1441  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: October 18, 2016, 07:35:22 AM
Yes, I find it very strange that I have highlighted here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=320959.new#new that NOBODY has ever won the $200 hourly faucet payout, and BANG it just happens within the same week. The timing for that was impeccable to say the least. ^Rofl^

Well, What more can I say now that we have our FIRST supposed $200 hourly winner.  Undecided ^fishy smell^

One of these days, we might see our first Lottery winner too, because nobody has ever reported that they have won that. ^LoL^

Congratulations to the winner, your timing was perfect. ^hahahaha^

Look through the forums and you'll see that plenty of people have won the lottery on freebitco.in on numerous occasions. I've won 3rd place before, but I can't be bothered to go back in my history and find it for you. If you feel like the site's a scam or find it fishy, simply don't play. But your passive undertone of "fuck you" was enough to get me, just an average player on the site, to take offense to what you wrote. Just sayin.

Take offense if you want, I am not phased in the least. I made a rational observation and I stated the facts. This site has been claiming that there are $200 hourly winners for years and they even claimed that they are encouraging users to report their winnings in this thread.

We see the odd 3rd and 4th place reporting here and zero hourly winners and we should be gullible enough to believe that this is not manipulated?

Let's say this site has been around for 3 years. {It has been for more than that} OK, basic math would bring you to this : 24hour per day x 365 days = 8760 per year x 3 years =  26 280 Winners!!! ... And ONLY one have reported that they have won $200 in the hourly payout, since this has started?

The math has won this argument my friend. ^smile^ Your 3rd and 4th prize is just a smoke screen for the lottery to continue. <Carrot for the donkeys> The real money, 1st and 2cnd place has never been reported. ^Rofl^

Wait... Do you actually think the site claims that there is a $200 winner EVERY hour? Where the hell are you reading that?!

And I personally know someone that has won the 1st place prize in the lottery. Believe what you want, but if your belief is based on your misunderstanding that there is a $200 winner every hour, no wonder you're as jaded as you are. SMH

i see app, please tell me what mean this "terms"

Bets   155,189
Wagered   277,686,233.98 bits
Bets Profit   11,822,820.65 bits (4.26%)
Expected Profit   2,675,920.62 bits (0.96%)

what is Bets Profit?
what is Expected Profit?
what is Wagered?

sorry, i'm beginner

Thanks.

Bets is the total amount of bets you have wagered/played on the app.
Wagered is the total amount of bitcoin/bits that you have wagered in total for your bets.
Bets Profit is how much profit you have made after accounting for the total amount of bits you have wagered in all of your bets.
Expected Profit... I'm not entirely sure what this number represents, but if I had to guess, it's probably the profit that you'd be expected to make after spending all of your remaining balance, but based on your current betting/profit patterns.

Another bagholding opportunity for another shitcoin. At this rate, I'll be pretty excited to see raiblocks make a comeback, if ever... Unless anyone wants to buy these things off of me to add to their bag lol. Seriously, if interested, make me an offer in my inbox. I've got about 15k Mrai remaining.

I'm stlll curious if anybody has hit 10000 before? I asked it previously and nobody had claimed that they had. I don't want to go through all the posts to check. Anybody know?

The first person to post a screenshot of their 10,000 win just did today: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=341659.msg16578536#msg16578536

Those who are still claiming this faucet as scam please stop doing so because I had rolled 10k today on the Freerolls and won 0.3BTC from the site. Read the topic wetsuit posted here - and take a look at my big win.

This site has been paying well since ages and continues to do so even in the era where most faucets run dry.

Thanks for the 200$ on first claim this morning admin!

Wow, that's fantastic. I've never seen anyone claim to have won it. I'm always wondering about the odds of hitting it, because it seems certain that they are not 1/10,001 as you would think. None of the math geniuses who can convert the hash into numerals has ever ventured to help solve the problem, but I digress.

Thanks for posting your win. Now we all know it is possible.

Good to see that the site is back up and running! My IGN is FreeBTCExpert. Quick question; are town quests accessible again, on DKV2? Or is that a feature that will be re-implemented in due time? Also, what are the proper steps in order for me to travel to my villages now? edit: nvm, found it. It's so easy to travel to my villages now! Just have to click the "view" link. Great job!

Overall, the userflow is a bit better with this version, but I'm anxious to see how it will turn out once you add all the features back in the game. The site still runs a bit slow for me (no different than v1); was hoping that the new code would have helped fix the speed issues Sad

Best of luck with the new version, and I hope your host doesn't screw you again, man.  Cheers!

I've been offline for a few days, but glad to have come back to find that some of my buy orders have been fulfilled! I've had 400, 500, 600, and 700sat orders on the market for a while now, and I picked up quite a few RBIES. Glad to see that it's bounced back to 800-1000sat since the 15th, but can anyone enlighten me to the sudden dip in price?

For the record, I'm still not losing faith in this coin Smiley Glad I got to pick up some at the price that I did; it gets me closer to getting back to black from when I spent thousands of sat per coin Tongue

EDIT: I'm now experiencing some problems synchronizing. Been stuck here for about an hour now. Anyone else?

1447  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN - BIGUP] !! BIGUP $$ The BIGUP Brigade Is Ready For Battle!!! on: October 08, 2016, 11:10:49 PM

1448  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: [RaiBlocks] RaiBlocks trading thread on: October 08, 2016, 08:39:34 AM
What is the minimum order to buy raiblocks.

Actually raiblocks is  no more  i guess or  dead complete hence  the  dev of this  coins doesnt give any updates  of this  thread regarding  on anouncements. Raiblocks could  be obtained on a  faucet  before which you could solve capcha and  you could able to  claim  Mrai, rai, krai should be called  directly on to your wallet  but as of now  wallet synchronization have failed already and ive read some threads regarding  on   the  resurection of  the  wallet but seems its too useless.

Actually, you can follow these instructions, found at https://raiblockscommunity.net/news/?p=75 to fix your wallet:

Code:
1) Change the minimal value receivable to a lower one (1Rai), by editing "receive_minimum" in config.json in this way

"receive_minimum": "1000000000000000000000000"

2) Change the preconfigured peers in config.json with this one

"preconfigured_peers": [
"rai.raiblocks.net",
"raiblockscommunity.net",
"64.137.172.219",
"138.201.94.249",
]

And you can also claim rai here: https://raiblockscommunity.net/faucet/

Well, my shit's all fucked up.

Tried to bring the wallet.dat over to the new version. Copied and pasted in the rubies directory from the backup. Didn't work. The new version just crashes every time I try to open it up.

I tried opening up the new version from scratch after replacing the wallet.dat with my old one. Crashed.

I tried letting the new version sync completely before closing it and then replacing the wallet.dat. Crashed.

I've tried exporting my private key from my old wallet, and then importing it into the new wallet. Nothing.

And now when I open up my old wallet, it shows a balance of much lower than what I had before this whole goddamn ordeal. Call me a complete idiot, but what the fuck am I doing wrong?

Don't worry you'll be fine. I'll explain things a bit better here:

The wallet.dat file in the previous wallet was created with a different version of BerkeleyDB that is not compatible with the the latest wallet. The has happened due to us standardizing on the DB version used in all of the pre-compiled wallets we supply.

You said you were moving your existing wallet.dat file into the new wallet. This won't work. First Send all your coins to a temporary location, make a backup of the old wallet.dat then delete it. The new version will create a brand new wallet.dat file. Then send the coins from the temporary wallet / exchange back into your new version wallet.

But before you do any of this, the next option maybe be better...

Using the private keys is an easier way to do all this, but you need to make sure you are exporting all the private keys for every address. With staking, coins get moved into new addresses all the time in the background. In your old wallet, Use coin control to check if you have many addresses with smaller balances in. If you do. gather up those addresses and send the balances back to yourself to a new address. Then once they have confirmed, dump the private keys for that new address instead.
Then import the private keys in to the new wallet version. The new wallet will automatically rescan for any missing TX

Great! Thanks for this information; it's very helpful. I'll give this a shot and report back. Again, thanks for taking the time to write this out for me Smiley Question, would YoBit be a good temporary wallet for me to send my rubies? There's no issues with the fork, right?

I have tried to update to the Mac v1.2.1.0 version, but now the wallet crashes on the splash screen before it even opens up. I've backed up my wallet.dat file, and followed all the steps that you have detailed here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1364104.msg16300229#msg16300229

For the record, the app only crashes if I leave my original wallet.dat file in the "rubies" directory. But if I remove it from the directory, the wallet loads normally, but I don't have access to my wallet.

Any help?
1454  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Rubies (RBIES) Gaming and casino entertainment currency. on: October 06, 2016, 11:44:13 PM
I haven't been getting any blocks for the past 2 hours. I'm stuck at block 168130.

Rbies made a huge comeback just what we have expected the coin just got pump 1000% times so if you purchase when it is still in the 300 mark you are lucky to make a huge profit, but still I am having a hard time syncing my wallet like all the other users,my wallet stuck on certain blocks, this is the reason I stopped running it..

Hi guys. Please follow this instruction https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1364104.msg16300229#msg16300229 and resync the new v1.2.1.0.

Thank you and keep supporting RBIES.

Cheers!! ●‿●

Quick question; I'm on a Mac and currently using wallet version 1.2.0.3. Do I really need to update to 1.2.1.0 as indicated in your instructional post? Everything seems to be working fine with my current wallet, and the wallet download page still shows the version I'm on as the latest version. Please advise. Thanks!

Wait, guys! So DOES THIS THING REALLY WORK? Huh

Are you asking whether the site pays out or not? If that's what you're asking then yes, it works. Here is a transaction that I received from them on the 22nd (mine is one of two addresses that received 0.00034735 BTC):

http://blockchain.info/tx/e692aad289251b6ba3e0eca1464d8b84d63638ba39428494cb49384bad21c5b9

I've been on the site since its early days, and it always pays out (though I'm currently not much active there, just waiting for the automatic betting feature to be finished)... Cool

wetsuit, how're things going? Roll Eyes

Sorry, I was not getting notifications for this topic. I have been kinda busy fighting off a bot user, just deleted 2,000 of his accounts a couple of days back and the jackass made another 5,000 or so accounts yesterday. I would really hate to put a captcha in the sign up page so trying to find workarounds to stop people like these.

Auto-betting will take another week atleast, sorry.
im fighting the same problems... let me know if you figure out how to stop them making fake accounts

I honestly don't think anyone would mind if you put up a captcha on the registration page, but the botting is getting that much worse, huh? Unfortunate to hear. Where is the source of traffic coming from for the bot account(s)?

I'm a happy investor of RBIES and I don't mind the wait. It takes time for multiple entities to adapt to and implement RBIES, but am confident that it will happen. Just hoping that it happens soon, but for now, what a great time to buy some more Smiley
