Well my TB is almost out of the game for the pool it seems.  Cant wait for my new hard drives to show up but by time they do and their setup im not so sure how long their going to be competitive it at all.

its almost impossible to lose money since the rate of burst is good and shows much promise. you pay pennies running your harddrive thinking in terms of electric.. ware and tear is the only concern

average harddrive spinning 24/7 lasts two years+ out of the box

right... the card manufacterers ati and such make so much money from the card hype

wd toshiba seagate are about to get greedy when they catch on to this trend..

PS.. i feel happy since i joined this entire harddrive mining community. its so peacefull and happy here.. everyone helps each other. lets not talk about the "other alt coins" with 80% fud and anger filling every page

mining with CPU... mining with cards... mining with harddrives and utilizing my ram generating plots on 3 other computers networked to this one Smiley oh and dont forget the asics out in the freezer box .
Now we just need to figure out how to mine with sound cards.

why cant i generate coins by moving my mouse.. like you see in some rsa key generators Smiley

hell yea, burst power!

now we just need a way to mine with our extra bandwidth Cheesy

A new idea for a coin Smiley

I have a 100 mbs fibreop connection and my provider will allow me to boost to 400 if I want to pay.

an idea i cant do anything with Cheesy .. networker not a programmer..some dev take it and run plz

Use your BURST wallet as your username and any password! Complete stats and profitability as well as visibility.  You might recognize the site design. Smiley

Check the 'MY MINER' page to see how many BURST you have earned so far the current shift as well as any outstanding balances! And also see exactly how many coins, of what type, your miner has earned so far!!

let it be known clicking dashboard bring you to this site http://burstmultipool.com/index.html non existent page

Hi,Dev.

Today is the first day of the Scrypt pools online.Time of less than 15 hours. Pools count force 188MH, has found 10 blocks.

So just need 2000MH operator can cover all the force. 28MH ZEUS miner Machine just need 165$.4TB HDD 150$,but HDD Produce high profits without him.

Efforts to balance the hard drive will be easily broken.

I suggest that the developers update burstcoin system that allows the hard drive to obtain greater force count, less capacity.

I'm sorry, the above is to use Google translation.

Scrypt kill this coin.

Burst mining calculator
Height   9662
Coins per block   10000
Basetarget     4522561
Total size of plots     10TB HDD      150$*2.5=375$
Your results:
Coins per hour   353
Coins per day   8473
Coins per month   254191
Estimated network size   4249 TB

28MH Scrypt can find 7500 Coins per day

We only have one way to go, replacement hash algorithm, or enhance the difficulty of CPU write data. Difficulty increased 100-fold, 100-fold reduction in write data. Such force is to enhance the operator HDD 100 times, enough to fight the current mining machine. Although written a long time, but the value of the HDD higher.

I'm sorry, the above is to use Google translation.

You can't mine BURST with scrypt...

you arent mining burst directly... you can mine to get paid out in burst.

http://burstmp.com/stats down?HuhHuhHuh

it show 0MHash on "Hashrate Per Pool" graph!!!!

edit you probably it looks like we switched coins we were mining. not that we really know...

http://burstmp.com/tbs

my miners still getting shares accepted...

sure hope we get payouts .. at 300mh~ the pool is at its only like $50 usd worth of mh for the 24hours

i just noticed the "Payments every 24h at 06:00 PM EST when enough coins have been mined."

what qualifies as "enough coins" i didnt receive a payout a 6am with like 6 hours of ~50MH on your pool. this is why i didnt put any more hash power on this pool im starting to become skepticle according to your payout chartt  ≈0.0005 BTC/MH/day
≈125 Burst/MH/day    divided by 24 .... thats 5.2 burst per hour per MH... so i should already of had 5.2*50(mh)*6(hrs)... 1562 coin isnt enough to payout?Huh?

Wait 18 hours and 5 minutes to payouts.

so should i not of been expecting a payout at 6pm est? or is first payout tomorrow ( 18 hours away)

yup windows 7

EDIT, i am on the OP dev's miner and pool. maybe his is less buggy.

what pool?

the only time my ram gets up there almost maxed out is when i run the plotter from 3 other computers with 5000 stagger on each. accross gb network

no sir just good old fasion v2

this my good friend is a great idea. will use. thanks

burst is dead, i lost so much money on this Embarrassed Cry

You should do a stand up comedy act so we can boo you.

so we are the only ones to have the mem issue?

I got mine resolved by dropping back to 7 cores and using java -Xmx1024m in the mining bat. No crashes since.

i'm speaking about the mem required with mining only not plotting, not talking about crashes(no crash for me, never)

No same problem for me, with two disk, one miner close automatically after a few times (sometimes 10min sometime 2 hours). For the moment, the only thing i found to let it run, it's to convert the .bat in a .exe and launch an app that allow to automatically restart the exe when crash....

Apparently, the biggest the disk his, more often the problem appear.

wait my problem is not that lol

my main problem is that my ram usage is too high, 6.5 GB with 3TB hd

Yep i understand that, but that the same for me, and after a moment, because i run two miner, one crash. (8gb memory and One disk with 1tb and other with 4tb)

im almost running 10tb with 5miners on a computer with 8gb of ram. and im still plotting more on the same computer. i dont understand how people have so much crashes

i noticed i actually plot faster using 3/4 of my cores. gotta leave some cpu to write the data onto the drive

edit... and cpu to write data onto the drive from other cpu's accross the network
