Its unfair to blame people for not posting/running with your money. People didn't ask for upfront payments... the best way to operate would have been using a trustworthy escrow. Using an escrow is one of the most simple and basic fundamental concepts of this forum... you should not have been surprised people just took the money.

@RCHumprhey - we are not blaming anyone nor are we taking things out on anyone either.
Part of growing any company is to try different things (even if they are outside what others do).  This is how innovation happens.

We are optimistic and like to believe the best in people.  Some may call this naive, but given that Bitcoin itself is built on transparency, we wanted to take an approach first of giving people a chance.

We are a fast growing and fast moving company.  Our affiliate program is here to stay and that too will continue to improve and adapt (perhaps even to encapsulate minimums for people based on number of posts as one example).

Thanks for everyone's patience as we continue to make win88 the best site we can.

Thanks for trying. I think you guys have behave very fair to everyone here as far as the signature campaign goes
I keep my signature a little longer, its the best after all, even if it didnt win.  The referral thing is still very cool and not to be disregarded.
anyway i realised i havent changed to the number format for my ref link, does the username format still work?  going to fix it now anyhow Cheesy

543  Economy / Services / Re: win88.me - affiliate program - earn up to 0.5BTC per week on: September 01, 2014, 09:07:08 AM
dropped by to change my signature for the new month but its over now?  congrats to the signature winners, guess no one liked my signature  Cry

mayb you should have stuck with normal way of paying at end of month?  it would stem the easy cash grab for the people with multiple accounts, especially ones that showed the signature then ran off with money/removed signature.  Have you considered continuing for the few that kept and follow the campaign as agreed when they signed on?

thats sounds like its working.  as i understand it the more coins you keep in wallet the more "power" you have for staking and the should be lumped together not made up of small transactions (eg one transaction of 1650 BC to begin with, not 100's of small transactions that add up to that). i bought my BC off exchange then withdrew in 10k, 5k amounts to setup for staking.  It works well for me these amounts.

Thanks for the reply. I guess I'll have to move my BCs a bit and withdraw them all together since right now they come from different transactions, maybe that will make them stake a bit faster.

it will definitely be more regular with 1 large amount then lots of small amounts/inputs which each have much smaller chance of staking on their own.  open up coincointrol and you will see all the inputs, anything smaller then 100 BC or even 1000 BC should be combined and sent to another address. or if its under 2000 combined them all and you get regular interest on that entire amount instead of a tiny fraction of only part of your balance.

i normally get all my stakes within 24 hours.  the timer is just an estimate it doesn't mean much but if it says 3 days then you maybe you have too small an amount.  After all my stakes are done my timer usually will show a numver between 10-18 hours, so i think maybe you need to begin with a larger amount of BC to stake

How much larger? I'm having the same "issue" mishax1 has and I have nearly 1650 BC in my wallet. So far my coins stacked three times in 10 days: is it okay?

How long should I be staking before getting any reward ? started on the 27th of August and nothing yet..  said 3 days till expected reward, then 4 days , then 2 day.. and the coins are not even in "stake" but in "spendable". wallet is unlocked.

Hi all,
I've been trying to send some cinni from the latest wallet and I'm getting the "Transaction creation failed" error. I've tried removing the wallet and deleting the app data after dumping the priv key and redownloaded the wallet and bootstrap file, waiting for it to import and resync, imported my priv key, waited for that to sync and it is still failing to send the transaction.

did you try restarting the wallet after the import and sync?
551  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] TagCoin for Advertising and Rewards on: August 30, 2014, 09:12:26 AM
Yes, we removed altcoins from the site as a request from the Central Bank, while we go through the process of getting our license. We will at some point add them back, just not sure when exactly.

Tagcash is targeting the digital wallet (Philippine Peso mostly), merchants payments and remittance market in the Philippines and for the rest of the world where we don't have a license, the emphasis will be slightly different, in that the front pages will be pushing the Loyalty points and referral/affiliate system. We charge for that service.

Tagcoin will be used as a method to pay out referrals and affiliates, who can exchange Tagcash points earned from advertisers and from us, into cryptocurrency. It solves a problem for us and for advertisers, especially those located outside the USA, either from the advertisers who have no banking facilities, or for the users who have no bank. To that effect, Tagcash will be buying Tagcoin on tagcoin.org, as well as exchanges. The more we pay out, the more Tagcoin we have to purchase.

will i get my altcoin balances back when its reenabled?  I have some peso but not much i can do with them :\

been using the new wallet, it looks and works perfectly, but can someone explain how the experimental option works?  If i enabled it, will it spend the most recent inputs first instead of older?

It will spend inputs with less coin-age. In general case it's not the same as just most recent ones.

so the wallet will work backwards from less coin age to oldest when getting the amount it needs for spending if i enable it?
553  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] TagCoin for Advertising and Rewards on: August 30, 2014, 08:36:03 AM

Really nice looking cards FiniteByDesign!

I heard somewhere that companies who make BTC coupons/vouchers/promocards etc can have them valid for 30 days or so. If the vouchers are not redeemed, the funds are paid back to the issuer. I am not sure how this is done, but maybe a Google search could provide more help.

Sounds like it is done through a 3rd party which means overhead. I would like to keep this as cost effective as possible so others in the community can copy and diy. But I will research, please let me know if you come across any more info...

Perhaps a github should be set up for this? If anyone has some time and skill to assist, please reach out. I think this would be greatly beneficial and other coin communities could always fork and use to further promote crypto adoption.

You could create a bunch of redeemable voucher codes on Crypto-Trade for 1 CGB.  There are no fees involved with this method either for creating or redeeming, so people that redeem get the full value of the code credited to their CT account.  The codes never expired but issuer can keep a copy of the codes they issued and redeem back to their account at later date.

I notice some mention of a hard fork be created?  what would the reason be for this?  it might necessary in the future when fundamental changes are made to specifications, but it serves no purpose in a "takeover" or "rebrand".  Hard Fork should be held off until Cinni is updated so that there are no more bugs, specifications and core working of PoS patched so it plays better with exchanges and users dust amounts etc (eg no PoS on CINNI inputs less then an agreed upon minimum amount and no splitting of the input after stake on this minimum amount).
557  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Cinni | PoS | First Coin With Private Encrypted Messaging | No premine on: August 28, 2014, 04:11:33 PM
Its good that the community wants to take over cinnicoin and continue to improve the coin, how ever iam not trying to fud or troll here but is it ever going to regain traction price wise? given the amount of bag holders that bought all the way from 30k SAT TO 1K SAT  will most probably just dump out as soon as the price develops an uptrend.  anyone else see this as a very possible and large issue?

I have the same concern, and it's a potentially huge issue. I've generally assumed that most of the big whale dumpers have dumped already, but I have no idea - it is one of the things that makes me a bit hesitant about all this. It'll be a wasted effort if CINNI behaves like it has in the past, where whales dump into every rally.

Is there a rich list?

~15M in circulation.  the biggest problem is not the whales who are still holding.  its the ones that will buy 10% or 20% of total CINNI and only intention is to dump when the price rises.  CINNI is basically at teh beginning again pricewise.

I'm still in and hope a suitable person can found to continue development.

OK i want you to make a fresh wallet.dat and send coins to it and stake them and report if you're still having issues because from what you are saying you are using imo multiple instances of the same wallet across many different machines and sending coins from one or two different ones has prolly put you in a diverging predicament where your wallet has run out of fresh keys in its keypool..

Anyhow can you please make a new wallet move coins to it and start staking. Continue to ignore me and ill just reference this page of the thread anywhere you talk crap as it will heavily discount your crediability!

Here is the commit will you stop now please?

Yes i will try it again with a new wallet.  keep in mind with Cinni it takes a deposit has to age at least 3 days before it will stake.

I'm not ignoring you and you have no reason yet or in future to reference anything as i have not been spamming crap anywhere, so stop trying to imply that.  Dial down that attitude, you know I have not been doing that at all and given no reason for threats or abuse from yourself or anyone else with my the posts i made about this.

I want you to find resolution so you can stop comming to sdc thread with offtopic discussion and continuing it here all while ignoring the fact ive showed you the commit you have been asking for the proof you so wanted from everyone.

Now, sure i have no issues waiting 3 days for you coins to start staking properly so you can find out if it works as intended or not and we can hopefully lay to rest this thorn in your side that is spilling out into other coins threads!

My attitude is not dialed anywhere but set on righteous. You have over and over again commented asking for proof!! We have provided it and it has been the last thing you have replied to so don't start your antics with me son just stop with the rubbish and move on because as i've stated before, you re barking up the wrong tree..See you in 4 days!

Well you could have that done with you first reply instead of side stepping and being abusive and unconstructive. and please get the record straight i have not commented over and over again. its not the last thing i replied to, as my reply was deleted.  this is the first attempt you have made at being helpful instead of abusive in your reply.  Its a better attitude then the emotionally driven and abusive off topic replies that were given to my posts that were that were then deleted when the issue was first raised.
