but they all invalid  my submits

only getting orphans on both pools
the servers dont seem to be able to support many users

With a modern card 40C even 60C is fine,  I only get concerned if my temp go above 70C, I have my fan set at 75% and my card at the stays at 60C while mining in the background and about 30 when idle, of course the cooler you can get it the better for the health of your card

I don't think you need to worry about that.  room temp is 25C, and it would be near impossible to keep any gpu that cool when it mining.  airflow in the case should eliminate condensation issues.

and 20C = 68F

thats a good sign, try looking at your startup and see what been added recently, and disable/remove those,  something there is probably the culprit

after it happens the usb lockup, did you check windows logs in the event viewer? (right click on computer > manage, then event viewer > windows logs from side panel in management window)  it should show some messages related to whats happening with the usb stick

Have you tried doing this in safe mode?  No luck with that, then you should try again with a live cd/dvd or emergency boot cd/dvd.
