They are going to keep investing more, but how much more? I mean the fact that Qatar supposedly spent that much, is beyond understanding, and if they start building bigger and better more modern stadiums at SA right now, they will eb finished by 2030 for sure, hell if they start now, by 2023 it would be "old" stadium to be fair, so they have a few more years to start for sure.
