I like SDC. I think it's great coin...two months ago it was at 0.0002 (at profit)..I made a mistake of selling it and now it's at 0.00058. It's one coin that have always increased my btc
I think this could possibly reach 0.001 in next 2 months. Quality coin imho

Just leave altcoins alone... the only thing that will be working in first instance is Bitcoin.
This, for the simple reason that you can ACTUALLY BUY GOODS WITH BITCOINS.
It's the most advertised and spread cryptocurrency and will probably stay like that for 5 years, maybe 10.
999 altcoins on 1000 are useless crap, you can't buy anything with them, no matter how better they are technically: if there's no adoption, it's just an experiment.
And the main hurdle for cryptocurrencies at the moment is having them adopted, and the focus is of course on Bitcoin.
Just keep your money or buy Bitcoins.
I hate to agree but you're 100% right. My issue is how is it even allowed on exchanges? Are they keeping their eyes closed while scams like these are running on daily basis or are they playing a part in it? In all honesty Global coin has no community and according to trex it says that they only list coins that have "good community following". Global thread has only 8 pages so why would trex even consider listing it?...answer is simple...trex or any other exchange would list any coin as long as you're paying them fees..they don't care about scams, non scams or loss of money..hey they're the biggest exchange why do they need to give a sh!t, right? and to make matter even better there is no one that regulates these exchange and pin point scams. In some way people are to blame for it themselves...if you're getting scammed then it's partly your fault..not because you invested in it but you keep your mouth shut after it has happened..instead hire a lawyer or at least report these exchanges to proper authority so they can investigate wtf is going on behind the curtain of "vote to get your coin listed". Agree. Scams work because there are people that fall for them. But situation will get better with time. Bitcoin will become more adopted, everybody will know it, while altcoins will become just "stuff out there" and only very few people will fall in them. The situation at the moment is many people think "Bitcoin is a cryptocurrency, altcoins are as well, so they COULD have some value". This is not COMPLETELY wrong, but it's LARGELY wrong. Only very few altcoins will have a future. My options are on LITECOIN, ETHEREUM, DOGE, RIPPLE system, but all the rest will burn in the next 5 years. The more Bitcoin will become solid, the more altcoins will lose reputation. Maybe not now, not this year, but the next year, when STILL only Bitcoin will be really useable, when you will be able to BUY STUFF only with Bitcoin, altcoins will begin to disappear, probably with a big boom altogether in a couple of weeks. I agree with bitcoin part..in fact I thought things would get better when that "Equinox" scam came out months ago but it seems like things have only gotten worse with time. This is what happens when creating an altcoin gets easier than pissing in toilet Sad part is these scammers are making money from these scams so there are investors who're investing in these scams that's why these shitcoins keep coming back with new name (Dibbits, Diggits, Globe, Ibits) and more to come in near future. |

anyone with little technical skills can create an altcoin...so yeah..they're becoming a joke. People invest in them to make money...it's easier to just create your own coin if all you want is money. Tech behind altcoins (blockchain) is something that can never become a joke...you can bend the rules as you please and make altcoin suitable to your needs...hell I have few altcoins that I use with my friends to place bet. You'll never see them online though....they're mine and very useful to me.
it's like open source OS. You do what you please and anyone can copy it.

For newbie, who is just involving in crypto world, I suggest you buy the top, promising coins, not the new ones. Coz you don't have experience to trade new altcoins, which may be scams, pump-and-dump, company coins or clone one etc. You may end up losing your money.
pretty much this. Best advice anyone can give you. Stay away from new coins don't matter how promising you think they are. Stick with old coins and if you feel inclined to invest in new coins ..don't invest over 1% of your total investment. |

1. I support calling like it is. Currently banned from GLOBE thread.  (there's another 101 scam con MO, delete all negative comments). 2. all new altcoins are 100% get rich quick scam? I would saying 99%. 2014 was the launch period, chaos and confusion, but some new crypto was birthed. But unless it is something new and very different there really is no reason to take on a new coin. Plenty of 1-3year old projects have survived and are worth new exploration. I would say 200 coins are very viable in becoming DAC 'crypto communities' The scams are less but more organized now, yet basically the same flash in the pans, 98% loss in 30 days or less. 3. Bitcoin, LTC, and Ripple are the only crypto money. Every thing else is a DAC 'crypto community'. Think different see the bigger picture.
4. (greed) everybody knows the scam cons are scam, they just like to high stakes crash and burn gamble. Bittrex is suffering from a lack of solid coins in their top tier trade collection, eventually their focus on scam-of-the-week coin vol. will peter out. So if they are smart they will start to tighten up listing 'new' cons. bittrex and other no name nonsense(c-cex) exchanges making this crypto a joke as they're trying to bring more users into their site. bittrex supported these scammers as they're paying them to listed their scam coins as sponsored. basically scammers keep bittrex rolling, without them bittrex is a shzit dead web site. of course they're need to change this kind of environment. not many people buying it..don't judge it by volume...may be scammer made money but now it's getting old and he would have to come up with new plans. when price starts dumping that's when you know that real people have invested in it because that's when scammer would try to sell off their coins and try to get out of the market. If it's pumping and pumpin that means scammer is still trying to make money and still trying to get people to buy it. simple. |

First of all it's not becoming a joke...may be cryptocurrency is becoming a joke since every scammer is coming up with their own scam but the "idea" behind it is not becoming a joke. Government, Bank, Companies have found a great way to take advantage of blockchain and they're using it for their benefits.
Overall it has been very succesful idea and I'm sure Satoshi is very proud of it.
There are real people who're using blockchain, crypto for their day to day need and I think that's what satoshi was trying to accomplish...he never cared about the price of it only investors care so much about price.

dividens are being paid every friday to people who store their coins in startjoin. So there is your answer...price would normally dip during weeked because those people would be selling and it would start going back up starting Tuesday morning till Friday. Plus startjoin crowdfudn projects get filled and those people dump more so they can convert their start to $ and use it for their project. so there are minor dumpers (those who get dividends) and then there are major dumper (those who've/are posting projects on startjoin) Unless there is some big news or Karl Gray/Max start buying this coin I don't see a reason for big pump before security backed mining asset crowdfund gets filled...that would be big news and price will hit 100k+ after it gets released and it'll continue go up and I'm guessing around 100k will be our new floor after that news since lot of people will be investing in it right now there are more sellers than buyers |

There are 11 btc sell orders till 10 sat and Dev please deliver something good and take this fun to trex or bigger exchange..c-cex has no volume. If shit like dibbits, globe and ibits can hit trex..I don't see a reason why this one shouldn't atleast it's not complete scam. |
