162  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is the world ready for cryptocurrency? on: August 12, 2018, 12:49:07 PM
Although there are a few countries who uses bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies now, I cannot help but wonder if the world is truly ready for this digital currency? It will certainly be hard to replace all currencies in the world but it could happen in a decade or so, perhaps even less? Still the question is, is the world ready? I think if this happens it might be one of the biggest changes that will happen worldwide.

I think the world is ready with the technology in crypto but the people are not. Many are not participating into crypto bec. Of the risk and the lack of knowledge. Maybe in time when the younger generation will embrace it.
163  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why invest in altcoin? on: August 12, 2018, 12:06:32 PM
Why invest in altcoin when you can invest in real estate, stock market?

My Altcoins experience is more lively and with high earnings. I started with it since i have only little money to invest. In real estate it needs a large money to start with and for now i cannot afford it. So far  I am very much okey with my altcoin investments.
164  Economy / Economics / Re: Does engaging with bitcoins put you at risk? on: August 11, 2018, 01:31:10 PM
We, as physically and intellectually healthy individuals, strive and survive to achieve our dreams, establish our roles in the society and fulfill our needs and wants. But in order to do this, we are also required to be financially healthy. The lingering fact is that money is not achievable as a single candy you can buy in the store. Sometimes, people risk their lives and reputation just to get a handful. Bitcoins are not officially a currency that you can just see in a certain country, that are being utilized and used. So, is dealing with bitcoins and other things related to it also puts us in a risky gamble?

There is always a risk in investments but we make ourselves involved in it. Why? Because we want our financial freedom to support the needs of our family. We want to help our relatives who are in need. We want secure our future and our retirements. We don't want our children to stay poor. This is why i take the risk.
165  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What does crypto mean to you on: August 11, 2018, 11:33:04 AM
What does crypto mean to you - a means to a fast buck or a step into the future.

Crypto means a step to the future. I am seeing a better chance of providing my family's need. I foresee myself sending my children to school and having a business of my own with crypto.
166  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I CHOSE BITCOIN INVESTMENT OVER BANK INVESTMENT on: August 11, 2018, 05:11:50 AM
I would also choose bitcoin investment over bank statement as I don't want my money to just stick with its current value right now, I want it to earn, and in bank investment they would just give you minimal interest with your money not even at least 1%.

Bank investments is a stable one and it is very easy and stress free. The disadvantage is its lower interest rate. You can also easily withdraw your money if you need it. Bitcoin has higher eranings and its volatility is risky and sometimes making us stressful. So for both is a good thing to do.
167  Economy / Economics / Re: Should we teach children to have businessman mentality or be successful employee on: August 11, 2018, 03:00:06 AM
We all have that thought why do Chinese people actually make it in the business world. The reason apparently is that at an early age, their parents are conditioning the minds of their children to do business in the hopes that they will actually be heirs to their family business.
In your opinion, should we be teaching them the same or teaching them to be successful employees for the sake of climbing up the economic ladder?

We can teach our children both. Being employed makes us have a benchmark in how a business works and how its best practices can help us so that when we have our own business we already know the basics.
168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My wife tell me that i should sell all of it. on: August 08, 2018, 11:06:11 AM
Hello guys,

I have attended this place since May 2017,
Maybe i like many people here, i was profitable in December 2017, BUT i didn't sell because i think market will up more,
Then like everyone have seen, market has gone down for 8 months, and now i losing so much, but i still wait, i believe that market will go up and i will have profit again.
But my wife was impatient, she told with me "i think you should sold all of it".
I will don't sell anything, but I feel sad because I made her disappointed, she had hoped for me.

Our wife is our other half. Meaning both our decisions matter. This is a financial concern.  You should both set a clear goal and talk about it. The thing is both of you should understand the value of your investments and decide what is best for the family.
169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Hunters Dump Always? on: August 06, 2018, 09:40:52 PM
Do all bounty hunters dump Cryptos after they get paid?

I believe this is not a fair assessment as a lot has to do with the crypto project itself.

Its a matter of perspective really, not all bounty hunters have the same experience or motive, some people just need an opportunity to get crypto for projects that are very difficult to get in the token sales, Example is Ncash tokens of Nucleus.Vision the project has a 1 million USD budget and it is still above ICO price even in the bear market.

Additionally some projects treat bought hunters badly which will not encourage them to stick around for much longer after they get their tokens.

I believe tokens or coins getting dumped by bounty hunters depends a lot on the project itself.

Not all bounty  hunters dump there coins right away. It depends on the situation and needs. Currently bounty hunters are more effecient and knows how to handle there coins. They are now knowledgeable in doing decisions.
170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does crypto offer riches overnight? on: August 06, 2018, 01:18:44 PM
Crypto is one of the avenues of getting rich yet it should be understood that it does not happen overnight. Getting rich in crypto requires a lot of dedication, hard work and patience. People do not see the essence of crypto investment because they want to get rich quickly, hence, hurriedly invest in projects that follow the pump and dump trend.
Remember, one key to success is patience.

There is no easy way to make it in crypto. Many losses there patience and quit. Many stop believe that there is a bigger earnings and some are afraid to invest becs. Of the risk. Yes crypto do not offer an overnight richness. You have to be patient and do the hard work to succeed.
171  Economy / Economics / Re: Is the government really scary? on: August 06, 2018, 09:07:07 AM
Many people say the government is not interested in cryptocurrency. Many people think the government has prohibit
crypto to protect investors from risks. Maybe in your country, that's true. But in some countries, especially developing countries, the government just wants to rob your assets. They rob publicly, lawfully and as much as possible. they are really bandits.I'm not afraid what they do. Because we have many ways to fight them. But this world is not as simple as you think. They can kill you if you are demonstrating.
You can ask any vietnamese that : Do you support your government ? I bet 99% answer is never. 1% remaining I'm sure they are goverment employee or their family. Wink

I am not afraid in our government i will do my part to help it and abide whatever rules it will implement. I don't think it will get my investment or earnings in crypto. Taxes is normal and i am willing to pay for it so that many people can benefit from it.

Good to know that the hardwork is paid off. I have that this will serve as a motivation to everyone of us. Keep going and good luck to another chance in bitcoin.
173  Economy / Economics / Re: When will people feel comfortable using BTC ? on: August 05, 2018, 02:11:50 PM
I believe the answer to your question would be when the big supermarkets accept some form of btc for their goods.

Yes when more firms accept btc. When salaries are made through btc and this can be usable as payments.
174  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto: Education is a key to success on: August 03, 2018, 11:37:34 AM
I agree with this absolutely. In order to be successful in any industry, it is necessary to thoroughly study the case, to which you devote your time and make any bets on it. Similarly, in cryptography. In order to be successful on cryptology, it is necessary to have enough knowledge in this industry to be able to independently analyze and draw conclusions without giving in to false information that can spread on the Internet.

Agree, because how can you make a good decision when you are not equipped with the current information of crypto. If you are an educated person you have the edge of make it bigger in crypto becs. You are knowledgeable with how the systems work.
175  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypro will make people smarter? on: July 22, 2018, 02:11:10 PM
I reflect on the fact that lack of regulation in the field of crypto currency, gives wide opportunities for scam projects. And it will not be possible to regulate the cryptocurrency, no matter how much the goverments want to do it. In the fact that in the world of crypto, lots of scammers and they remain unpunished, I see one big plus.

People will be forced to learn to be more insightful, calculating and rational or will be scammed. Protection from the state decrease our instinct of self-preservation and slowed our development.

Crypto currency will make the next generation of people smarter.

Let's discuss this topic.

Yes this is true. Participating in  Bounty can make you manage time, improve your speaking and spellling. You can also learn about how to earn money and how to manage it.  You will be equiped with so many informative issues and how to deal with them. In other words you will become smarter in crypto.
176  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Another Coin Take the Crown? on: July 22, 2018, 01:17:49 PM
Bitcoin is the oldest and most valuable cryptocurrency, but a crop of nimble competitors, including Ethereum and Bitcoin Cash, could lure investors away.

I think no one can replace bitcoin or can even match it's value. Bitcoin is the most trusted coin so i think for this is the best coin to hold.
177  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Dealing with Bitcoin or Crypto haters. on: July 22, 2018, 11:35:20 AM
Here's how I have been able to change people's opinion from being haters of Bitcoin to thinking about buying some and even some actually buying some.

I follow these 3 steps/rules that I made:

1. Don't get aggressive:

A lot of bitcoin denier get VERY aggressive about how bitcoin is a scam, don't get aggressive. If they are too aggressive and mad, just change the subject for the moment. No need to waste time.

2. Make them doubt their convictions.

Make them doubt that bitcoin is a scam or doomed to fail. A couple of examples that I use are:

      - This is comparable to when people wouldn't want to use their credit cards online because they were scared of fraud.

      - Bitcoin is far from reaching it's full potential, mass adoption takes a lot of time. This is comparable to when Amazon just sold books or Google was nothing compared to Yahoo.. remember Yahoo? (laughs)

      - Crypto currencies are the next steps in the evolution of payment : Barter -> Precious Metals -> Paper Money -> Plastic Cards -> Digital Money

3. Mention the Coinbase $10 when you buy $100 in Bitcoin and then let it simmer...

Let them think about it, they will so their research or ask around. Most will come back to you to get your code for the referral bonus.

Do you have other arguments that you use? I'd love to know.

BTC: 3LcmdDp52oShwv9UTy55vX69JxEibEoKrw
ETH: 0xe822Dc108cb78C9137BF2D92429449B97F1415E0

You cannot let all people love crypto. Some don't want it because they are afraid to lose. Some haters are clueless with how crypto works that is why they are hesitant. I hope that they will deeply embrace crypto and learn it's usefullness.
178  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do older people like investing in Gold/Silver? on: July 22, 2018, 08:22:32 AM
I'm not one who would invest in precious metals, but I have noticed that a good amount of the older generations are pretty keen in investing in these metals. They see it as a way to bet against the market, and a security that will always be safe -- even in the times of a market downturn/country failure as a whole.

I personally wouldn't even want to buy these metals in those events, as I don't see the reason to. I'd rather invest in securities that go up when the market shits itself (Payroll lending companies and so on and so forth)

Does anyone here know the reason behind people loving precious metals?

People live precious metals because they can see it and touches it. This will become part if there material possessions. It is also very saleable in times of need because the items is available.
179  Economy / Economics / Re: Success of an investment may not be true to all? on: July 22, 2018, 06:55:19 AM
Absolutely right, I have invested on some ICOs already which have good ratings and great white paper, but I end up having loss because some team became inactive after the ICO ends and some of these ICOs are scam. So success of an investment is not true at all.

As they say there are always risk in crypto and any other investment. The success of a certain projects depend on how good it is or that can be usefull to all. In every investment success comes with luck and a good working team. Failure will also mean try harder.
180  Economy / Economics / Re: "10 Common Mistakes We make with MONEY" on: July 21, 2018, 11:25:53 PM
Mistake 1: Never lend someone money you are not willing to loose. When you lend someone money, always assume you may never get it back. If you feel that after lending the money out you may not be able to survive with what is left with you, then simply don’t lend the person.

Mistake 2: Whenever you have the opportunity to meet a wealthy or an influential person, never you ask for money, but rather ask for ideas or ways which you can grow your own business. That will make you a more purposeful person.

Mistake 3: Never you spend money you haven’t received or expecting. In other words, do not buy anything on credit because Mr. A has promised you certain money, or that Mr. B will pay you the debt he owes you. It might make you to run into debts should the source fails to pay. I hope you understand this point.

Mistake 4: For proper saving, do not attempt to save what is left after spending, but rather spend what is left after saving. Like you already know, human wants are insatiable, as long as you have the money, you will always have something to buy. Also, never you keep any money you are not going to spend on short term handy or within easy reach. It is best to keep it safe away.

Mistake 5: Do not sign as a guarantor to anyone on financial matters unless you have enough or are willing to pay any misappropriation or money that may arise from the person’s misdeed. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. It can cause you problems.

Mistake 6: Do not consistently spend more than you earn or spend all that you earn. You may not have anything for the rainy days or at retirement.

Mistake 7: Do not spend more money on an item you can purchase same for less within the same neighborhood. It is not a wise spending.

Mistake 8: Never you borrow money that accrues interest to start a business. That will put you undue pressure as you will be working to service the debt and the accrued interest for a long period of time. It could be frustrating especially if things are not as perfect as you would have predicted.

Mistake 9: Do not starve your family or fail to take your child to the hospital SIMPLY because you want to save the money you have for the future. It might leave you in regrets.

Mistake 10: While it is good to save, it does not necessarily means you should save all the money you have. Learn to reinvest some so that it will yield more. It is like planting a seed or grain, nurturing and watering it to yield more fruits. This should be self-explanatory I think.

Which of these mistakes do you think people are guiltier of? Do you think there are other mistakes not included here? Please share your thoughts.

The common mistakes with money  is that we don't we don't religiously pay attention to saving money. The current income is not enough for a large family and we enter in debts with higher interest rate. Health is compromised because of lack of planning and budgeting of earnings. Education is not prioritise that is why most of the children are uneducated can cannot get a good job. We must manage our money and spend in the right things.
