163  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It's just the beginning on: March 29, 2020, 09:40:13 PM
Crypto will be the biggest thing to focus on from now on because Bitcoin is recovering an stock market is not, once many witnessed this they will finally understand what crypto is capable of, for all of you saying it's the end, well it's just the beginning
Recovering the stock market?? I don't know what you mean and how you can prove that.

I'm sure all users have different perceptions of cryptocurrency, especially if it relates to the global economy and existing investments. If I personally think that crypto is in a different place, even though some small things from the global economic situation can change users who are in the crypto market. However, I am also a user who hopes for a healthy growth of cryptocurrency

I guess he was missing a character from his post and what he means is about and the stock market can't recover like what already done by crypto. Crypto is getting a better fundamental as this can be considered as the online payment system while the stock market is not. I think you can try to see that again.

He might be right, except for the fact that crypto has a peculiar attribute, which is volatility. That is why it can easily recover, unlike the stock market. Even with such quality, t can all easily fall on the reverse. Also, there are certain things that can the volatility for crypto and an example is news, whether on the positive or the negative.
164  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What the heck is happening to new projects? on: March 29, 2020, 09:27:48 PM
Some bounty hunters feel they can just go for anything. If a person is that type that feels anything goes, then surely, anything will come his way. Seeing a project that decides to go to an exchange that has a questionable reputation, you should know that such a project is also questionable.
This is a sincere and hard call to bounty hunters. Perhaps they need someone that will always point them to good bounties.
165  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will 2020 be exactly what we hoped for anymore on: March 29, 2020, 09:19:52 PM
Good day friends and family on here, here are few questions disturbing my little mind since I wasn't expecting this virus this year, I thought this year will actually be the best since years ago, but it seems I'm wrong

1. Will Bitcoin halving have impact on crypto market this year with the virus outbreak?
I think the major determinant at this time is the CoronaVirus pandemic. if there is a fast solution to it before the halving, the halving will definitely have p[ositive impact on the market. Whereas, if the pandemic is prolonged, then except very little impact or no impact at all.

2. Is Coronavirus benefiting crypto at all?
Ever since the pandemic started, it has not really made a positive impact on the market. It made more of negative impact than positive because bitcoin I yet to fully recover.

3. Will New projects be able to proceed with launching and development in this outbreak?
Such as the number one answer, if it is further prolonged, then expect serious delays to new projects.

Good day friends and family on here, here are few questions disturbing my little mind since I wasn't expecting this virus this year, I thought this year will actually be the best since years ago, but it seems I'm wrong

4. What do you think will happen to bounties this year?
Everything boils down to the CoronaVirus. Nowadays good bounty projects are scarce. just a few among them can still boast of something meaningful. So many of them are waiting to launch, but have pend it because of the pandemic. This directly or indiectly will affect bounty hunters.

167  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / The success of a project is not the responsibility of bounty hunters alone on: March 28, 2020, 10:04:58 PM
I have come across some people who said/say, "Bounty hunters have nothing to contribute to our projects."
                                                                                                 OR
"We did not see the impact of bounty hunters on our project, therefore we are not paying them or better still we will reduce their reward."
                                                                                                 OR
" There are no investors on this forum."

These are all flimsy excuses given by the team whose projects failed.
They forgot to ask themselves if their projects are truly presentable or if their project has what it takes to convince the interests of potential investors.

The duty of a bounty hunter is not to get money out of the pocket of an investor to invest in a project, rather, it is to just create awareness about the project. E.g, by wearing the signature and avatar of the project on the forum. This will only call the attention of the investor. It is now left for such a project to showcase the stuff it is made of. If it contains nothing meaningful, I am sorry, it might not succeed, no matter how much awareness or marketing is done. Only very few projects scale through this without good substance, which is now very rare.

Gone are the days that investors invest blindly. They now take their time to study and analyze the project before giving out their money.
If you notice, people come on the telegram groups of projects to ask questions and if they are not satisfied, they leave.

Therefore, bounty hunters should not be blamed if a project fails, rather, the developers should go back to the drawing board and correct whatever needs to be corrected. Better still, they should ensure that they have done what is needed to be done, before coming to present what they have for the crypto community.
168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best altcoins for 2020? on: March 28, 2020, 09:19:47 PM
First of all I choose Bitcoin for investment and then I choose alts, but mostly I choose top alts, but I have a couple of promising alts in my wallet - it's VITE and Grin.
However, market is now unstable and will definitely bring a lot of risks to yourself. I'm not sure what will happen next, but altcoins will certainly not bring much hope to investors. Of course, you still have the right to decide your investment but I would personally choose to sit still and continue to monitor the fluctuations of this market for a long time.

There are some altcoins that are good to invest in. Even the bitcoin that you think is better still has its own risk. If bitcoin pumps today, there are altcoins that will also pump along and vice versa. Not all altcoins are a total write off. You cannot see a profitable investment without its risk. Crypto general is risky and that is why it is said to be volatile, starting from bitcoin to all the altcoins in the space.
169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is KYC bad for crypto? on: March 28, 2020, 09:08:16 PM
It is better we push for total decentralization, than to be partial about it. We say that we are dealing with decentralized coins and decentralized projects, but our personal data are not handled with the utmost privacy. Those projects team that come up with such rules will never tender their personal details to the public because they understand the implication.
We are just exposing ourselves to unnecessary problems if we decide to give out our personal details to strangers because they are people that we do not know. We might not even come across them in real life.
170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which currency will popular in next bullrun? on: March 28, 2020, 09:00:52 PM
ADA and EOS have zero possibility to be bullish in the next bull run, I just fed up with these two big coins! Their growth is too much low, I left these both coins and moved on! I think in the next bull run, Ethereum, Chainlink, Bitcoin Cash, BSV, Atom, Tezos will have bull run and the bull run will start by the Bitcoin!

I stopped writing off coins when I discovered that a long-forgotten coin or a coin that people have lost hope on can still come back to out-perform that top coins. See what Waves dis on the year 2019 and see Tezos today, as well as some other coins on CMC. So, the ADA or EOS that you are looking down on today, might end up doing better than the ones you feel have more prospects.
Whatever you feel you want to invest in, do it and wait to have a profitable return.
171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: AIR DROPS ! wasting time or not? on: March 28, 2020, 08:55:10 PM
Who said Airdrops are complete waste of time? It's not! You are to be blame if you aren't getting anything out of airdrops, maybe you simple don't learn after mailing mistakes, I've earned over 60$ from airdrops this January this year, Liquidapps, origin protocol etc paid
How many legit airdrops you got in these year? Origin Protocol airdrop reward was 120 OGN per participant it’s worth around 20$, you saying false about payment. You have to joined 50 than you can expect just such payments. So you will never compared only two something good Rewards as per as current crypto market. In the last two months how much get it’s null i think.

The issue with the person you replied is that he boasts of earning so much because he is into multiple participation. Let's be sincere with ourselves, airdrop is no longer like it used to be. I also earned from airdrop when it was still profitable, but I stopped because I later discovered that those that are in vogue now are no longer profitable and real-time wasters.
I have friends that did the origin airdrop but I decided not to join because I preferred to use that time for OGN on other things that will pay off later.
I would rather go to sleep than sit down at airdrop.
172  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is there hope for Tezos in 2020? on: March 27, 2020, 11:56:51 PM
Amidst all the terrible news that 2020 has brought us, one cryptocurrency may actually be getting some good news. Tezos (XTZ) has always had a good reputation amongst users but now that reputation is starting to be represented in the market.

Here is how 2020 is providing new hope and aspirations for the altcoin standout, Tezos: https://tokenhell.com/2020-provides-new-hope-and-aspirations-for-altcoin-standout-tezos/

Do you think 2020 is Tezos (XTZ) year?

It is possible that this year has already been predestined for Tezos to keep soaring. Imagine a project that has almost been written of, all of a sudden came from nowhere and today it is somewhere. Not just in any place, but in the top ten. Sincerely, it's amazing. I was surprised when i saw it.
That now made me continue to remember so many other dead projects, that never saw the exchange. There is still hope for them.
173  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Airdrop Discussion on: March 27, 2020, 11:52:44 PM
The time that I will spend in doing tasks for airdrop, I would rather spend it on either bounty or trading. I got fed up with airdrop when I discovered that most could not be sold o exchange. Even those that are tradable cannot be sent out, because their prices are too low, compared to the gas fee that will be used. So, I cannot actually afford to waste my time on them.
Although I am not saying that they are all not good, there are still some good and profitable ones, but they are few.
174  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can Ethereum reach the 1400$ mark this year? on: March 27, 2020, 11:46:47 PM

I believe, like many, that this year will be very good for the crypto world. Assuming that the adoption of cryptocurrencies increases considerably this year, is it possible to see Ethereum surpass the $1400 mark?
you are looking for x10 of the current price mate?but i think it is very hard to predict now since we have been in total dumping.
Pricing at 135-140$ now we have a long time to go before heading to 1400 but lets Hope that before or just after the halving cure in this virus will be found.

The halving is already near and from the look of things, it does not seem as if activities will fully return back to normal so early, even if there is a solution already to the COVID-19. The market might just recover so well, but for the bull run to occur, , might be a hard task.
the market though is gradually making sense and it is moving uptrend, but who knows what the whales will bring up again, to dump the price of crypto.
175  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bull run top 5 Alts for 2020. on: March 26, 2020, 10:17:46 PM
This thread is quite amazing,  people dragging up dying coins from 2018 and thinking they will break a new ath. Real adoption is happening now and it's mostly not the coins being posted here. Dont get rekt buying a dying coin.
People said the same thing about 2014 alts 3 years ago and yet, even they saw parabolic rises as BTC did.
Some 2018 alts never saw a bull market and have yet to be evaluated in one. They could very well break out and do so on a big scale if they manage to survive and they're relevant.

It will also be a surprise this time. Some coins, such as ETH, NEO and others are currently not performing up to expectation, but when the time comes, no one will force them to rise because they will do that in their own volition. BTC also has not to surge that much, but before it does, some major altcoins would have first surged, in preparation for the entire market to follow suit.
176  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Crypto recover from the most recent crypto dip? on: March 26, 2020, 10:07:52 PM
Last Monday the crypto market experienced a dip when its value fell by more than $26 Billion. This massive dip in the crypto market was due largely to a plummet in oil prices but was also affected by a drop in the stock markets.

Here is why the crypto market will recover: https://www.cryptopolitan.com/explaining-the-recent-crypto-dip-will-it-recover/

Do you agree with the article?

By my understanding and drawing evidence from the present state of the market, it is clear that the market is already recovering. Even if it corrects, it still signs of recovery and what we will continue to see, is more pump.
Some of the investors that sold all that they had and left are now coming back and we will still see more of them come.
I also believe that new investors are coming in because this seems to be one of the feasible options at this time.
177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If Coronavirus never happened on: March 26, 2020, 10:03:01 PM
What will be happening right now if Coronavirus never took place to drag down cryto market due to economic affection? Still down thread or bullrun will still be kicking

Even if it does not happen the way we now see it, cryptocurrency is still unpredictable. We might be seeing bull run and it might be the other way round. Normally, the market would not have plunged at the time it did, but some people (whales) aided it.

If Coronavirus never happened then maybe we could be in the mid of bull run! Bitcoin price went to 10K USD, that was the beginning of the bull run, there was a good hype for the Bitcoin halving and now everything is gone! If this virus never occurred we might see Bitcoin at 12k USD, ETH at 320$ and BCH at 480-500$!

Not still. The market would still keep dumping and pumping because most of the institutional traders are trying to accumulate coins and this corona virus had helped them the most in collecting more of the BTC for us to still keep looking up to them in the future. Its a cruel dog eat dog world and our coins are eaten by these big dogs. $10k is probably even just the bulltrap of them.

That is just the basic truth. They are behind it. Well, it is a pity that they have achieved their aim. They bought when saw that it had plummeted to where they wanted and now they are in profit.
178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Where ETH will go if it breaks down $80? on: March 24, 2020, 11:52:00 PM
Many will blame themselves for not purchasing ETH, most especially when the price is still presently low. It is an added advantage to those who have the money to buy. This time around, I envisage that, irrespective of the price of Bitcoin. This time around, it will rise uptrend independently.
I see no reason why it should go below or touch $80. In fact, we would see much better growth this time.
179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 1 JAN 2021 BTC WILL HIT 100K$ on: March 24, 2020, 11:42:28 PM
hay everyone  Smiley
are you ready to see BTC hit 100k$ this year??
i believe after covid 19 is end all stock markets will be green and BTC will going strong bull run.
at the moment "worldwide" investors is loss and needed short recovery after covid19 is end.
BTC is perfect currency for recovery crisis monetary in the short term caused by covid19

If this is how easy it is for coins to surge, then I think a lot of them, including Bitcoin, would have been dead by now. Your prediction is just too unrealistic. A lot of people have said this years ago and see where we are today. You can learn from what they said and the mistakes they made. Well, BTC will surge, but that time frame and the extent that is, the amount is what I do not know.
180  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [NEWS] COVID-19 Hits Ethereum Community Conference, Six People Test Positive on: March 19, 2020, 01:56:42 PM
As it is, some of those who were infected would have gone out of the conference, to unknowing spread it to people on the outside or those that by accident come in contact with them. If another gathering that was supposed to be held in this period had been halted, I think they too should have done that, to avoid such occurrence. It is never a good thing on their part.
Also, I think both the organizers and individuals that went for the conference, should have thought of it before going.
