1501  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would You Crowdfund for a Gambler Who Has Gambled Irresponsibly? on: November 22, 2023, 11:42:12 PM

On my part, I think, I won't support this kind of cause. We all know that there is no assurance in gambling.
So if he gambles the money that is allotted for important things, the likelihood of getting out without any money at all is high.
Very well,  the only time that I can help such a person is when maybe there is a health issue with the individual,  and there is a need for money for medical support, but if it is to give out money to aid the gambler to continue gambling,  I won't try to do that at anytime soon,  because that will worsen his case instead helping him,  but also since he already indebted why still putting him under pressure to continue on a recovery movement even though we know that there is nothing like that in gambling since the outcome is always uncertain and unpredictable.

So for best help for the individual,  is to take a break from gambling and not to seek social media help to continue gambling which will just be a continuation of the gambling event that got him into that situation in the first place.

Who has dropped the 50K $0.01 ball on Plinko then with 500 users able to claim a random free t-shirt, maybe a forum user wins?

I see there is now a Shuffle store that sells:
Black and White t-shirts
Purple hoodie, same color as the casino.
A black hat with the Shuffle logo.

This is cool  Shocked

[1] https://shuffle.store/products/50k-plinko-t-shirt-1
Really cool to have one of those t-shirts on at least shuffle have a lot going on for them right now and with their token development and now the branded t-shirt as free gifts,  but I haven't heard any forum member announcers that they won the t-shirt because I will love to have one of those materials and if it on sell in any store,  please do well to mention that here and where to get them.

I just hope that the t-shirt can be shipped into my country,  and for a low shipping fee that will not put holes in customers' pockets,  because in the case of some of these inter-country goods is that,  the amount to buy them may be low but the shipping fees may become almost unbearable.
1503  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would You Crowdfund for a Gambler Who Has Gambled Irresponsibly? on: November 22, 2023, 11:24:22 PM
A few days ago, I posed a question in this forum, wondering if, as someone who engages in gambling, you've ever considered thinking of giving back to the community if you ever had a successful gambling run. I carefully went through all the responses, maintaining a keen interest and taking note of each perspective. Another aspect of the inquiry involves whether you would be willing to participate in crowdfunding for a fellow gambler who reaches out to the public through social media seeking financial support after they gambled with the funds meant for an important project like, investment, school fees, rent, marriage or any other thing. And what would you say to those who go ahead to donate to these gamblers out of a sense of empathy?
It's hard to say at this point if I will be willing to contribute to crowd-fund a person who gambles away money meant for an important project,  because as far as I am concerned,  if the project was important to the gamblers,  he won't have taken such step to waste or risk the money on an uncertain thing like gambling,  and beside the said individual may be likely be suffering from gambling addictions and at that,  any amount that is giving to him in form of support may likely be gambling away like the way the first money was gamble away also.
1504  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is politics everyone's business? on: November 22, 2023, 11:10:58 PM

It would be foolish to complain on the situation of your country if you do not even vote.
That's why I will always say people who contribute to the downfall of a country and the economy are those people who don't partake in voting. For me voting is the right of every citizen and I see it as privilege, why? The chance we don't have to speak freely about the government cause fear of death, I see voting as the chance to speak out by voting the right person, in summary politics should be everyone's business.
Not voting doesn't 100% result into sabotage of the country's electoral system or the political setting of the country reason being that we have many factors that contribute to citizens' unwillingness to vote, in some places like in my country,  citizens vote doesn't count, the reason being that the electoral system is highly corrupted and at that,  even though the citizens goes to the ballot to vote for a particular candidate of the choices,  those corrupt politicians will ring the election and make the citizens votes to become useless.

This is a systematic disenfranchising of the citizens and in the long run,  the citizens lose motivation to vote because, in the end, their votes will not count,  so what then should you blame them and call them part of the problem instead of facing the obvious reality of things.

A lot is coming up with the casino,  and many have been unable to access the casino I don't know if there be regional restrictions on the casino because not just me alone I also read others' comments on their inability to access the casino and some other have been complaining also about their inability to make a withdrawal from this casino,  so for sure it be better to stick to what works for us for now and keep watching to see what the positivity that will come out of the casino.

The domain name sounds so sketchy but then we may be surprised to see some amazing results coming from such a name,  but for now,  nothing much has been achieved and the negative comments are still higher than the positive comments for this casino.
1506  Economy / Gambling / Re: QuitGamble.com - Free Help for Problem Gamblers on: November 22, 2023, 10:51:48 PM

The other countries strictly implement the rule that they do not allow a minor to enter a casino, whether it is an online or land-based casino. I also don't see anything wrong with this step they are taking.

And this kind of implementation that a country is doing is really good because it only shows a real concern for minors, and it is good to see it being implemented in all countries that are legitimately allowed to operate gambling in each country, if that is where it stands.
Under age gambling is what both online and offline casinos don't joke with and some times why the government are so strict on gambling licensing os because of the KYC implementation which will help to expose any possible under-age registration and from the document verification you will be sure to be able to cash up with any of such possibility of underage.

The cosino have the sole right to request for verification from the gambler anytime they feels that the gambler may be an under age and since government laws already cover that aspect is much essential for casinos to comply with that law at all time to avoid sanctioning.
1507  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: So we got new CEO of Binance on: November 22, 2023, 09:51:42 PM
This change in the company hierarchy I believe this new change is going to effect binance more positively and just as CZ mentioned that the new CEO is vast in financial knowledge and hard long-term of experience and hasn't worked on several international and national financial institutions and has been an active board member at Binance before the recent upgrade to the rank of COE which I am sure is for the good of Binance and their customers, a lot is expected to change and for me personally, I see this development as a welcome development at least this has changed CZ from being the face of the company which has been what it is for a long while now before this recent development.
1508  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: investing a money on: November 22, 2023, 09:20:03 PM
Let's assume we have a) $5000 b) $10000 c) $15000 to invest, what do you suggest?
Best form of investment in this situation is to buy Bitcoin and hold for long term,  because if you decide to invest in any of the altcoins that promises high and quick rewards,  you may end up losing that money because taking the highest amount mentioned as the bases for the capital,  it significant enough to make a good bitcoin investment on the long term base.

But mind you,,  if you really want to invest in a stable assets that lesson your risk,  then you have to consider bitcoin or gold as the best option for that category,  unless you want to gamble with your money only then will you consider other altcoins.

So, the fact that Rollbit has some scam accusation against them does not necessarily mean that they can't be trusted, and concerning kyc, it will be good for us to understand that every gambling casino has their own unique kyc rules, and this rules may be seen or understood differently by different customers, this does not mean that their kyc system is messed up, or that they use it to harass customers, it might just be that the customer is failing to follow their kyc rules which is what is causing problems for the customer.
Did you even read about how Rollbit harassed their customers recently using KYC? They asked them to actually login to their Binance accounts and show the transfer via video call.

You must be out of your mind if you are defending this sort of nonsensical crap frankly speaking.
Well, keep the *out of mind* crap aside bud, if you won't respond back politely, then just keep shut/ignore and move on, the forum did not make it mandatory that you must respond to every comment you come across.
And the forum rules did state that we respect each other's opinion.

We live in a free world, what you like must not be what I like, and what I like must not be what you like, I am not defending Rollbit, I only stated the obvious fact, which is that, every casinos has their pros and cons, they all have their strengths and weaknesses, some casinos have their weaknesses in the area of kyc, while some have in the area of game play, deposit and withdrawals and so on.

A reputable casino harassing a user using kyc, does not make them a scam automatically.
Yeah there be no need to sound aggressive in your response 3kpk3 just like five star mentioned,  you don't need to respond to every comment you are mentioned if you feels that the member may be writing out of your own context and expectations since this is a discussion thread,  and you are calling out a vision for what you termed as harrasement with kyc demands which may not be the same experience with some other members who are using that casino also.

You can also do better to channel your energy on getting in touch with the perspective rep of the casino to resolve whatever delay you feels is effecting the process of your kyc verifications.
1511  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casinos not asking for KYC to register and play, but do require it to withdraw on: November 22, 2023, 08:12:00 PM

Really sometime,  I wonder what some gamblers take gambling for because the ratio to either win or lose sometime is not different from one casino to the other,  and I don't like the fact that some gambler mix that up like making statements such as being lucky on a particular casino compared to the other,  what the reality is is that if you are a good gambler and you make your right analysis and being able to predict right you will win regardless of the casino where you place the bet,  so casino have no much influence on the outcome of the game most especially on none in house games where the house edge is not in operations.

But also I must agree that,  as a person,  you will have your most preferred casino,  and this is based on the level of luck that accompany them while you play on that casino,  just like stake that give me a lot of. Luck compared to my luck on other casinos.

Betnomi Refund Plan

Thank you all for your cooperation.
This is a highly commendable step from you guys,  when you mentioned earlier that you have a refund process on going I never knew you guys are going go make the process Asap like this and given a 30 days withdrawal window is a good move and I believe those that are affected by this crisis and having the funds stock in the betnomi casino will have the opportunity to make use of this window to recover they money that is stuck in the casino for over some time now,  once again this is a good step in the right directions.
1513  Other / Politics & Society / Re: freedom of expression on: November 22, 2023, 07:28:29 PM

If it's your country of origin where you cannot express your freedom of speech, because you have a dictator as leader, if you don't have the resources to leave the country or for legal battles, then it's wisest to remain low key. Because if the authority decides to deal with the person, and he doesn't have a strong backing, it'll be a pity because his rights will further be trampled on. Except the person wants to be brave and face the consequences of going against the authority. Abuse of rights and privileges is to be expected in any society, some out of ignorance or in full knowledge will break the law. In cases like that the law should be judiciously applied to chastise them.
The world is full with ditectors as leaders and a lot have pushed the citizens to remain on the low key just like you mentioned,  but then also remaining low key also have it own price and that is you as a citizen will have to endure a lot of things being low key and at that you have to be ready to bear all the pains and endure every wrong doing to you as a citizen.

Can one person face the government or it bad leaders?

The answer is hard to say either yes or know because you may not be certain of what capacity to assume to be able to confront the system that be,  but if you be lucky to win then you can become a hero of your fellow citizens.
1514  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Often Do You Check Your Seed Phrase. on: November 22, 2023, 07:18:58 PM
I rarely check my seed phrase because it’s located on a secret location which I don’t want to be exposed by checking it frequently. The last time I check it is when I change hardware wallet.

Your idea of keeping it on a secret location  is cool since it is not meant to be seen by someone else but I think it's not bad if you go check it out once in awhile to be sure it is still in order, seeing that you have changed your hardware wallet proved that you understood what I meant by seeing if it's in order. If we don't confirm if it's in order how do we know when something has gone wrong or when it's missing? We don't always pray for unforseen circumstances but things do happen and having a proper check can help us to dictate when it has been tampered by someone else.

Just pushed to ask you Giftedman this question even though I have stylishely cover that part in the earlier comment on what the need is to keep checking your wallet seed at regular internal even though you have no need for it?

Alot have to be made secret about wallet see phrase and keeping it where is safe and secured and out of regular reach is the best approach to it so for me,  there is no need to keep constant check on your seed phrase unless you have need for it,  but anything other than that,  I see it as needless.
1515  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Often Do You Check Your Seed Phrase. on: November 22, 2023, 06:43:17 PM
Since wallet seed phrase is not like wallet address that I have being using multiple time,  I don't check it at any interval but also I always know that my seed phrase are safe and securely kept so there be no need for me to keep checking it all the time.

The most important thing to do is to make sure that your seed phrase are properly stored and also for such once you achieve that,  you can go ahead and be at peace all the time even though you may not necessarily be checking on the seed phrase unless you want to use the seed phrase to restore/recover your wallet on new device.
1516  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is this a good advice? on: November 22, 2023, 06:34:09 PM
Being an active player does not mean you will have the best of gambling experience for winning and it's increased chances always, base on experience from other concerned gamblers, they can tell that the more you're trying all yours best to avoid loosing by being active in gambling regularly the more you're liable to keep having same losses on a repeated occassions if care is not taken, gambling is not that predictable.

It is understandably so that the more you play in gambling the more you may lose but at same time there are days that are profiting days at least I have witnessed it from other gamblers offline you attested to a winning streak after which they run off with some profit after the losses started coming. I believe not every day is a bad day but those few times that are good days they are the lucky times we can get some profit and we need to have control incase of running off when the losses start to build up.
Are you now preaching greed in gambling? See, gambling should be well planned, it's not something that should be played without control, or else, the person would blame himself. What you just narrated has put me into trouble many times in trading and it's a very good reason why I kept my cool against such in gambling, and this has been working well for me not to overplay but rather preserve my account. The mindset of the so-called good day is the reason why some people continue to play and play until they lose their fortunes on that same day. It might be good at first but if you do not exercise caution and self-control, it might be bitter before you end the betting for the day. It doesn't matter if a day is either good or bad, it's better for gamblers to have plans and know their budgetary limits in order to be able to exercise control in any gambling situation.
Not only gambling but also other aspect of anything should also be well planned before diving into it and if you attempt to under take anything that you want to memory to be worth the while then you must be able to have a prior understanding and planning at the same time,  so for such gambling is one of those things that need a lot of planning to stay at a safer side of things and avoiding any possible tragedy of events.

Much more also,  we have to be able to separate greed from planning when it comes to gambling since greed may push you to gamble more,  but can not end you up with anything significant.
1517  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you ever been a gambling addict? on: November 22, 2023, 06:04:46 PM
I see a lot of people here talking about gambling responsibly. Yes, that is something very true, but have you ever been a gambling addict?

To be honest in the past I have spent a lot of money gambling. What I mean here is that I spent all my savings on gambling. Maybe the nominal amount is not that big but it makes me feel like a gambling addict. I spent 5 months of my savings on gambling. Currently I am aware and am in the stage of improving my own financial condition. Have you ever felt like a gambling addict? and how much did you lose in gambling?
I have never been a gambling addict partly because I had so much financial obligations that needed to be settled with my savings thus I only funded my gambling account with little fund once that account is exhausted through losses incurred on bettings that means I will have to wait till the end of the month before refunding that account again with that I can't be addicted to gambling, even if I have extra funds in my savings I don't think I can easily lure or influenced into becoming addiction because I had disciplined myself in term of finance by having a monthly budget where I account every penny spent.
Gambling addiction come in phases and classes,  while some are more pronounced,  the other may be hardly noticed at some point and so the one whois exhibiting that habit or character may not even know he or she is already addicted,  but still is addict,  but if you want to be free from that is to be totally in control of whatever goes on around the whole process of gambling and that is when you are able to decide to either continue or take a break,  this is a very important point for all to be able to clarify where and when to put a stop to whatever tendency of being addicted.

So I have experienced that level at which I want to hold on,  but the quest to continue to play even though I may be at lose or even losing but can stop,  but when I realize that it was taking hold of me and I was able to hold myself back and freeing fro that hold also.

There is a difference between an exit scam and between an inside job.
An inside job means that one or few of the employees of the corporations decides to use their positions to steal from the company. Whereas, an exit scam means that the company's owner has decided to run away with the cutomers funds and shut down the company all together. There is a huge difference between an inside job and an exit scam.
There is a big difference between an exit scam and an inside job is a bit difficult to differentiate but then there is a big difference between the two and I will try my best to differentiate the two.

1: exit scam is all about the whole team closing the door of the project on the face of there investors or user of project.

2: an inside job is a breeze of the back end security by a member of the team or group without the knowledge of the rest of the team,  this time both the team members and the customers are scam at once this is what inside job means.
1519  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Flood the natural disaster on: November 22, 2023, 02:42:13 PM

Have we consider the rate of rainfall on seas and oceans, how it overflows the dams and nearby rivers that led to having an overflow of waters down to the community lived by people, there's a certain amount of water level every rivers must reach before it is declared disastrous for every nearby environment because if it breakout such could lead to flooding, most of the cases of serious flooding we had were as a result of higher and prolonged rainfalls, the solution is to always abstain from any riverine area in case of flood, those that will be firstly affected are these category of people living near the river.
Well abstaining from river banks area may be a sure solution as an individual precaution measures,  but then also we have to mention some vital aspect and features that we need to consider before diving into such discussion and how their effect our overall well being and the community at large.

But at the government level,  the best possible measure isnro did our water ways and make room for more water banks which will aid in absorbing the water and making a proper dischargement possibilities.

Welcome to the forum once again. I can see that, you have written more in text rather than pictorial representation here in the ANN thread. Just a suggestion that, it’s really hard for many people to go through such a long text in order to know the details about the site. My question is that, do you guys require KYC in order to make a withdrawal. Moreover are players from all over the globe allowed to play here? Just answer these basic questions mate.
Yeah I was about to mentioned how difficult it is to read a lot of text and without any picture support,  since you know how hard it is to read long text without any pictural support,  but then also,  the ops have made a correction to that and he has bought a copper member and at the same time included some virtual content in form of picture to the ops.

So you can do well to have a recheck at the first page to see the new update and how far the ops have gone to improve the first page of the thread already
