1421  Other / Politics & Society / Re: US Dollar hyperinflation on: May 03, 2015, 02:38:32 PM
It will not happen as oil is price in USD. Don't forget the production and service from China and India is price in USD also.

The BRICS and especially Russia working hard on (at least partially) breaking this circle and trade in local currencies. So in the future we can see some interesting developments.
1422  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Nxt holding tightly. on: May 03, 2015, 12:04:02 PM
Anyone else here that has noticed the same trend as I did ? If you go to nxtblocks.info it shows clearly on there in the 'chart's section.

Yes, a lot people here noticed the same trend. IMO the reasons behind this relative steady growth are the following few things:
- developers are actually developing new stuff
- technologically nxt is one of the most advanced coins
- the nxt community is strong and enthusiastic
- the nxt whales have enough funds and determination to break any P&D attempts
1423  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do we ignore the civilians killed in American wars? on: May 02, 2015, 04:47:18 PM
Simple human nature. If my tribe waging war on an other tribe, the bigger the pile of dead enemies is the better. After the victory we celebrate our heroes and who cares about the defeated enemy, they shouldn't have to fu**ing with us. This is how humans working. If you pair this natural behaviour with good propaganda then our heroes not just defeated the enemies of humanity but even rescued the people over there "from the tyranny of evil man" and yes, there was some collateral damage but that's just little price for of the millions of saved souls.
1424  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to know .. on: May 02, 2015, 12:31:44 AM
This is how Ripple is working, and this is how paycoin failed. BTW neucoin is doing the same right now. You need a big bunch or real life services to succeed and persuading companies to accept your coin is the hard part.
1425  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NO MORE PUMP IT AND THEN DUMP IT HERE! THIS ONE IS ILLEGAL on: May 02, 2015, 12:20:34 AM
sorry i will never change mind and yes i will post it as many as i can to let it more people know

everything should be good honest good moral trading never should somebody take secret meeting on us

i will do fair honest trading because this one is how i will sleep better because i did not use exploit to make money

you should be shame coming inside here but shame you feel not?

As I said, get used to people who are "take secret meeting on us" as we always had and always going to have such blokes around here. If you are not calculating with them then you surely going to lose money.

Just do that. I'm happy to see such rarities here Smiley.

No, I don't feel any shame Smiley. I'm not pumping. I'm buying as low as I can and selling as high as I can. You know if you think that big green candles and upward logarithmic or exponential curves are good buying opportunities that's not my or any "pumpers" fault.
1426  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [Idea]Unnamed Coin - Feedback is appreciated on: May 01, 2015, 10:34:38 PM
Communism isn't a working idea. Why should I invest into mining gear if I can get money from the distributed taxes by just being there with some minimal hashing power.
1427  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NO MORE PUMP IT AND THEN DUMP IT HERE! THIS ONE IS ILLEGAL on: May 01, 2015, 10:30:50 PM
On regulated markets it is... but this is not one of those things. So, get used to pump and dumps and do your research and "market analysis" before you jump into something. Perhaps you wanna take a look at Ryan Pumper's advices and learn something about trading.

if you do not than i am sure that is you people do not care about us you only want to be here for pump and dump and this is not honest
I do not care if you make million dollar here if it is dirty then it is not clean and honest money so i will not
Leave this place for us to do honest trading, no more pump here

Grow up, mate. Making money is rarely a story about fairness and honesty.
1428  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What Bitcoin wallet that gives interest upon deposit? on: May 01, 2015, 09:59:48 PM
Cryptsy paying some small amounts as balance rebates after your BTC, LTC, XRP, and USD holdings. More info here (on the bottom of the page):

1429  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why the hell should we care about women in bitcoin space? on: May 01, 2015, 03:52:03 PM
I think this issue going to resolve itself. Nobody want to keep woman away from bitcoin. Actually the opposite is true. I think it's all about marketing. If you take a look at the community here you will find a bunch of nerds an other bunch of speculators and a lot of "save the world" type blokes. In short: lots of boring ppl with ridiculous ideas about how to make something appealing for women Smiley.
1430  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [POLL] Premine for security?Coins with structure to protect me on: May 01, 2015, 02:57:08 PM
My strategy is to only buy coins with unfair launches. It's worked out pretty well so far.

Smiley. Actually you are quite right. Most of the "fair launch" coins went down the drain long time ago, or in best case vegetating between 2-10 sats.
1431  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [POLL] Premine for security?Coins with structure to protect me on: May 01, 2015, 02:44:22 PM
Sorry, but this excuse is just as bad as the "for future development" BS. Why devs are unable to tell the truth, like "for bribing exchanges" or "for future dumping" maybe "Just like you guys I also wanna get rich quick, and this coin going to be a step in that direction"?

BTW I'm not against premine, I understand that nobody want to work for free, but please leave the BS.
1432  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Remove Satoshi as Founding Member, Says Bitcoin Foundation Director on: May 01, 2015, 02:39:16 PM
As part of a newly published roadmap for the Bitcoin Foundation, executive director Bruce Fenton has suggested removing bitcoin creator Satoshi Nakamoto as a founding member.

Though he called for the removal of all founding members from the organisation, Fenton singled out Nakamoto's inclusion as "not accurate", arguing that he or she was never involved in the group's creation.

SOURCE: http://www.coindesk.com/remove-satoshi-as-founding-member-says-bitcoin-foundation-director/

Perhaps because of he failed to pay his membership fees Smiley. These TBF guys really have nothing else important to do? Do they sorted out every issues?
1433  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What makes you invest in a coin? on: May 01, 2015, 02:29:05 PM
"What makes you invest in a coin?" If we are talking about medium/long term investment then, only proven good performance, long term active dev who actually delivers new features and fixes and long term active community. These conditions are making my job quite easy, only a very few coins can pass Smiley.

Edit: +1: real life services...

If we are talking about short term "investment" aka gambling on the exchanges I don't give a damn about features, devs, community, whatever. Only volume and the orderbook matters.
1434  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Study Says The US Is An Oligarchy, Not A Democracy on: May 01, 2015, 01:19:51 PM
Can someone show me a country what isn't an oligarchy? Maybe in Switzerland we can still see some real democracy but apart from them practically all other countries are ruled by local or global oligarchs.
1435  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [ANN] [XBS] Bitstake | For everyday digital currency tasks ---- SCAM!!!! BEWARE on: May 01, 2015, 09:51:04 AM
so you bought high and now want to blame the dev and for him to reveal himself?
i don't blame him at all for locking the thread & i will buy back in when all the day traders dump it down to 5k,
I don't think it's a scam  Smiley

Another lesson.

  *  Be aware of posts like the one quoted above.  When one says he'll buy, it usually is a lie.  A person doesn't simply
expose himself in a public forum.  There is always an ulterior, personal agenda behind it.  This usually is a sign
that it is a sockpuppet account.  And when a sockpuppet says that so and so coin is not a scam.  Beware.

Actually what he said that make sense. If it's quickly get dumped down to 5K, some correction should occur and sooner or later someone almost surely will try to pump it, so with little luck he can make a nice profit.

Or it could go down some more below 5K and stay there.  Again be careful.

Of course, it can go further down, even to something next to zero. We've seen several examples for that, so being careful is a good idea indeed.
1436  Other / Politics & Society / Re: [Poll] what do you think about indonesian government's policy of executing drug dealers? on: May 01, 2015, 09:18:52 AM
The issues behind drug use are not resolvable by any government. Death penalty for the "field crew" will surely not going to resolve anything.
However killing the bosses and high ranking members of the involved gangs could temporarily help a bit, and usually these gangsters are deserve to die.
(On the side note, the executives of big pharma and most food processing companies should join them on the death row, as they are doing as much or even more damage to ppl than drug barons.)
1437  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dash's Instamined/Partly Premined Beginnings on: May 01, 2015, 08:34:26 AM
Old news. Everybody here are aware (or should be aware) of the bumpy beginning, but who cares after this (relative) long time? DASH seems to be a good "niche" coin by now, ppl can make some profit on mining or trading it, so I doubt that anyone will give a damn about what happened more than a year ago.

1439  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is Ethereum??? on: April 29, 2015, 10:42:54 PM
Im not sure what it is really, but I invested. How could one not with the amount of btc they raised!

IBM is very interested in it too...

Indeed, IBM is interested in the technology: http://www.coindesk.com/ibm-reveals-proof-concept-blockchain-powered-internet-things/
As I see they want to fork Ethereum and use it as a smart contract subsystem for their proof of concept IoT system.
1440  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Neucoin presale selling like pancakes. Should I buy some or not? on: April 29, 2015, 10:17:33 PM
well marketed scam coin.  even if you take them at their word, it is a 100% premine and the public gets to buy a small fraction of the coins! which you won't even get for months, if they develop it....there's no wallets, no code, no innovation, nothing.

Indeed, 1 BTC for 25K of promises seems to be a bit too much. ...and the whole thing, including the forum looks similar to that what I've seen on the GAW sites.
