Be extremely cautious guys of these vouches and counter-vouches with zero proof (and if any are provided, they could be random transactions from the blockchain ledger).
The unnerving delaying of posting transaction IDs here (probably stalling while looking for transactions on blockchain matching the amounts vouched above?) is a red flag.
Never send first. Never ever. Use an established and reputable escrow. Don't let go of your coins on the strength of a vague promise of payment to follow.

How do you intend to send the laptop for a detailed inspection of the lender to have it checked and determine if there are any damages? You mentioned "almost urgently". This means you would need to send the laptop and it would first need to arrive and inspected before the escrow is released.

$60 for 50 in btc? That sounds like a steal of a deal. But how would anyone know if you won't just dispute it later on and recover your oh too good offer?  You will have the coins and the money back. If you are in the US, you can withdraw the balance into cash and pay with cash instead !
