digit this really shows your true colors. Next time you screenshot my trollbox session, please get the whole convo.

Its funny, you cry about spreading FUD by spreading FUD.

This was taken way out of context. i know sarcasm is hard to interpret on the internet but like i said, next time read/screenshot everything i post, not just little snippets you want to use.

Another funny thing. people probably read this MORE due to you posting it, than the idiots who actually read the trollboxs. FYI, if anyone takes the trollbox seriously, they deserve whats coming. USE YOUR BRAIN. Have i ever trolled this forum? no. its a fuckin trollbox. qq moar

i was providing an example of how people are causing panic.  that seemed like good example.

fyi, i dont use cryptsy.

well technically i do, to use the trollbox. i dont use cryptsy as a trading platform. i know better, cmon now. dont assume silly things

i've edited the offending post now, it was meant to be a example and a reason to avoid using cryptsy to newbie traders, not to cause more FUD, or target anyone.

thank you so much for all these excellent trading tips, I got two questions:

What's best exchange for cinni? I currently check cryptsy

Any nice blogs/forums/sites you might support/suggest?

Dont use cryptsy, trolls will attempt to make you panic and doubt in the chat.  they have buy orders waiting for people who fall for these tricks.
904  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Cinni | PoS | No premine | No IPO on: May 12, 2014, 12:15:52 AM
Anyone know about icurrex?  Seems they will include Cinni when they launch?

Looks like a decent site and seems it will be multi lingual looking at bottom of page, be great if we shift the focus away from Mint as people are shooting themselves in the foot moving all their Cinni onto one exchange trying to play pump and dump games Wink

Also Cinni is the wrong coin for people who wanted a quick pump and dump and those type of traders are being filtered out now, only reason its so easy to convince weak hands of a dump right now is because of the large amount of cinni that has shifted recently to Mint.  Its easy for a whale to buy up large amounts and manipulate when everyone sticks to one exchange.

Instead of panic selling move some Cinni to other exchanges, there are 16 or 17 sites where it could be traded or even keep some aside for staking in wallets and get interest,  its free Cinni just for supporting the network and all helps to reduces the abnormal amount that is being held on Mint now.

I am impressed with how stable Cinni is at this new floor.

Lot's of accumulation going on. Bouncing around between 21000 and 25000.

Cinni is the #2 coin after BC started the PoS revolution. As AC and WC were scams.
I think there is no doubt we will be up around 7-10 million market cap in time.

EDit -- someone just bought out a 10 btc sell wall that someone was flashing around at 23500 . LOL

PPC, CGB, NVC started the PoS revolution. COL started 100% PoS.  BC started the 100% PoS + short stake revolution

But updated wallets with checkpoints, and other security features sooner rather later might a good idea. CoinControl as well is overdue as we need to more stakeholders even tiny amounts to both secure and keep network fast.

Today SHIBE a 100% PoS had multiple forks, and I feel its something that devs should take note of and see what can be done regarding the code to prevent/minimize any possibilities and concerns of this or similar happening to our Cinni.  Undecided

I'm stuck at block 4889.. I've updated the wallet but still no change. Can someone help me out here.. I also tried repairing wallet through the console. Looking for a little guidance here folks

close cinni wallet if its running.
delete everything (incl conf file, as its not needed now) except the wallet.dat.
restart cinni wallet. blockchain will now sync correctly.
wait a while.....
done Smiley

leave wallet open to collect stake / mine PoS blocks with the cinni you have in wallet.

repairwallet is only used to check and correct an incorrect wallet balance to what blockchain says it should be.

This is what is happening.. my wallet says one amount and the block chain says another. I've deleted everything twice with no change to the issue. What now?

can you reply with your getinfo results

and your wallet will not show correct amounts until its completely synced to blockchain.  repairwallet will fix an incorrect wallet balance at that stage if it exists.

What kind of script are you using to make it look like that?

BitcoinTalk++ Its a great addon, been using it for a long time. Smiley
909  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Cinni | PoS | No premine | No IPO on: May 10, 2014, 03:50:32 AM
The amount of coins that have been accumulated in the 20-23 range is massive.

Buy pressure is currently building and sell books are very clear until the high 20s.  Looking forward to the weekend.

I'd rather see an updated wallet with coincontrol and checkpoints added then a big price jump.  the collective coin age being lost as weak hands move their all their cinni onto mint will have a cumulative effect on the price as the network slows due to lack of stakeholders. Sad
910  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Cinni | PoS | No premine | No IPO on: May 10, 2014, 03:36:45 AM
I kinda regret selling my Cinni at 7200 Sad

Looking at the charts, I believe now is a good time to buy back in, ready for the next push Smiley

how is a newbie allowed to post in here for their first post?  Huh

Someone please help!!

My wallet wasn't syncing, so I deleted everything but my wallet file.   Now, after it's all synced up, it shows I have 0 CINNI while saying it has 251 transactions.   All my recevied with transactions are there, mined trasnactions are there.   Only one sent to transaction with 0 confirm that's only like 4k coins.  I have 16k.   Now, it's saying I have 0.

What to do?!?!?

can you post your getinfo results?

Seems to have some new info now! Smiley

http://www.cinnicoinbounty.com/

Correct, but we are still making some final changes.  So, please bare with us as we edit.  Otherwise, please feel free to take a look.  Smiley

Who decided on the new logo?  There is one in bounties filled being called "official"
Cinnicoin dev said there would be a community poll so everyone so people could vote on designs submitted.  It still too early to go with a final design when community has not had much say or been able to show their preference for a design in polls.

My wallet version 1.0.0.0 is not syncing at all.   Is there an updated wallet?

Also, I sent 4000 coins to cryptsy with 220+ confirmations and still no pending on crypsty.   Could it not syncing have anything to do with it?

Check the deposit address on official cinnicoin blockchain info site http://cinnichain.info/

Grab your Cinni and come play at Atomic Trade before the maintenance starts at mint Wink

ETA on updated wallet?
916  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Cinni | PoS | No premine | No IPO on: May 08, 2014, 04:55:23 AM
Is there a way to resync from within the debug window?

No.  To properly resync, delete everything in Cinni data folder except wallet.dat.  Make a backup of your wallet.dat while you in there to another location.  Then restart Cinni wallet and it will resync from start.

917  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Cinni | PoS | No premine | No IPO on: May 08, 2014, 04:47:51 AM
can anyone help me debug this?

I sent some coins yesterday but there is no trace of this transaction ID.  I'm confused as to what's going on...

Status: 1403 confirmations
Date: 5/6/2014 20:39
To: JgBGiDfijAoXbs9KPSTWtiEuP1BAEs2qj6
Debit: -679.00 CINNI
Transaction fee: -0.005 CINNI
Net amount: -679.005 CINNI
Transaction ID: 752a8e4bdc422b1a228dcd8262df9ac71f6122b19b57851332e1ec63d5421fb5

Any help would be gladly appreciated.  Thanks!
was the wallet fully synched
Had you updated your wallet after the hard fork? If not, update the wallet. Back up your wallet.dat, download new wallet.

Yes, I believe so, but I'm not 100% certain.  If it wasn't synced am I screwed?  I tried -salvagewallet to no avail, but since there are confirms I didn't think this would work anyway...

I added a screenshot in case that helps.
I think you need to sync your wallet to complete the transaction because there is no data available for this transaction on chain.

The wallet is synced.  Thanks though :/

I'm having the same issue.. should I be deleting the files in my folder or can I just replace? it didn't seem to do the trick. fully synched atm

This method probably works.

Back up your wallet.dat first.

Edit the shortcut to the client and add -salvagewallet to that line after the executable.

Example
C:/......./CinniCoin/CinniCoin-qt.exe -salvagewallet

Then double click the shortcut.

bad idea.  salvagewallet is meant only for a corrupted wallet.dat.   and the new wallet that it creates will only have the addresses that have transaction history.

If you are looking for missing coins, then first confirm those addresses have them on the official blockchain info website for cinni.  Whatever is shown there is official and current status of the blockchain and addresses.

Check your addresses on the official Cinnicoin blockchain info site http://cinnichain.info/
You can view the latest information on any address, tx or block number there

for the one that was posted http://cinnichain.info/address/JgBGiDfijAoXbs9KPSTWtiEuP1BAEs2qj6  what you see there currently is exactly what will be in your wallet for that address when you have updated and resynced your wallet.

and keep a backup wallet.dat BEFORE you resync or use salvage or repairwallet commands Wink

This cinnicoin pump is looking like blackcoin did the very beginning leading to that epic high weekend. Grin

with a big difference, there is 5x less Cinni in existence so its potentially alot higher and can be stable at higher price vs BC
920  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Cinni | PoS | No premine | No IPO on: May 07, 2014, 11:52:11 PM
Over $1,000,000 in 24H volume on coinmarketcap.com!

hope there is no hidden premine like asiacoin
I'm sure there isnt and someone has already checked it out and confirmed Cinni does not have that by comparison with AC code.

What we really need is for a trusted and capable 3rd party to step up and conduct a complete analysis of code and the windows executables that are provided and then afterward post complete results here for public to see, it would benefit everyone and go a long to increasing further the confidence in Cinni and stabilizing the price Smiley

and the community would surely reward them with some well deserved donations for such a service to cinni believers everywhere Wink

Actually someone has already tested that. Its somewhere in the thread and Cinni is clean.

yes i know, i mentioned that at the top
