You can add a private key in the bitcoin-qt client... somehow  Cheesy There is a console command for that.

Or if you use MultiBit, via the import key option (you first have to make a .txt file with the key and rename it as .key unless they will change this and add more options)
Or you can do that on the blockchain.info service.

They aren't the only programmers in the world  Roll Eyes

So you add a bullet or two. The point is: remove the movers and shakers and the whole thing grinds to a halt, especially with how prevalent the cult of personality  is in bitcoin and the ratio between "idea men" and "do-ers".
Then you will have anonymous programmers doing everything behind proxies, TOR and whatelse. What then?
1525  Bitcoin / Press / Re: 2013-03-27 - NBC News - Cyprus financial crisis boosts demand for digital dollar on: March 27, 2013, 10:35:19 PM
What are these "digital dollars" they are speaking about?  Cheesy
1526  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Upgrade bitcoin.org on: March 27, 2013, 10:13:13 PM
I agree that the download page is a bit unclear right now.

The clients are "hidden" under the symbols and all these ? ? ? looks like clients still to unveil rather than important warning (under mobile wallet at first glance i suppose that bitcoin wallet is ready and there are 2 more clients still to unveil while under web wallets there are 4 clients to unveil)
1527  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Cyprus' emergency restrictions.. on: March 27, 2013, 10:02:32 PM
It seems euro is already worthless: no one will sell bitcoins for euro in Cyprus now
1528  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Undetected Bad Transaction on: March 27, 2013, 08:51:15 PM
Define "bad transaction" please. It seems you are speaking about blocks. How can a block be bad? And how that would be "undetected"?
1529  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Eurocrats are considering to ban Internet pr0n on: March 27, 2013, 05:37:57 PM
I'm fully prepared for this, I've been stockpiling pornography for the last 10 years. Bring it on EU.
That is why 4TB hard disks exist  Cheesy
1530  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Eurocrats are considering to ban Internet pr0n on: March 27, 2013, 05:28:29 PM
MysteryMiner the fact that a picture is legal does not mean we want it in the image tag!

This said, the internet is for porn

Do you think these organisations would be able to buy all BTC on markets and make them lost forever?
I hope yes, i'll sell them 1 btc for 1 trillion of dollars. Oh look, i have another btc to sell, this time i want a tons of gold. Wait, i have a third btc to sell  Cheesy

OpenGL
Meh, you need OpenCL, not GL

It can't be that difficult as there are a lot of people using ATI cards
It is very easy. Install ATI drivers, start guiminer, mine.

I dunno what did you do  Cheesy
1537  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buy ASIC to protect the network from a 51% attack on: March 27, 2013, 03:39:27 PM
I agree about the fact that there is a serious risk of a 51% attack. Bitcoin is still small, such attack is feasible.
1538  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Noob Old Miner Here! on: March 27, 2013, 03:32:10 PM
Oh again the troll
1539  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Did Wikipedia make any updates on its BTC donations view? on: March 27, 2013, 03:07:52 PM
Don't give money to wikipedia, they clearly don't need it. Otherwise they would accept bitcoin

Most Americans don't understand the concept of metric prefixes
Then they better start using their brain and learn that.

Or stop using bitcoin because if they can't understand what milli or micro means, they clearly are unable to understand how to use bitcoins  Smiley
