161  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will 2020 give new hope to Altcoin? on: January 08, 2020, 04:41:37 PM
2019 was really bad for altcoins. Major altcoins have hit their roadblocks and we have seen some of the potential projects go down or just barely alive to get into 2020, With Bitcoin halving coming up and many major developments in top coins, we may see a positive year for all the alts.
162  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Can ISIS resurrect after great fighter against ISIS was assassinated? on: January 08, 2020, 03:46:15 PM
I don't think so! The defeat of ISIS was mostly due to the collaborative efforts of coalition forces spearheaded by USA excluding that of Iran's militias headed by the late Soleimani and even without their help, I think ISIS was already doomed to collapse.

But it did not collapse. My question is what will next few years bring. Can they resurrect to their previous power?

If Iran starts concentrating on US forces and attacks on the US allies then definitely ISIS will be resurrected. Who knows, Iran may secretly start supporting ISIS in order to hurt US allies in the region.
163  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do Not Trade By The News, Follow The Price Action on: January 08, 2020, 02:48:20 PM
In a world full of fake marketing, we have to be alert all the time and keep an eye on marketing as well as development. Otherwise you will have to hold everything for a long time and it will not be easy to be in profit with alts.
164  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Soaring BTC trading volumes in Venezuela and other inflation stricken countries on: January 08, 2020, 04:21:36 AM
I dont think its common Joe whose trying to trade in a country like Venezuela, rather its the middle men who are making profits from legal/illegal ways and taking their money offshore. It will be impossible for them to use the Dollar so crypto might be the best way to get their money out. We have already seen that the Venezuelan population is making very little to no money and its hard for them to even fulfill the daily needs.
165  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why is Iran obsessed with nuclear energy and isn't seeking renwable energy? on: January 07, 2020, 04:43:28 PM
This is the same argument when India tried the nuclear testing in previous decades. India already started using the renewable energy but needed the nuclear because of the neighbors. Similarly Iran has too many enemies in its neighboring countries. And its not from years but decades now, where Iran is constantly trying to enrich the Uranium. But its true that Nuclear is the most efficient source for lots of energy creation.
166  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: will any new project will do payment with ETH ? on: January 07, 2020, 04:14:58 PM
I read that you dont believe that ICO trend will die. Well, surprise!! Its already dead. Even IEO space is dead already. Binance IEO projects got investments but the development of those projects is not incremental and the value of their token is rather artificial than community driven.
Most of the projects used to start their journey with ETH blockchain but now its hard to start a project and to get investments.
167  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I just SOLD my girlfriends car to buy more ETH at sale price :) on: January 07, 2020, 03:49:33 PM
It would have been a great study for everyone here if you write what happened to all your holdings now. The market has changed allot from November 2018 and it might have been a hard journey to keep holding in this market. Let us know what you are holding and their value in $ or euro now.
168  Economy / Economics / Re: The Risks and Rewards of Cryptocurrencies on: January 07, 2020, 03:39:01 PM
The volatility is mainly because there isnt a larger community and there are people who hold a big chunk of a coin. These people will try to manipulate the market by creating volatility with their large chunk. If the common man starts using the crypto and holds a small piece of it then we may not have this much volatility.
169  Economy / Speculation / Re: Now that we touched $8,000, what's next? on: January 07, 2020, 03:11:31 PM
Holding above 8000$ is harder than what we think. Especially when the Chinese New Year is near and it will be a dip again. My best bet would be staying above 7800$ which was a resistance previously. We may see a good support accumulating at 7600$ mark and need to stay above that in order to get slingshot in future.
170  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will bitcoin will move up if there is a war with Iran on: January 06, 2020, 05:06:03 PM
If there is a greater threat on US like a devastating level then we may see an upward trend for Bitcoin as there are more US citizen who hold crypto and want to move their assets in crypto compared to Iran. War wont be much helpful in moving Bitcoin up.
171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What altcoins are you bullish about in 2020? on: January 06, 2020, 04:26:53 PM
I have my hopes on Waves, ETH, LTC  and Chainlink. Also Go doing a good job with collaborating with large corporate companies. Dash is trying harder to make developments and bringing new things to the market in order to get implemented. All these are having good future in 2020.
172  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: List Exchanges Hacked 2011 / 2019 on: January 06, 2020, 03:54:59 PM
I want extend a thank you to OP from the crypto community on his work. We need to create more awareness on what has happened and how it happened and what we need to do to prevent it from happening in the future. Will be sharing this thread to my friends so that they will know the real values rather than just rumors.
173  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: There is a way now to exchange kicktokens for bitcoins ??? on: January 05, 2020, 04:59:20 PM
Its a shit token, the project is already broken and the team is not doing any useful work towards a roadmap. They are just giving away tokens to all the people and doing nothing.

I also have similar conclusions. Marketcap is growing, i.e. the number of tokens probably increases. The value will go down as a result. It's best to get rid of these tokens while they still have any value.

They dont have any value. Its completely shit token and project. The team has dumped everything long ago when it had touched 2k sat price. This is just a stunt to investors I guess.
174  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can I earn 12.5% BTC in 1-2 days ?! on: January 05, 2020, 04:03:23 PM
Why cant these newbie and uneducated members stop shilling on random projects..?

Tacky headings to threads and really shi**y post. Why should anyone trust these projects..?
175  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Post Your Favorite Trump Memes Here on: January 05, 2020, 10:07:59 AM

I had laughed like anything when I had seen this the first time.  Grin

Loved this... I think we should create a competition on this.
176  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Survey: At What Price would you stop investing more money into Bitcoin ??? on: January 05, 2020, 06:17:17 AM
You will be amazed to see that the more votes are on 3000$ mark rather than less of 100$. Until there is more adaption of the technology and implementation of crypto towards real usage there will be people who will buy crypto. The price is totally undervalue right now and when the adaption is worldwide, we will see the real value.
177  Economy / Economics / Re: You want to get rich, don’t pay taxes, don’t get married, don’t use bank, and... on: January 05, 2020, 03:34:09 AM
I think all of the suggestions are really bad for current generation. If anyone does all this then what are you working for..? Self enjoyment..? You will be bored sooner or later.

There are many countries where there is very less taxes, also getting a decent job is not that tough which will be a constant source of income. Using banks is necessary as the world havent turned to crypto completely. After all this you can decide whether to marry or not.
178  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you use cryptocurrencies in your daily life? Are they useful? on: January 04, 2020, 05:04:23 PM
Do you guys know about shoppy.gg ?

You can buy lots of digital stuff there, I recently bought premium accounts for some websites. It was easier than ever to pay with crypto and no cross border taxes. I have used crypto for allot of stuffs in the past and it was the best option.
179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: There is a way now to exchange kicktokens for bitcoins ??? on: January 04, 2020, 04:52:15 PM
Its a shit token, the project is already broken and the team is not doing any useful work towards a roadmap. They are just giving away tokens to all the people and doing nothing.
180  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I took a photo of my wallet seed with a 35mm camera on: January 04, 2020, 03:52:11 PM
What are you worried about..? If the camera is yours and the images are too important then better is to access the wallet again and write down your seed or change it. If you can move funds then make another wallet and transfer everything there. Thats the cheapest option I guess.
