A mac wallet would be amazing for the user base.  Smiley

I just downloaded bumbacoin's wallet, and am syncing now. Seems to be working so far. I will edit this thread if and after the sync completes.

cheers!

Just the fact that you guys are all blaming the absence of the dev from making a public statement for the demise of this coin shows how extremely volatile it was from the get-go. I've always asked what the tech behind the coin was, and what was going to be the demand for the coin, and no one answered, except for an online shop for some e-books, and talk about merchant trading for some t-shirts and shit. Anyone that assumed any other outcome for this coin than what has happened already should ask themselves some very simple questions the next time an ICO like this is presented:

1. What is the purpose of the coin?
2. Is the intended purpose of the coin something that I can stand behind and support myself?
3. What is the exit strategy of the coin?

If you can't answer any of these three questions, you shouldn't even move forward with asking any more than that. Just saying.

1464  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN - BIGUP] *** BIGUP *** COMMUNITY TAKEOVER!!! on: June 21, 2016, 08:11:19 AM
Wow. The past few pages... All I have to say is this: If any dev discounts bctalk as a valid channel for spreading information about the coin, they obviously lack knowledge of how the masses operate. I follow quite a few slack channels, but VERY few. I don't have time to visit different channels there on a coin I'm semi-interested in.

I prefer to subscribe to these threads on the forums so that I can have a centralized place for information regarding all the coins I'm interested in, which bitcointalk is perfect for. If the fear of getting "attacked" by trolls keeps the dev from posting here, then I wish I would have known this before investing in this coin. This is the internet. The coin is digital. Where there is internet, there will be trolls. The best way to deal with the trolls is to ignore them, not feed them.

I'm just glad I made back my investment by selling off a bunch of BIGUP at its hayday. All in all, the technology wasn't able to support the coin, the demand wasn't there, and nobody adopted this coin except for the shillers. No demand = no volume, no matter how many promises the dev and team has made.

My 2 bits.

Just an idea regarding the lottery - wouldn't it be better to make the lottery daily, not weekly? I think, this way you could convince and attract more users.

Not everybody has time to check it weekly and even for admin it would take a lot of time to monitor it. Having it once a week is better, so it's something you can look forward to.
So please don't change it... my humble opinion.

I second this opinion. If a daily lottery is introduced, it would be best to make this an optional lottery for active users of the site, as opposed to having that become the default lottery. I prefer the weekly lottery, as well.

Well, this faucet is just doing what it can to protect itself, but this is just ridiculous.

Dunno why my IP is a threat lol. Check through my post history, and I'm sure you'll see that your site just made a big mistake by automatically suspending my account Roll Eyes

Oh i see. I wonder why it did that. I'll unsuspend you soon.

Nah, don't worry about it. Your automated system is going to continue to cause problems, and unfortunately, I don't have the time to have to continually do this. Plus, I don't want to spend the time or money advertising your faucet if the possibility of fucking my referrals is there, mate. This is the 2nd incident I've had with your faucet; I don't intend there to be a third.

Good luck, man, and thanks for the run, but I'm not going to be using your faucet anymore. The automated system is just too fucked. Cheers.

The thread title just needs to be updated. The Daily Bonuses used to be 20K before Bitcoin was $500+. And Ethey, if you think users are wasting their time on this site, you must not have spent much time on it. Just read back through the 18 pages of user testimonials. I can easily say that this is the highest-paying Bitcoin faucet available on the web, and if you find a higher paying free site, I'll eat these words.
1471  Economy / Services / Re: Make 0.03 BTC everyday from www.freebitco.in on: June 14, 2016, 05:57:40 AM
I'm pretty certain that this is using a martingale strategy. Martingale can be profitable, but the amount you would need to bankroll your betting would be higher than the earnings you would make yourself... Besides, the risk involved would keep people that have a big bankroll from using this strategy in fear of losing their btc in the first place. At the end of the day, the martingale strategy will always bite you in the ass.

todays payouts are done. happy claiming

please remember if you use a vpn, proxy, tor browsers or any other ip mask you will be ban and your withdraw will be rejected. our system also picks up if your ip has a bad reputation or if it has been reported to the domain registrar and those ip's also get rejected and ban

Code:
1EXPERTfqmLK63HjWzaPydbiiVTB4gTLLx

Check my account please; I don't use VPN's to claim from the faucet, nor do I use tor or any IP maskers... I don't have any problems with any faucets except for this one. Can you let me know why my withdrawal was rejected? Thanks!
1473  Economy / Digital goods / Re: FREE Unlimited .COM, .NET, .ORG, .INFO, .BIZ (100%) on: June 12, 2016, 08:22:57 AM
I bought a method similar to this from another seller, and I was never able to get a "free" domain, nor was I able to get a refund. If none of the members you've sent a vouch copy to get back here in the next few days, would you be willing to give me a vouch copy so that I can actually register a domain and leave my honest feedback on your method? The only vouch you have is from a Hero Member that didn't even apply the method himself... Not a vouch, if you ask me; that's an opinion.

Let me know, mate! Thanks!
1474  Economy / Services / Re: YoBit.Net - Signature Campaign - Realtime Payouts (daily) on: June 12, 2016, 08:07:35 AM
I have a question: am I allowed to have something else in my signature aside from the campaign one?

I'm planning to place a small text with my BTC address in it.

Nope, that's not allowed. No signature campaign will allow you to place anything else in that space, as they're "renting" that space from you.

Hey, great to see that you're still paying daily!

I've just requested a withdrawal, so I'll be sure and post my proof of payment when I receive it tomorrow. Clicked a couple of interesting ads on the faucet, as well. Best of luck, and thanks for a great faucet!
1476  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: SatoshiUniverse.xyz – Payment proof – Up to 75% referral - Loyalty bonus on: June 12, 2016, 07:49:29 AM
I was pretty much afk this whole week, so wasn't able to meet the threshold for payment yesterday Sad

Marv, it's good to see that you're still paying out your users! How is the sustainability of your site doing, after several weeks of operation? Are you earning some good profits from advertisers?
1477  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [HPF] → BitcoinLife.site ♥ Up to 1000 Satoshis hourly on: June 12, 2016, 07:19:55 AM
If you are indeed the same "company" as the one that brought us bitcoin tiger and MyBTCFaucet, then you are indeed a time-wasting scamming piece of shit. You have never paid out a single user, and the fake transactions you had included on your site as "proof of payment" were coming from a BTC address that wasn't even yours.

Let me ask you this: Why go through all the trouble to waste time with creating all these sites that have no intention of paying your users?

If this is the same admin of satoshinow.com and satoshiclaim.com and cointastic.xyz and gosatoshi.com, then fuck you, too. You're the worst kind of faucet admin.
1478  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: SatoshiUniverse.xyz – Payment proof – Up to 75% referral - Loyalty bonus on: June 11, 2016, 06:11:44 AM
And what about this 75% Refferal commision ? this must be a joke right ?
i have 33 Refferals, i claimed the whole week but i didn't reach threshold.
Seriously i see Faucets who are paying 10 times better than this now and they are really paying.
i regret claiming in this, well i have 80k left here, i will reach the 100k then i will be free from this Website.

The referral commission is UP TO 75%, not a flat 75%. I had this argument with the developer of this script, and how retarded that method was, but admins seem to love it for some reason. It LOOKS like you'll be getting a lot, but it just randomly gives you a percentage of UP TO 75%, which I think is kind of deceitful. So there are probably claims that my referrals are making that I'm only receiving a couple percent on...

And when claims get reduced, the threshold should, as well. But hey, I guess it's really just up to the admin to decide :/
1479  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: CoExistCoin - COXST - Blockchain technology to help better humanity on: June 11, 2016, 04:36:51 AM
I'd like to start mining COXST, but I'm on a Mac running OS X Yosemite 10.10.5. Any tips for me to use? I've tried with guiminer and cgminer, but with no luck being able to execute and start mining. Help?

you have to build the miner-software by your self.
take a look at :

https://github.com/tpruvot/ccminer

Thanks for the link, but after checking it out, I still have no idea what needs to be done. I've followed the links in the OP and tried all of the options available on Mac, and nothing is working. :/

Meh, I guess I'll just try something else lol
