1621  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My evolution to playing on Bitcoin casinos on: June 22, 2021, 10:42:12 AM
Different online casinos has one unique feature or another perculiar to them but I doubt if I would be able yo recommend any to you just do some good research it's really not wise to give investment advice when it comes to cryto at the moment so you don't take the blame if it doesn't work out as expected. Do your research and make your investment choices.
It's not a good advice to ask for those financial advice on the Internet especially with a volatile crypto. Researching is a good way to know some casinos but what I did back then was just play on the most famous website in the forum and just go for it and see where it gets me and most of the time, it's pretty good and no issues has been faced during those times.
1622  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does implementing a tax on a gambling platform really help a country? on: June 22, 2021, 03:47:16 AM
Yes it's going to help the country, isn't gambling industry a big money maker? Look at Macau, Monaco, and Las Vegas, they generate billions of dollars a year in taxes because a lot of people are gambling and they in turn make a lot of money. We all know that the roads and bridges won't be built if there were no taxes.
1623  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Mafias Most Wanted Fight Fixer on: June 22, 2021, 02:56:57 AM

I am not saying it isn't real. But how do you know that it is real? If we are not to conclude that something does not exist because it is not openly revealed or is beyond the knowledge of anybody, then how do we know that it is real?
What do you mean by imagination and conspiracy theory though? I would say that you pretty much said that it isn't real. I do know that it is real because there are cases that people got caught fixing matches and racketeering, that's the reason why I know it's real.
1624  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Auto Deduct System on: June 22, 2021, 12:41:19 AM
That's a dangerous feature because if you think about it, people are always going to neglect that kind of feature and then the next day, they have zero funds left. Also, some people might lose more than just money especially the careless high rollers.
1625  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Breaking : Donaire Versus Casimero on: June 21, 2021, 07:59:39 AM
~
I don't really think this fight is a good idea for both of them. Maybe because the fight is mandatory as well they are both on the same weight category and also the same in rank. However, this will gonna confuse our countrymen for whom they will gonna cheer on this time. both are favorites fighters but they need to fight for their own glory and records.
I think the people that will be confused is probably the type of fans that don't consider their favorite a loser even though they are utterly defeated. No matter what, they have to choose who to side.
1626  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Breaking : Donaire Versus Casimero on: June 21, 2021, 05:48:57 AM
What's the reason why it became an all Filipino match up? I am not gonna lie, I am pretty sure that Filipino fans are utterly divided right now because it's an all Filipino match. I would go for Donaire though as the Oubaali match up was a pretty good show of power for Donaire.
1627  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto gambling is the worst piece of shit you can imagine on: June 21, 2021, 04:58:28 AM
It's pretty funny how one website was able to do this to you OP, you seem pretty hardcore about losing your money to one website and now you want to burn bitcoin down?
1628  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Mafias Most Wanted Fight Fixer on: June 21, 2021, 04:16:37 AM
Fixed or not, it really doesn't matter to be honest because in the end, they got what they need which is people watching the fight which is enough for them plus organized crime in 21st century is not that active anymore and the law enforcement agency will probably catch up to them.

Also, Mafia-arranged games are mostly just imaginations and conspiracy theories. It is either there is a clear evidence and legal conviction of the perpetrators or everything is purely just speculations.
I don't think so, there are some reported cases of these events and they aren't just public knowledge because the fighters involved just wants to keep it under wraps because they have a reputation to uphold. Just because you don't know anything or you don't know it exists doesn't mean that it isn't real.
1629  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Google has lifted its ban on crypto advertisements on: June 20, 2021, 05:01:02 AM
We still have to be careful though because the ban doesn't mean that they are proactive on preventing scam websites, remember that scammers get crafty everytime there's a way to prevent their scams. Always DYOR and ask questions about the site, don't be gullible, if something is too good to be true, it probably is.
1630  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Adoption In Paraguay Next Month, the domino effect is unstoppable on: June 19, 2021, 10:25:50 AM
Next thing we know, Central America and South America is going to be a big hub for crypto activity. Also, not to mention that these countries are pretty socialist, I think anything that can help the people is welcome in this part of the world. Hopefully it really will be a domino effect as OP says so.
1631  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: El Salvador to revoke Bitcoin as legal tender? on: June 19, 2021, 09:36:03 AM
The benefits to El Salvador will be many times greater by having a non fiat option there any enticement to revoke IMHO.  Countries have historically basked in the light of a strong currency, it is only in recent times that all countries that are manufacturing based are in a race to the bottom with their fiat's.  So I don't see an outlier like El Salvador as having much incentive to revoke anything.
IMF will make their offer more attractive so the government of El Salvador is going to do the revoke of legal tender status of bitcoin, but I don't think that we have to worry too much about it because IMF will have to be at a disadvantage if they want to make the offer attractive.
1632  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Kraken exchange CEO takes a jab at Elon Musk over altcoin dethrone Bitcoin on: June 19, 2021, 08:57:42 AM
I love Jesse but Elon is a volatile Aspergers sufferer , I really do not think it’s a good idea to poke him with a stick because if he retaliates which he likely will, it hurts all of us.
Don't think the hurt will last a lifetime though, I am pretty sure that people are going to move on and the damages will always be repaired, remember that this is decentralized, no one can take away the power even if people are trying to take over via influence.
1633  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much power does Elon still have over the crypto markets? on: June 19, 2021, 08:23:12 AM
As long as people are believing him and he is still active on Twitter tweeting about his stuffs that he does then probably he still have a lot of power of the market, whether we like it or not.
1634  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is a Force of Nature on: June 19, 2021, 05:36:00 AM
No it's not a force of nature, anything man made isn't natural and bitcoin isn't going to be an exception to this rule. It's a tool and medium, not nature's gift. Also, you are just using analogies to compare bitcoin with organic things but that doesn't mean that bitcoin is a force of nature.
1635  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The fall from 65k to $30k was the best thing to ever happen to Bitcoin on: June 19, 2021, 04:49:06 AM
My target price for Bitcoin is 15K-20K during the next few weeks. The party is clearly over, and investors should consider liquidating anything related to Bitcoin or short it.
Recent collapse proves that Bitcoin isn't a safe haven, store of value, or a hedge against inflation/market correction, but a speculative token that can go down 50% in a week
That's a bit debatable because if you hodl your bitcoin for long-term pretty sure that you will be able to hedge your wealth against inflation but if you are on a short-term then it becomes speculative so in a way, it's a bit of both.
1636  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to 13k. FORECAST on: June 19, 2021, 03:25:41 AM
It is a really brave prediction that I should say.  Grin  Because I don't think that there are many people who are expecting the price to decline to even $20k. If this happens, it will be a big shock for nearly everyone.
That depends if you expect it at the back of your mind, I am pretty sure that it won't come as a shock to you since you have at some degree expected it. To be honest, if bitcoin were to go to that point, I am sure that I will be celebrating this because I plan to buy bitcoin when I have the money.
1637  Economy / Speculation / Re: So what's causing the current rise? on: June 19, 2021, 02:49:35 AM
Probably the barrage of positive news could be blamed for the rise in prices, remember that El Salvador's declaration of bitcoin being a legal tender, I am pretty sure that it's a big one and besides that is Elon's declaration of bringing back the payment option because if 50% of miners are using renewable energy sources.
1638  Economy / Speculation / Re: Don't know what to think on: June 18, 2021, 01:50:58 PM
~

So why invest if we don't have expectations?
It doesn't make any sense to invest in something that we don't think will bring a profit - that is, we don't expect it to meet our expectations.

In this situation, the chances that the price will start rising again are greater than that it is the beginning of the bear market.
What I was talking about regarding expectation is the fact that some people are expecting something out of the realm of possibility. That's your call that the prices are going to go up this time around but your expectations could be wrong.
1639  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buy every dip, and HODL! on: June 18, 2021, 12:49:34 PM
This is really my motto. I care about not missing any of the dip levels. And I think that it is really important for a HODLer. In the long run, I know that I will make a really good profit. I just need to keep being patient.
That's like the standard for a hodler in the first place, they should be able to hodl bitcoin for a really long time. Getting in the dips is just a bonus for long-term hodlers to accumulate at a really low price.
1640  Economy / Speculation / Re: Don't know what to think on: June 18, 2021, 09:45:04 AM
Don't expect anything it would just disappoint you when it didn't happen.
Always have some back up plans so you wouldn't be too excited or easily be swayed when things go wrong.

Exactly, expectation can really destroy your prospect when it's not the expected outcome. You are right about having back up plans but you need a really big amount of money to have a reliable back up plan.
