i tried to reach out to grinny on tweeter, as he said he knew the owner from before they listed on cryptotrade. if crypto-trade staff can provide the details they have on them then mayb something can be done.

Mining
Creative Mining is a Bitcoin mining project, located in Bochum, Germany. Our miners are kept at a very secured location underground, with access to free electricity grid, up to a maximum of 100kW. These advantages will make Creative Mining competitive with any other mining assets on the market. The company will offer 10,000 non-dilutable shares of a Creative Mining.
Dividends
Dividends will automatically appear in shareholders Bitcoin wallets every Friday. Dividends will consist of 65% of Creative Mining net revenue for the week. Net revenue is defined as the total of all Bitcoins mined minus maintenance costs.
The percentage of the net revenue paid in dividends can change if shareholders vote to change it. Such action will only occur if the state of the Bitcoin mining space demands it.
Reinvestment
Every week, Creative Mining will reserve a percentage of mined Bitcoins equal to 35% of net revenue. These investments will allow Creative Mining to deploy additional hardware. Time of deployment for this additional hardware will be in the best interest of shareholders.

Great news! Our AntMiner's order arrived and all miners are hashing steadily.

We have received the delivery of 5 Antminers S3 batch #8 from BitmainTech. All devices are hashing steadily since this morning at 455Gh/s each. Our total hashing power is now ~38.6Th/s or for our Shareholders it's ~3.86Gh/s per share

Our AntMiner S4 order has arrived yesterday. Eleven from twelve miners are hashing quietly at just over 2Th/s each. One S4 is having power issues and We will send it back today and expect to receive a replacement in next two weeks time. Creative Mining total hashing power is now showing a whopping ~75Th/s. something i found that makes it seem more likely to be a scam is the wording is very similar to another mining scam that was Cognitive Mining. prob a copy/paste from that but is possibly the same guy Garr255 except that he appears to be US person and not German/Euro,
Cognitive Mining (asset id Cognitive) was created with the intent to give investors the opportunity to participate in FPGA Bitcoin mining without purchasing their own hardware. 100% of mining revenue will be distributed proportionally among shareholders. One share of the asset gives you one share of the revenue. Operating costs will be paid for by shares held by the operator of the asset. Each share represents a share in the ownership of the hardware. Motions to sell more shares can be raised by shareholders if 25% agree. 70% of shareholders will need to agree to issue the proposed shares. In the event of liquidation, all revenue will be distributed evenly to shareholders. The operator reserves the rights, regardless of the amount of shares owned, to raise a motion, and sell all hardware. Dividends will be paid weekly. Further information can be found at
