1402  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why People Still Gamble? on: June 29, 2023, 02:07:14 PM
Not all gamblers are thieves not all gamblers are stubborn, because some whale gamblers didn't steal for their wants because they have enough money to play with.

That's true everyone gambling cannot fall under the same category, some do that to cheat the casinos while some aren after doing such neither do they mind loosing when they gambles because they already have their own money and why they are gambling is not for making profits.

And also once they are hit the jackpot then they will became a millionaire, so we can not say that all gamblers are bad or thieves. But anyway. In some countries we encounter a gambler who steal money or even things to other people in order to fulfill their wants.

The problem is that not everyone of them will have that patient enough to wait till their own luck arrives, they will prefer using tricks to fasten their winning proximity by cheating or doing what is against the rules, but the reality here is that many don't engage on this kind of acts.
1403  Economy / Gambling / Re: Impossible KYC Requirements - Stake.com - Withholding $6000 USD on: June 29, 2023, 01:24:59 PM
Snipped

OP i will not be saying this because am a user of stake or because am one of their participants, but if you can take a look closely to the conditions attached, you will discover that they have provided you with two alternative options to use in other to evade this experience for them to be able to process your transaction, anwer either of the two questions asked through the chat response appearing on your dashboard or complete the registration requirements for KYC, this is very simple to achieve if you can give the required information and then they take it up to do your own request and get it approved.
1404  Economy / Gambling / Re: is KYC data on Gambling sites safe? on: June 29, 2023, 01:09:30 PM
You should always remember, nothing is safe on the internet. There are chances that your data might get leaked. Have you seen how often there are "leaks" and "breaches" even in those very reputable companies? So yeah, it is a risk you have to accept or else you will limit yourself to lesser options on the internet. There aren't much services that provides anything without KYC. It all depends on who you choose. As long as you play in casinos that are well reputed, the chances are less of your data to be misused or mishandled.

Aside from the internet safety, casinos were meant to have this demads of KYC althrough their own way of operations when showing their principles with gambling, they will definitely required for KYC except if you want to have some issues from their regulative aspect with the casino, don't be too relax that every one of th were thesame being a casino but have different policies that's guiding them from allowing some thigs.
1405  Economy / Gambling / Re: Looking for Website Recommendations on: June 29, 2023, 12:53:23 PM
Looking for websites to move my referral program to, from bcgame. I have a very successful campaign on stake and bcgame with 6 figure earnings, but bcgame has nerfed my affiliate % from 35 to 9.8. If any website has a better affiliate program and can offer some sort of welcome bonus for my high roller referrals on sign up, please let me know. Would be highly appreciated.

I will suggest that you keep up with your try on the casinos or gambling platforms on this forum in other to get the required and adequate information needed from them through their agent or representative from the forum so that you can always have your reward give to you anytime deserving, there are some you could definitely reach out to and get the best offer than before if they granted you access to your request and you can start with the recommendations given already.
1406  Economy / Gambling / Re: Loophole in stopping Money Laundering through Wagering on: June 29, 2023, 12:36:45 PM
As we know that most gambling sites will require you to gamble and wager your whole balance once, before you can cash out or withdraw from the gambling site and they take this measure so people do not do money laundering whereby deposit and withdraw without gambling.

This is very common to most of the gambling platforms as long as they are kyc casinos, you should expect such from them from time to time because the kyc verification requirements is in phases and stages and they release them also in batches as well, this has to be taken care of and we must always have the required informations needed at hand to provide them with before they requested for them.

So does this mean that there is a loophole here and the money launderers can easily by pass this wagering requirement?

The casinos shouldn't have more attention on money laundering because that's not their sole responsibility and when they try to introduce such control measures against money laundering, they may be loosing their customers at the cause of doing that and it may not be well enough for them to adapt on this kind conditions because they will record a low income due to reduced numbers of gamblers.
1407  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which League Makes Sports Betting Easy to Win? on: June 29, 2023, 11:29:02 AM
Making the proper analysis on league games and also getting acquainted with these clubs will make everything easy and simple.

We can make use of what we know about this leagues to have a good experience when gambling because it will help us understand more about them and their performances, but not the main reason that can allow us win a bet or not than what we know and how we set our bet, the more we are used to these leagues the more the information we get to know about their performances and how we could bet on them than the ones we aren't familiar with.
1408  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Top Five Reasons Sports Bettors Are Attracted to eSports on: June 29, 2023, 11:05:20 AM
That's why I said it's way easier to get in to eSports betting. You can actually play the game and get immersed and versed at it quite easily because you will have a first-hand knowledge of how teams play their strats and why you think these strategies work. You can play the game, know a thing or two about the teams that are playing, and get better analysis on the upcoming matches just because you know how either of the teams' play style work because you played or encountered it in-game.

There are professionalism in every attempted choice we made in gambling and you will have to discover this by seing some gamblers having more interest on gambling on a particular sport betting than other choice because they know there they can perform their professionalism more best there, all we needed is the understanding of how we could present the best of our performance with esport since that's what we have decided to choose as the best offer to take over others.
1409  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Let's find out which gambling game is the most played among our community... on: June 29, 2023, 10:42:29 AM
Just from the order you stated on the poll, sport betting is the first and most common one people have developed more interest on because it comes with varieties of live events and matches, slot should be second or third on the list, i will also try to make an adjustment on the list you made on the poll about lottery, I don't think it's a gambling game, though some casinos uses lottery features as being included on their website but gambling is quite different from lottery if we all can believe this.
1410  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ads for online gambling should be banned. on: June 29, 2023, 10:23:25 AM
Yes, this is another attempt by the Australian government to show how hard they are working to improve the lives of citizens, only they don't understand that life should be improved not by bans, but by innovations. I'm sure that this initiative will not lead to the reduction of gambling addiction among citizens, but it may encourage some segments of the population to seek other more dangerous entertainment.

If the people had been enjoying the governments and their relieve services to the people maybe there will be lesser concentration on the rate of growth in the way the people abuse things or get addicted when they know that they have an already made available means to finance themselves through government parliatives and other opportunities, they had better improve livew than ban on gambling or trying to regulate it while the people were struggling.
1411  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Don't gamble if you don't have patience on: June 29, 2023, 09:35:04 AM
When we gamble and make mistakes due to our carelessness while rushing to do the normal things and later discover that we are the source to the cause, we tend to feels bad wnd try to take correction of that against the next time reoccurrence, which means thay we are expected to always always follow due procedures in doing things in other for us to arrive on something we could like to see as the end result, being patient will pay you while inpatient will cost what we never expected.
1412  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you lose on slots? on: June 29, 2023, 09:17:56 AM
Most slot machines have a jackpot that gamblers who prefer to gamble based on luck are chasing. As we all know from real-life stories, the jackpot has nothing to do with the number of spins or hours of play at the slot machine. There have been cases where the jackpot has been hit on 2 or 3 spins, so the likelihood of the jackpot being hit is entirely dependent on luck. Small winnings are designed to keep the player in the casino, so they are managed by an algorithm that works on the principle of RTP.

I've seen gamblers who don't even rely on slot games alone but have a combination of other games to complement their gambling experience not to be limited to slot, if we are to consider the mature of slot games while gambling, we can deduce that it's a one way direction that strictly goes by luck, some may landed on this same luck and hit a jackpot unplanned for, there's nothing like the RTP is being manipulated or not it's something that is well programmed to run a randomized selection under precision.
1413  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Easy or hard to quit? on: June 29, 2023, 09:05:32 AM
It has been said a hundred of times but as much as people can deal reasonably with alcohol and consume it to relax or also other drugs like weed, as much is it necessary to draw the line between relaxing to regain power and exaggerating and weaken yourself. [/quy]

I can't even say which of the categories of addiction is more worse than each other for someone to be an addicted gambler, a chronic alcoholic and drugs addict and many other forms of addiction that could be of disadvantage to us and our entire live with assets, addiction is generally believed to be uneasy to end and the only advantage there is to avoid them by not getting started than finding a means to control them when they have gone out of hands.

Gambling is one of those things that sometimes can create pleasure, peace of mind and a distance to the things that stress yourself. It doesn't have to be negative if someone really uses it to get some rest. But most people can't get the management right between resting and dangerous procrastinating until it is too late to solve a problem.

The reason for gambling is not to even have money or make money through it, we gamble to have fun and it creates friendliness among the people, it makes people have a course to relate well with each other and have pleasure in doing it, gambling is what brought diverse opportunities for the people to enjoy through the process and make money from doing so and violence with abuse is not part of the purpose created for gambling.

1414  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Between futures trading and gambling on: June 29, 2023, 08:34:20 AM
Many people I know call both of them gambling. I think futures is pretty harder than gambling cause cost of not being right is very high. In gambling I perfectly know how much I am going to lose at maximum. In futures I cannot. Well obviously you may suggest me to apply stop-loss limits so I can know if I lose a trade or not. But why would I trade to lose? That's why I pick gambling over futures. Futures is the best way for high profits indeed but hard.

Trading is never gambling but for the fact that you are taking a long term future trading which is more risky that can allows loosing your entire money still don't equate it with gambling, why they need to understand this is because one can still run a trade of low risk whereby you don't loose your entire money when you go short, that is why trading is of different types depending on the choice unlike gambling that you definitely have to either win or loose and you're left with no other choice.
1415  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Dangote and Bill Gates wan close door meeting with the new president on: June 28, 2023, 04:50:29 PM
Are we truly dependent of these prominent men for the success of the country when the government can take up the responsibility to carter for the economic needs and development of the people by encouraging home made product and rendering them affordable for the masses to buy, if we can have courageous men like Dangote and Bill Gates and the government is ready to help them developed their potentials and help them have a better opportunity to to receive the required help need to become future leaders and icon people can talk about for their development and hardworks, things would have been more better than before, because there will be a massive discovery of talents.
1416  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do you always think that a rich man's kids are the split ones on: June 28, 2023, 04:39:05 PM
* why do some rich kids not realized that they are  spoiled??

How will they know when all they see is right in their own sight even though they are not, they wouldn't think about what they are doing being wrong because that's the way they were brought up and the kind of environment they find themselves in and the parents should be responsible for that.

* Do you think rich kids become spoiled and impoverished when growing up??

It's not about being rich or not, it depends on the parents, the rich kids get spoiled and the same way the poor kids also get spoiled too but how we train them will make a difference in the way they will behave in the society and at home and will not be a problem to us or the society with lack of manners.
1417  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Can BTC or crypto users play politics in Nigeria? on: June 28, 2023, 04:28:21 PM
can BTC or crypto users play politics in Nigeria by coming out for councilor or other political office and he or she is well know as BTC or crypto users? I see some of our crypto and BTC users here, and dey have the knowledge to function in some political office if such opportunity is be offer or aquire by money or influence.
What is your opinion.

There's nothing bad in having a combination of more than one source of income as profession, being a politician, you can decided to also be a cryptopreneur as long as you can be able to cope with the combination of them all and none is being affected for each other, you also have to consider the requirements of being a politician and the conditions attached, the government policies and regulations in this, and how people have been seen this as an enabling achievement they can go about doing to make a living in that same environment you lived in.
1418  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Any airdrop hunters here need some leads on: June 28, 2023, 04:21:03 PM
^  I haven't heard of a good, legit project asking for a deposit to participate in their testnet.  Lmao.  That alone should be enough to ring alarm bells in your head and for you turn around and walk away.

This has always been repeatedly annoinced and adviced for newbies to always stay away from the influence of these investment scam that will demand a deposit for their spot and begin to lay demands, all these testnet of a thing aren't worth investing on, they are nothing than a waste of time.

Your 30 - 50 bucks might have a better chance of getting you some profit trading a memecoin or making a sports bet if you know what you're doing.

One needs to take time to invest on himself before making any other investment of their choice, all these are the included risk on making something to earn from and when we are able to learn about bitcoin trading, it could be a major source for us to earn a profitable income
1419  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: SUI TOKEN PRICE SPECULATION on: June 28, 2023, 03:52:44 PM
I think it is somewhat easy to speculate what the price of sui will be in near future base on what is happening now in the ecosystem. Unlike Arbitrum Arb that is very strong and resilient in price, same can not be said with sui.

Since there are many of the altcoins one can put into consideration for an investment after going through their market survey with thorough speculations to know their potentials for possible investments, same also you will have to keep on with new discovery of some digital coins that you aren't familiar about, we may not be able to have adequate and constructive comparisons for them all because they all appear.

The hype for sui has already died down, most of the projects in the ecosystem are either fake or scam, the no airdrop but allow list strategy didn't help them much with a strong community support, all they have left are VCs who eagerly waiting to dump their bags after each vesting period. The situation is very tough for this project.

There will soon be a time where we will still experience hype with sui or any other coin as long as hey are still existing, try all possible efforts to ensure that we have stayed far away from any project we are not too convinced about, scam is fast increasing with the introduction of new coins.
1420  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Return Of Terra Luna Classic on: June 28, 2023, 03:35:40 PM
Should they still have the gods to return back to cryptocurrency and present us with another fake project in other to recover the most from their first incidenced consequences, if you think tou can afford the risk then you may go ahead investing but one thing i have learnt from this forum in this aspect is if you have ones broken the rules and gets banned, they will always ensure to avoid any related activities that had to do with you again on the forum, i don't expect people to accept them back again after their evil deeds, it will not be funny seeing them going crazy again should incase things turns out the unexpected way.
