some doubts about  circulation of bitcoin in case of it gonna to substitute the cash system. First of all bitcoin supply is limited and imo this limit will cause sharp price changes in future.Bitcoin is not suitable for this purpose and there are some other alternatives.
158  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [MNX] Minexcoin Speculation !!! on: November 04, 2017, 11:36:37 PM
Finaly, minexcoin listed on livecoin now. Price is arround 20k-40k satoshi or arround 1.5 -2.5$. Its bellow ico price that 5$.
I think i will buy some MNX an park them. I think it will reach 10-20 in near future.

dude, right now the price is trading above ico. The previous value of 3 months 0.00230755 BTC (ico price).

u can be seen here: https://minexcoin.com/?r=site/ico

now: 0.00040740 BTC  Shocked Shocked
Now 10k satoshi but it doesn't contain a lot of daily trade volume. This shit coin will never worth a lot in the future, there is a lot of competence project rather than this one.
I believe about this token will be dumping a lot in asap. Just see that.

Better to research market conditions and project itself before making such offensive post. Minexcoin already released their memorandum that bank algorithm keep increasing percents of parking day by day till price hits 20$. Mark my words and come back to check after 2 month Wink
159  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which coin can go to $100 next year? on: November 04, 2017, 11:33:47 PM
IMO pillar, omg, veri can easily hit 100$ level. But i never invested to this coins because of whitepaper which has a lots of technical details. Pillar has potential and it will  pass this price levels if they can keep their promise.
160  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Anybody all in in one altcoin? on: November 04, 2017, 11:32:20 PM
I never ever put all eggs in single basket. Why should i invest all portfolio to random coin/token instead of diversifying portfolio? I cant predict what will happen after few years but safety of investment comes first.
