981  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: December 29, 2023, 07:29:00 PM
Arsenal and Tottenham lost their last respective matches, so this is an opportunity for Manchester City to get closer to Liverpool at the top of the standings. Manchester City have 1 match in hand which could possibly put them within 2 points of Liverpool, so it won't be easy for Liverpool to win the title this season without tight competition.
Yes, that's right. As usual, Arsenal didn't learn from last season where they always lost control in the middle of the season or until the end of the season, why consistency is important and also rotating players to ensure players are in good form to compete, Arteta has a lot to learn. from previous failures where Arsenal always failed to win the title like last season because of unnecessary mistakes like this.

Arsenal should have been able to take advantage of the moment to win at home but they failed, West Ham turned out to be performing better than Arsenal, again Manchester City will again compete with Liverpool at the top of the standings because Arsenal's defeat yesterday, including Tottenahm and Aston Villa, will benefit Manchester City again .
Furst,  Asernal have missed it in this season and as a matter of fact, they have not even performed anything close to the what it was for the club last season and this season is one of the worst for Arsenal for a while now and As long as the club continue to perform in that capacity,  it becomes obviously that the level of confrontation that Manchester City hard from Aserbal in the last season won't be same or anything better in this season,  many times in their match, Arsenal have failed in the several attempts to make any remarkable point since the season began.

The surprising thing is that, Arsenal has not failed to perform excellently from the beginning of the season,  and this is the surprising thing about the club,  lack of consistency and follow online.
982  Economy / Gambling / Re: Greetings from Bets.io on: December 29, 2023, 07:19:11 PM
One thing should I mention here is that after visiting the whole site I did not find a running/recent bet history which is a common system of most of the other casinos. and I think Bets.io should have this feature too.  Or if I missed to find it please someone correct me. Thank you.

Betting history you mean in player account or on the general dashboard,  because from your comment you didn't mention that you make deposits or play any game on the casino,  so possibly because of that you may not be able to see your bet history.

I may be wrong anyway but whichever way,  it's good to read your review on this casino and I am going to give them a try in the coming days to see if they fit my preference and also if I can bear with the rules.
983  Economy / Gambling / Re: Which are best stake alternatives on: December 29, 2023, 05:23:54 PM
In my opinion, there are many online casinos nowadays, the way they work is almost the same, the only difference is the appearance and the minimum deposit and also the minimum withdrawal. If the games are probably almost the same, I say maybe yes, because on site A there are games that are not available. on site B, because I had differentiated it, not out of curiosity but I found out accidentally when I was going to play on a new site and looked for the game I wanted and it wasn't there, even though I had searched using the "search for games" feature. There isn't any. and in my opinion this is one of the differences with what I said at the beginning of the minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal.

That's for sure, we have to be careful when having an online gambling site, because there are some who cheat because I have experienced things that are detrimental to myself, and my weakness is that I can't differentiate between guaranteed sites and fraudulent ones. So I think you need to be careful when choosing a site because no matter how small the deposit value is, money is still money.
You are right, if you don't play carefully you can never save your deposit and if you leave it on the casino site you will fall into the trap of fraud later. When you gamble with your real money the most important thing is that you can be sure and secure that your transaction is safe and that you get your winnings without any delay and quickly. Good online casinos care about these things and strive to provide the highest and best service possible. gambling sites should be analyzed to choose the right casino.
I believe that it very easy to choose the right casino that is free of frauds and the only way to do that is to take the time to check all the vital feature that involve most in building a casino reputation and such features comes in their numbers and most importantly among them is the deposits and withdrawal features of the casino because this two feature is where and when to put the trust base of the casino to the real test.

Most of the scam casinos have shady withdrawal operations and sometimes they give high bonuses and also some other form of incentive just to trap the gambler into believing in them,  but in the end, they withhold them from withdrawing their money whenever they make a good winning amount or locking the account once a big deposit is received into the account.
984  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: is it a legit airdrop or not? on: December 29, 2023, 05:07:23 PM
Recently, I've been exploring blast.io, where they conducted an airdrop with a unique approach. Participants deposit 0.1 ETH, receive blast airdrop tokens, and also get their ETH back with some APY. It caught my interest, so I looked into another project called y24.io. They're launching on the BNB chain and seem to be following a similar strategy. Deposit 0.1 BNB, complete tasks, and get up to 1000 y24 tokens daily. Since they've just started, I'm wondering if it's a good idea to participate. In blast, users gained significant profits, and I believe y24 might also offer good returns. I'd appreciate suggestions from experts.

https://y24.io/airdrop check our and let me know
When it comes to airdrop or bounty,  we can not totally out rightly deny the legitimacy in the market,  but the problem is that,  many of those airdrops or bounties have been scam and that is why many participants become hesitant about accepting to work on any of them unless they are able to prove them,  and right about now,  the airdrop link you shared has no records any where for us to work with and for that we advice you to take caution with such project and do an extra research to know more about them.

Because from the look of things,  since this airdrop have no information online and also doesn't have a thread here in the forum,  many people will not ve able to give you any input in the case so you have to rely on your own research and take the risk if you wish.
985  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you feel when you look at your first Bitcoin wallet? on: December 29, 2023, 04:58:31 PM

From your mentioning of an aspiration for getting to 1 whole coin, that likely is becoming more and more unreachable by newbie bitcoiners, so each of us just need to attempt to create BTC accumulation targets that are reasonable for our own circumstances, so maybe we start out striving to get 1 million satoshis, and then after we reach that we might strive for 5 million, and then 10 million and then 21 million and then 50 million.. and gosh, if we end up getting to 50 million, then we have reached 0.5 BTC... so we do what we can, and it could still be possible to reach 1 BTC or multiple BTC, but likely not very possible or easy for normie no coiners who have not yet even started to take bitcoin accumulation seriously enough to figure out a plan to get started in their BTC accumulation journey as soon as possible.

Having to beat ourselves by trying to go beyond our reach in bitcoin accumulation due to the time and mistakes of the past is some how a bad approach and since I already know that fact,  I put every regret or missed chances of accumulating bitcoin when the price was more affordable,  bit at instance it best to take thing as easy as possible because on the long run,  what matters is the ability to resolve able to hold something tangible as out Bitcoin portfolio in the long run.

Let say in the next two to three years from now we should be in a better position where we already achieve what we thought we had missed,  and are in a good financial status through our Bitcoin holding,  and at that point, it becomes clear to us that Bitcoin is a lifetime journey and not some early birds only things,  because when it comes to Bitcoin investment,  what really matters is two things and that is.

1: the amount of capital you have to invest in Bitcoin

2: how much time you are ready to hold your investment and what you choose to do with your extra income while you waiting for that time to be achieved.
986  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are the best sources for discovering high-quality airdrops? on: December 29, 2023, 04:42:27 PM

I’m not even familiar to blast.io but both of them surely sounds like a ponzi scam since there’s no way to yield the deposit amount while getting airdrop at the same time. Who’s generous startup project that will give this kind of benefit by just completing minor task while sending a deposit.

This is not an airdrop but rather a different form of scam token sale. There’s no airdrop that will require someone to deposit on the given address because airdrop shouldn’t involved any deposit but rather just task.
Really it looks out of the ordinary to achieve such level of profits just by depositing for the airdrop and the major turn off for me in this is the fact rhat,  airdrop participants will have to deposit before being able to claim the airdrop rewards from the platform.

And just as you mentioned the project looks and sounds like a Ponzi scheme and anyone looking to take part in it should do that with caution on the long run, because when it looks too good to be true rewards it is definitely not true in most cases.

Most especially when emphasis is made on the initial deposits before claiming the rewards or activating those rewards.
987  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: In The Span Of six months what will make you trust a new casino on: December 29, 2023, 04:27:32 PM
For me,  six months is still very small to know the real character pf a new project,  we should give the mat least a year or two to be able to see their true colour because of a casino really mean to manipulate their ways,  their could go for six months faking things and bringing in all the mentioned characteristics, but at the end could still end up as scam and most times those kind of casino will just do a exit scam on their loyal customers.

We have seen a few of them who exitbitied such characteristics here in the forum for a while now,  so for that, it will only take a long time of proves and actions to really call a casino as reputable or ve able to trust them.
988  Economy / Reputation / Re: [v2][Self Moderated] In Merits, Count Down To Your Next Rank... on: December 29, 2023, 03:55:30 PM

My countdown to_ Senior member Rank
Number of Merits(s) left: 4

Sorry I will have to delete your request Mia, and this is because..
  • First, rules are rules and should be obeyed right? Yeah, I might decide to ignore this, but when I don't ignore the next person that breaks the same rule, it simply means I am biased in my judgment, I hope you understand.
  • Secondly, I don't think the 4 merits left for your next rank is a problem, the problem is, you will get the 4 merits quite alright, but you will still remain full member member until your activity reaches 240 which is the minimum required for the senior member rank.

So, I advice you be patient and wait for your activity to reach that level or atleast, get close to that, you need 30 more activity to go, and trust me, before you reach the required activity, you must have already earned more than enough merit for your next rank 😁.

And do not get to remove the economize signature before the 1st of January - one love and be safe bud.

My friend at some point I think that many members are already violating some of the rules of this thread and there is no more time to keep warning them at all times,  and also I think it will be better to update the rules to include that only those who have achieved the necessary activities + merits should apply on this thread.

The thread is beginning to turn into a merits farming thread to some forks and if nothing is done to censor what goes on in this thread,  what led us to close down the first thread before starting this one will still affect this very thread, I may be wrong anyways but this is my input on this comment and what transpired in the case and other cases here on this thread.
989  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casino Christmas Bonuses - Suggestions Anyone? on: December 29, 2023, 03:47:31 PM
You probably don't want to hear this, but I don't suggest spending too much time playing around with bonuses and promotions. Most of them look good on paper, but they come with big wagering requirements of 30x or more. And even if you managed to meet that, you would then have to roll over your winnings. Unless, of course, it's a no wagering bonus, which is rare. On top of that, casinos like to limit your betting amounts and maximum cashouts.

All that make them seldom with your time.
Well, you are right actually, it is very rare to come across a bonus of promotion without a wager requirement from the casino, like I would always say, for online gambling casinos, for every bonus or giveaway they have to do, they have to structure in a way that, it could end up being or bringing to them even more profits, possibly much more than they have spent on the bonuses, and this they achieve through or by placing wager requirements on such bonuses.

And this is not actually to say that gamblers don't get lucky at times, gamblers do get lucky in winning a tangible sum of money to which they can complete the wager requirements and still have a reasonable amount of money left for withdrawals, though this also rarely happens, but still happens if the gambler is lucky anyway.
Because of the wagering requirement on those bonuses allows the casino to gain back the money spent in launching that promotion,  this is the main aim of the casino being able to recover back their money along the line is what makes them to bring out the promotion in the first place,  and any promotion without a wagering requirement can easily be abused and if care is not taking that abuse cold affects the financial status of the casino on the long run.

So for a safer decision,  I am not always on the lookout for such a promotion,  and even for the Christmas bonuses that were promoted to me at some point,  I never take them seriously since I know it won't be without a wager requirement.
990  Economy / Gambling / Re: Guide for newcomers Start a fun and profitable gambling entertainment journey o on: December 29, 2023, 02:38:04 PM

Now, when it comes to doing things differently, for example, a player becomes Very active in the game and thinks that he can win a lot or have a constant income, that is one thing, but there is also another mistake that could happen. thing is that you fall into Addiction thinking that by putting more money in the casino you can recover the previous money you have spent, this is something that newbies usually make the mistake of, and that is Why before playing and doing anything we must Consider that things in casinos are very delicate and have to be considered very carefully, it is always like this, that is why my recommendations are simple and easy to follow, first have a balance willing to lose, which if you lose then It doesn't matter it's just what you had to win, and secondly, if you can clearly see that you win, then Withdraw that profit, don't leave it there but enjoy that money, in case you lose the money, be prepared to lose and stay put until another day, not seek Revenge.

Many times because of the shining luck and a little bit of expertise that gives some gamblers win,  they become strong enough to say that they can continue winning at all times and this kind of feeling is what leads to addictions as you said and in many cases they tend to lose a lot of money that there can't afford to bear along the line,  taking gambling as a means of earning a steady income from the winning,  is a big trap that will only hurt the one who thinks in that direction n that is why there is no professionalism in gambling and the reason why we preach that gambling should only be done for the fun of it and nothing more than that as long as the case is concerned.

So if we must advise newbies on gambling,  we will then say that gambling should only be done as a fun thing and nothing more because many of the newcomers have already built a wrong mindset towards gambling by taking it to be a get-rich-quick scheme which is obviously a wrong idea of the whole thing.
991  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: NAIJA BOARD 2023 ART CONTEST 24th DEC --- 31st on: December 29, 2023, 02:26:56 PM

Edited out
I accept the fact that many of our members are already on vacation and since we know how this season is in this part of the world where everyone allocates the December period to visit their hometowns and also check of ancestral homes and relatives,  many of the good hands may miss out on this contest.

But never the less we still have a good hand around and from the comments here in this thread, it shows that many are still following up with the thread,  and for that, we may see more submissions towards the deadline date.

Just as you said in the last paragraph of your message,  wishing all the participants big good luck and let's see how it goes with this contest.

O boy na serious matter be this so,  but the only solution na to just face the snake on,  because that is the only lesser evil available at the moment a d as it is,  you have no option than to choose one,  I don look around see say everywhere is surrounded and there is no escape ruit for the victim,  but he has to attempt a d does not give up like a coward,  this is why I say he must face the snake.

But I know others may have better thoughts towards this situation and could prefer a lesser solution to escape this situation,  but I have to say that this is a tough one and deadly at the same time.
994  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin start rising up what coin is good for investing right now for short term on: December 28, 2023, 11:47:21 PM
Bitcoin has made a recovery impact on most of the market surface but I think altcoins will recover but that doesn't mean it will go up, altcoin bullish trend is not clear yet, free market is  create a new trend structure after more FUD happens and the risk on centralized trading is getting bigger and bigger, I think the coins that fit the decentralized trend will get short-term bullish wick by its characteristic  oriented to the right needs.  I think short-term altcoins are all imo from the news, if you want to watch AAVE, OKB, RPL… I set medium term target at 2024 -2025 so I will reduce short term amounts slightly.
Short-term speculation seems to be the most secure position right now,  this is because,  most of the coins that have performed well in the market have been able to achieve such because of the impact of the bitcoin market and if you have to follow the trend when it comes to altcoins,  you have to be doing that by following short term speculation,  because the risk os higher for altcoin when you go in for long term.

Identifying the right coin to speculate and gamble on it price is the ultimate and many of us will fine such coin,  but our inability to take those risks,  becomes a big limitation,  so for the investing in the long-term assets such as Bitcoin may definitely become the most important thing to do right about now.
995  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Terra LUNA revival Imminent on: December 28, 2023, 11:39:18 PM
Just a gamble,  take your money + profits off while the party is still on,  be before you know it the door will be closed in your face and then you have nothing to rely on.

If it does crash before,  it will again but then you can be smart enough to take the profits before the next exit, sometimes delay is self-denial.
996  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Have we overlooked the many potentials of altcoins? on: December 28, 2023, 11:31:22 PM
What are the best coins to use at a time when there is network congestion in the main meme pool?
Theres plenty of choice mate. I think almost all of L1like bnb, avax, ftm, matic, solana, tron are good when it comes to fees. Even the L2s of optimism, arbitrum and many more. Nothing can be done with the network congestion for a while as ordinals busy trying to poke it. But if youre into altcoins might as well used my recommended chain first and go back to btc when it cools down.
Ohh well thank you for this response,  I am sure not only me will need that advice because others also will read the comment and take the advice to heart,  to be honest with you,  I took steps towards what you just said and your comment it just a confirmation of the accuracy of my thoughts and action as long as Bitcoin is concerned.

The network congestion will indeed be around for a while and I am sure if the price of Bitcoin continues to increase,  we may likely be battling with the ordinal attack till the next Bitcoin halving,  I wonder what the next bull run will look like in terms of bitcoin fees.
997  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cristiano Ronaldo get 1 billion dollars lawsuit for his NFT failure on: December 28, 2023, 11:24:17 PM
This is actually a funny thing to me because I had previously read that Cristiano was only partnering and promoting NFTs himself but in the end, this is also not a compulsion to buy Ronaldo's NFTs especially since we know that the hype of NFTs is almost over and those who claim to be investors should know that because this is only about collections, don't expect too much more.

Indeed, in this case, doing promotion also carries a big risk for Cristiano but on the other hand, in the end, those who have been in crypto for a long time should understand that hype like NFTs will not last too long so demands like this I think cannot be done because in the end, what do they want to expect by trying to buy or hold many NFTs with the Cristiano theme because in the end they should also know that something like this will not last long.
Really at some point, we are beginning to have some kind of ill feelings regarding those NFT investors because most of them should have known better that the party is over,  and anyone buying into those NFT collections should be doing so just for the love and fun of it and nothing more,  if you are lucky to have cash on the wave,  you take the profits.

But if you are unlucky such as in the case with the investors in this Chrisrano Ranaldo case,  because many of them do not have a direct deal with the player and he just promoted the project and possibly an investor also who has lost.
998  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: December 28, 2023, 11:09:03 PM
Both North London teams could not get themselves a win tonight and both losing by 2 goals. The more surprising thing is Arsenal losing to West Ham at the Emirates. Arsenal just couldn't score. They had expected goals close to 3 but nobody clinical enough to finish.
Yeah both Asernal and Tottenham lost their matches tonight and even though Tottenham tried every possible best record some goals in the match,  Brighton squad were fiercely ready and we're able to add up the goals to sum it up to 4 goals to 2 which in my experience was a good one for both clubs.

Asernal also lost to west ham united,  with a goaless 2 goals winning,  seriously,  I almost chooses Asernal for straight winning tonight before I gave up the bet,  what have become of Asernal lately is so bad and if the club continue in this manner,  their may find it hard to finish this season among the top 3, because now Liverpool have overtaken them to top the table and there is the possibility that Asernal will drop I'm more point in the coming weeks.
999  Economy / Gambling / Re: [poorbot.io] | Exchanger for Stake - fast, cheap, simple on: December 28, 2023, 10:58:43 PM
I haven't used this service before, because from what I know it's the first time I've seen this offer on a forum.

Does this mean that this is specifically for stake.com users? I very rarely play at the casino because it is often in other casinos, but if you in the future include many casinos like this then I'm sure this service will continue to be crowded with visitors even though you say only focus on stake.com.

Well if there is time to go back to playing at stake casino, then I will try this service.
For now, poorbot service seems to be only targeted at Stake users, possibly because Stake has one of the most active users possibly in their millions.

But then, just like you, I have also thought about this service extending to other online casinos as well, since we have alot of online casinos that don't bother implementing a swap or exchange service in their system aside from Bc.game which already have their own in-built swap service for their users.

So, I personally would also love to see this service extended to other casinos as well, but like we all know, the service is just starting here and with Stake, the kind of success they record or achieve while providing for Stake users might be the determinant to whether they will extent same service to other casinos in the near future.
do you think that because their mentioned stake in the title means anything related to offering a exchange service for a casino,  I believe the name stake ring a bell in your head and why you have a presumption about poorbot and it services,  although I haven't visited or used poor it service before but I am sure it is far from what you are thinking and you may have to prove me wrong in me too is just assuming your also.

When the network connection subsidess small,  I will try out their services and try to give my review about them at some point.
