OK OK good job, but

Who the hell is Jeremy Biggs ?

A made up name. Nothing about PBMining is real.
1442  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Pbmining is a scammer on: December 05, 2014, 06:46:54 AM
PBMining has confirmed that they'll adjust payouts to whatever they want whenever they want. They are a confirmed SCAM.

Where did they confirm this, they don't confirm anything Grin

we changed our formula to include other factors.

there has been no clarification or real answers from PBMining tonight.

Au contraire. They have confirmed that they will adjust payouts to whatever they like whenever they like.

Out of curiosity, what's our cost ?

Less than $2995.
1446  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN] Spondoolies-Tech - carrier grade, data center ready mining rigs on: December 04, 2014, 04:40:41 PM
Buy 2 devices, mine solo with the first, mine against a pool with the second.
Not everything is about ROI ...

Excellent. I'd like to buy some SP35s below cost.
1447  Economy / Speculation / Re: Gold collapsing. Bitcoin UP. on: December 03, 2014, 06:44:02 PM
Also i expect about 50% of mined coins to make it into the market as most miners can cover all costs and comfortably save 50% of there BTC income. (the proponents will be saving anyway)

Some interesting analysis on coin movements:

1448  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: The truth they dont want you know (CLOUD BASED MINING) on: December 02, 2014, 02:56:24 AM
It is trivial to prove one has the hashing power to backup their clients mining with the blockchain and through mining pools, why aren't they doing this?

You know the answer. If they aren't sending out newly minted coins, they aren't mining.
1449  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Black Arrow 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $0.49/GH/s on: December 01, 2014, 05:53:37 PM
WHEN X1.5 BLACKARROW?HuhHuh

 Angry Embarrassed Undecided

"Next week"?

Since the difficulty has levelled off, they're still profitable for BA to keep mining on them.
1450  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Announcement - ASIC mining processor by Butterfly Labs on: November 30, 2014, 01:14:41 AM
Yeah, never mind the fact that I had a 104F fever and strep throat and just got off a 17 hour plane ride.  I mean, I'm sure you'd be in great shape at that point as well.  I imagine you'd just call in sick and wimp out.

Idiot.

Fascinating story! So what date did BFL start mining on live-net as a "test procedure"?
1451  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Announcement - ASIC mining processor by Butterfly Labs on: November 29, 2014, 08:28:46 PM
You, as usual.

So answer the question. What date did BFL start mining on live-net as a "test procedure"?
1452  Economy / Services / Re: PB Mining -- 5 year mining contracts! on: November 27, 2014, 07:57:57 PM
Regarding myself, I have 36 contracts.

So do you get a single payout for all contracts at once?
1453  Economy / Services / Re: PB Mining -- 5 year mining contracts! on: November 27, 2014, 04:22:02 AM
Ive only recently been logging their stats

Have you tracked their payout addresses? I think 1Payday1sm5wGqtatKscfXnxARZ2B2MF3z is one of them. I'd like to know how many contracts they are actually paying out on. 38,000 transactions would be half of all transactions on Sunday, so I have a hard time believing that stat.
1454  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Butterflylabs Huge SCAM on: November 26, 2014, 09:50:33 PM
That's just a sidebar. What I'm mainly talking about is that he threatened Garr by refusing to deliver the equipment he paid for because Garr was complaining and talking shit about BFL. Garr was essentially beaten into submission because he had a large order for a group of people and couldn't afford to have his delivery canceled. Josh was using his order as leverage to control Garrs behavior by threatening to cancel or delay it. I'm pretty sure the court would agree that speaks to Josh's character.

There's another word for that.  It's called "extortion."  It's a RICO predicate, incidentally.

You mean this threat?

Duly noted Garr and I understand your concerns.  I will get your refund processed first thing tomorrow when I get into the office.

I did not request a refund.

I'm done here, your refund will be processed by COB tomorrow.

In order for me to keep my pre-orders Josh is making me do the following:

  • Apologize Publicly for calling Josh and BFL liars
  • Admit "Werner" is a sock puppet account uner my control
  • Apologize for using "Werner" to troll him

Therefore, in the best interest of Cognitive, the people who have purchased pre-orders from me, and myself:

Dear Inaba and BFL:

Sorry for calling you liars. Werner is a sock puppet account under my control. Sorry for utilizing said account to "troll" you.

                                         With regret,
                                                     Garr255

Also, I apologize to all who I may have put at risk by speculating that BFL may have been acting in a dishonest fashion. If I had known that the cancellation of orders placed by me would result of this I would not have acted in such a way, as that would be a direct violation of the fiduciary duty imposed on me by handling others' assets.

Well done blackmail, Josh. Well done.

That is a good indication that what I published really affects who is behind blackarrow forum user. Otherwise, why would anyone be so concerned with a buried thread published 106 days ago when there are more important matters to solve? I mean, while there are countless customers issues to be addressed, leave negative feedback for an inactive forum user is top priority!

Sent you a positive trust rating to help counter balance the BA crap.
1456  Economy / Services / Re: PB Mining -- 5 year mining contracts! on: November 25, 2014, 05:49:11 PM
Maybe do this ponzi discussion say once a month

for the next year

Why not for the next 5 years? That's what is being sold. And I bet you they won't be around in 5 years still making payouts.

Fact: They claim to mix coins for security reasons.
Fact: Mined coins have no history, and are thus completely untraceable.

Question: Why do they chose to use an insecure method of payouts?
1457  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Butterflylabs Huge SCAM on: November 25, 2014, 05:26:00 PM
You're the only one living in a world of denial. You can't bring any actual facts or evidence to the table, whereas I can.

Oh, you're here to provide facts? Here's a fact I'd love to know the answer to:

JOSH ZERLAN: Well, we do our burn-in testing for about 24 hours per unit, we do it on our local network to our local test-net in a box.

What date did you stop using test-net and started mining on live-net with the burn-in testing?
1458  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: November 24, 2014, 12:50:40 AM
I am so glad I got out of the mining game and managed to do it at the correct time.

Btw what is the current lowest price for GH/s for a complete product and have we reached the point where the electricity cost has surpassed the mining revenue?

It's getting there if you have expensive electricity.

Antminer S3+, $210 USD, 450 GH/s

income = $2/day
electricity@$.15/kwh = $1.25/day.

I'm not growing my farm now, but the income and spare heat is quite nice this winter.
1459  Economy / Services / Re: PB Mining -- 5 year mining contracts! on: November 23, 2014, 10:28:01 PM
Noticed that the naysayers are quiet now.

What's to say? They took in payment from this weeks new customers, and sent some of them to old customers. Nothing has changed. It's still a Ponzi.
1460  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: November 23, 2014, 10:22:52 PM
personally I think that has to do with hashfast not designing the board correctly. I am sure a cheaper board could be produced.

No, but now you're seeing the fatal design flaw with designing big fat hot chips. It's extremely hard and expensive to provide adequate power and cooling to big fat hot chips.

"Fastest bitcoin chip" is like having the "biggest gas guzzler". It's not a good thing.
