There will be no massive pump anymore ,  Thank you Cinni for the trust , we will see you at the bodem of the ocean.

My profit is in,  so i don't care anymore hahaha , good luck Cinni believers  Cool

thats a terrible attitude.  so now you dumped, you dont care about cinni or it features anymore?
742  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Cinni | PoS | First EM Coin | 100% True Anonymity | No premine | No IPO on: June 14, 2014, 05:23:13 AM
Looking forward to the updates on invoices and receipts this weekend, should be interesting.

  • I recommend starting the wallet with irc disabled, this is so newcomers and the general public don't have to be faced with people swearing and talking nonsense. Or just put the irc in a separate tab.

+1  It would have been better if the wallet had been tested properly first instead of released in a hurry to pump the price. as there alot bugs/issues both old and new ones from the EM and trollbox addons.
Users already mentioned before about the PoS and incorrect balances being shown in wallet, but it has not been fixed.

Is it any surprise its getting dumped as frustrated users leave for other coins?  all these other coins with phenomenal price rises happen because the releases are more professionally done, the wallets get tested properly, and new issues/bugs are fixed promptly.

What is all this crap that fills up in smsgStore? and why does the log get bloated with these lines "fread data failed: Result too large" and "SecureMsgRetrieve failed"?

 Undecided

it should be a rule, only those that use the wallet, are allowed to comment about it  Undecided

withdraw some cinni, test the wallet, test the messaging, test the staking, if you really like the coin then it deserves at least this much before comments about its price.

744  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CC][POS][X11] Official Colorcoin thread - BOUNTY FOR HELP: 3.5Million CC on: June 13, 2014, 10:33:06 AM
any news about the coin, when hit on larger exchange?

theres no point, you would not be able to deposit.  dev has failed, release a broken coin, if you lost btc on this coin all you can do is give the dev negative trust and amount they lost you.

not even willing to offer up their premine to someone to fix their coin means they probably dumped their premine before the blockchain stalled and started another crapcoin to scam with Sad
745  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Cinni | PoS | No premine | No IPO on: June 12, 2014, 04:36:54 AM
Hey everyone -- just a little update:

We are 100% on track to release the wallet tomorrow.  All major testing has been done and we are ready to go live.  In fact, the wallet could be released tonight if we wanted, but we're just going to wait till tomorrow (mainly because cinnidev is currently offline and rynomster needs to get some sleep).

Expect a big day tomorrow.

what will be the version number for this wallet release?

Not sure at this moment.  Will know by tomorrow.

well please make sure it well tested, the amount of problems people were having was getting ridiculous.  imho i think it would have been better for devs to release a few betas first instead.   i assume the PoS/balance bugs are all fixed in this version?

750  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: THE INVESTOR'S CRYPTO | Cryptogenic Bullion | CGB on: June 11, 2014, 08:44:36 AM
Yesterday was the first time that I earned interest which I thought was pretty cool.
Something that is not so cool is that my entire balance is now under stake and my balance is 0 ?

How do I get my CGBs back to balance so I can use them if needed ? Will that happen by itself ?

yes just leave the wallet open for the first few confirmations to ensure it gets on blockchain, you can mousehover over the transaction and it will show how many confirmations are left until they are returned.  I open my CGB wallet once a month/when i remember Cheesy to stake.

Roll back/resync your blockchain. the last tx for that address on official blockexplorer is last week.  instructions can be found in this thread some pages back and ukgunner has a good post to fixing your wallet/resyncing.
753  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ASIC-RESISTANT] UltraCoin (UTC) - Ultrafast 6 second transactions!! on: June 10, 2014, 05:36:00 PM
Hello,

Anyone has their UTC in Binaryfund as they closed down and they did not refunded people, see below

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=459412.0

Anyone got their $50 or it was a scam too?

i signed up with, never got the $50.  UK seems to be a hotspot for scammers in the crypto world or mayb its easy for scam companies to set up there ? Sad
754  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Cinni | PoS | No premine | No IPO on: June 10, 2014, 08:13:37 AM
Cryptsy has disabled Cinni deposits/withdrawals, have the devs been in contact with them about this?  Atomic has also disabled withdrawing.

Good for greater pump.

a greater pump on cryptsy because they block deposits?
Yup they cutted market share -50% to coins only on Cryptsy and no sell off  new coins = BIG CRYPTSY PUMP. Cheesy
price can jumped even to 50k with one panic shot and no one will know why Tongue
Mintpal price 19 000
Cryptsy 22 000
For grater PUMP ^^ i told you

Why cryptsy disabled CINNI deposits/withdrawals? It is strange. My cinni are trapping in cryptsy while withdrawing...  Huh

i wanted to deposit there as price is going higher there.  why would u want to withdraw right now?
755  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Cinni | PoS | No premine | No IPO on: June 10, 2014, 07:52:56 AM
please link the most upto date version of qt wllt please, thx

it should b the one in the first post or on the website.
756  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Cinni | PoS | No premine | No IPO on: June 10, 2014, 07:41:52 AM
just to be sure ,we are still on wllt v1.0.0.0.  correct?

that number has no meaning.  only the 60007 for protocol version and the file date of most recent release give an idea of a "version"

note to devs please start using version number and meaningful names in info and .zip release name.  Its confusing with the same version number in each wallet.

I did as you advised,  replace the wallet with a new one. it did not work. I see the same balance.

maybe wait for the new wallet version?

assuming the blockchain is competely resynched you can use instructions here to dump and import the privatekeys into a new wallet.dat, and regain access to your cinni so you can send to bittrexx.
Ok this is how i managed to get my PoS working again after wallet update and also get back all my missing coins that where gone from my balance...

Credits for this go to "digit" and "fox19891989" who from their posts and help i managed to solve my problems, i just took their combined info to make a nice clean guide.

Restoring a old wallet.dat backup from before the update and then using the old wallet solves it, but also leaves all the rejected PoS coins from the new wallet visible. So the following method is a better way which will tidy up your wallet and fix all problems caused with balances and will have you staking coins without a problem.

You will need to have your wallet unlocked at all times to carry out this fix

1. In NEW wallet make sure CoinControl is active (settings>options>display). Then go to send coins and click inputs in CoinControl panel, from there click on list view. Scroll through the list and right click on each address displayed there and copy the address then post it in notepad.

2. Now you have got all your addresses including the hidden change addresses time to export the private keys. Open the console still in the NEW wallet (help>debug window>console). Type into the console dumpprivkey <CinniCoinaddress>, where <CinniCoinaddress> put your address here (example: dumpprivkey JVgfbKMk9MrdwZry7X6iCTunTtdS2h1fYP). Do this for each of the addresses you got in step one, after each dump your private key for that address will be shown in the console window, copy and paste each of these keys into notepad also best place would be below each of the addresses your copied earlier so you know which key is for each address.

3. Now you have all your private keys close the NEW wallet and download the OLD vesion from http://1.cinnicoin.com/get-started/ and also the blockchain from https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=573232.msg6866461#msg6866461 . Once you have both replace the NEW wallet exe with the OLD one you just downloaded, then go to AppData\Roaming\CinniCoin move the wallet.dat file to somewhere safe just in case something goes wrong, then delete everything from the CinniCoin folder except cinnicoin.conf if you use it. Then open the blockchain file you also downloaded and copy the two files into the CinniCoin folder.

4. Once all that is done open the OLD wallet, you will have a balance of 0 and a new address (dont panic). You will now need to import the private keys that you exported earlier, once again open the console (help>debug window>console) this time you will need the command importprivkey <CinniCoinprivkey> [label] , where it shows <CinniCoinprivkey> [label] you wil need to enter the private key you exported earlier and for label you can put anything you want that address to be called (example: importprivkey SR3MP8bJDAjl1GTnQ99ZoK13rSzwT3rTomotS8eEiFfgYLE8XMz8 WALLET 1) once you press enter after typing the command you will have to wait a bit and the wallet will seem like it is not responding, just be patient and after a while the key will have finished importing. Repeat this for all the private keys you backed up earlier.

5. Once finished importing all keys close and then open the OLD wallet your balance should now be correct and all rejected stake will have gone, the wallet will continue to stake correct also after this. You will need to stay on the OLD wallet for it to continue working and staking well.
