1641  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] GOLD - First 100% Liquid Stablecoin Backed by Gold on: December 18, 2021, 02:31:50 PM
Soon 2021 will end and the GOLD TOKEN is still surviving today. A very extraordinary project.
GOLD project was created in bear market, years ago and it survives so far and passes through bear market very good. It is a very great project for people who want to store their asset in gold. Rather than going to banks and passing through annoying steps, they can simply use their Bitcoin or Ethereum to buy GOLD tokens which are backed by real physical gold bars in vaults of Bullions Stars. It is safe and very convenient.

Quote
but there is still something that has been bothering me all this time, about invisible GOLD TOKEN marketing and even social media like Twitter is not available or even telegram where there is no discussion for GOLD TOKEN users.
Twitter account was suspended years ago and GOLD team don't mind to use Twitter again. I agree Twitter is very powerful in crypto communities and for crypto projects.

Moreover, listing on big exchanges is painful as they charge too high listing fee and possible approaches are reaching to DEX if the team want to get more trading volume rather than on GOLD marketplace only.
1642  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is the cryptocurrency market entering a bear month? on: December 18, 2021, 02:00:02 PM
If you don't see bear months, you won't see bull months. It is how market works and more interestingly if you see a fact that if you zoom out, bear months which happened years ago, now look like very minor changes on Bitcoin price chart in general.

Let's discuss about current month, it seems we will have not good month which might not have higher close price than open price of December 2021. However and fortunately, from on-chain analysis and yearly candles, we have still been in a big yearly bull run that does not reach a wave 5 of Elliot.

I could be wrong but people are discussing about wave 5 of Elliot for this bull run but I am looking for a wider picture, with yearly candles. In my opinion, we might have a few coming years that are very bullish. Probably we might have big correction in 2024 or 2025.
1643  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Justin Sun Is Retiring From Tron. on: December 18, 2021, 01:49:18 PM
I agree with what he wants that entirely relying on the U.S. market will lead you to more uncertainties that could negatively impact your life. I am curious about what he could do with his influence in the crypto market. It's no joke that he has a lot of things that have been done in the past, but I think it has helped crypto somehow.
Real influencers who understand and involve in crypto technically do have big impact when they want to show their power. Justin Sun is a guy like that and similar to Charlie Lee of Litecoin years ago. Charlie Lee sold all of his Litecoin and now Justin Sun wants to retire from TRON.

It is something we have to accept. Decentralized projects will have their founders leave, retire etc. We already heard that Jack Dorsey might leave the CEO position of Twitter.

Quote
For the growth of Tron, it would depend on who will lead it for sure.
Overally, crypto projects should be decentralized. They should be developed and operated by community, brains from community should be bigger than brain from a single developer or a group of core developers. Network operations, decisions should be made by community votes, exclusively holders and their vote power will be identified by weight from number of coins or tokens they are holding.
1644  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: exchangers with market price on: December 18, 2021, 01:39:34 PM
You can get list of exchangers for some payment methods, trading pairs from Bestchange: https://www.bestchange.com/

Price will be different on exchanges and you have to check one that looks to be good for you, price, trading fee and withdrawal fee, and KYC.

1645  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you know any meme coin that could be shiba or doge? on: December 17, 2021, 04:19:43 PM
Meme coin is risky investment. Don’t have any use, no future. It can end up with scams even you could lost your whole fund if you don't know handle your profit or loss. but lots of people also made a decent profit from it. It Isn't possible to guess which meme coin would do well in long run as shiba or doge. But Do you know any meme coin that will be worthy in upcoming days and could be shiba or doge or become valuable?
Before you asking about meme coins, let ask about altcoins. Are they worthy to invest in, most of altcoins?

How did they perform 2, 4 years after their launch days? How many altcoins can survive after 4 years? Do they have good products and good usecases and really used in reality, not on Whitepaper?

Now let ask same questions with meme coins and answer them. You will know how risky meme coins are and why you should choose Bitcoin, top altcoins to invest in rather than meme coins.
1646  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is the market going to dump like that 2018? on: December 17, 2021, 03:49:40 PM
During December not any expectation for market will grow up because Christmas and day and new year always the moment bring bitcoin and altcoin to lower price, better keep hold your assets and buy back if you have saving fund but never try to all in because have chance for bitcoin touch lower price, exactly few day later will be Christmas Day and need waiting with many investor sell bitcoin and altcoin.
Christmas days are terrible for Bitcoin and I don't expect to see a better Christmas this year. Let's skip Christmas and December and $100k for 2021.

Fortunately, in my opinion, Bitcoin has yet reached its top and we are still in a big bull run. If you have a macro view, you will see that Bitcoin still performs very good and still be on its track to a top. It is like people moaned and cried when Bitcoin crashed in 2013, 2017 or on many days in many crashes of Bitcoin. However, in a macro view, today, we don't see such crashes if it happened in years ago.

1647  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Worst exchange you experience for trading on: December 17, 2021, 03:42:42 PM
On exchanges, there are many types of tradings: Spot, Future, Leverages with Cross Collateral or Isolated Collateral. With each trading types, you will have different bad experience. The most terrible experience are one of three reasons
- Losing your capital because exchanges were hacked and did not make compensation for customers or they do scam exits.
- Losing your capital because you fail to do KYC.
- Losing your capital because of liquidation from either Leverage trading or Future trading.
I see all of three cases are nightmares.
1648  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Happy 'bearday,' Bitcoin: It's been 3 years since BTC bottomed at $3.1K on: December 17, 2021, 01:10:21 PM
Bottom at any price is still good in long run because Bitcoin future supply is no longer abundant like first 4 to 8 years. If you read news recently, you should know that 90% of Bitcoin in total supply already mined.

I don't discuss why such things were brought to lively discussions recently when Bitcoin is in red because we can know about it years ago, on Bitcoin wiki or coinmarketcap. What sort of motivation is behind this is not important. What important is it again reminds us that Bitcoin is scarce and its technology is amazing.

More demands and less future supply, so people only can buy all Bitcoin from future supply and try to convince past and current Bitcoin owners to sell their bitcoin. Do you see how price of bitcoin will be when it happens?
1649  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Xi, Putin wants Bitcoin without wanting Bitcoin on: December 16, 2021, 05:46:05 PM
Xi pump in 2019, do you remember it?

Bitcoin Jumps 12% as China's Xi Embraces Blockchain, Boosting Crypto Sentiment

How did they engage into Bitcoin and how did they try to manipulate market with national news like that are myth. We are not able to verify their interest in Bitcoin.

I don't think any government will ignore Bitcoin if they see it is store of asset and see chance to get rich for national reserve. Soon, after El Salvador, we will se other nations, from small to big loading up Bitcoin into their national reserves. It would be a very big game.
1650  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why exactly is it that people don't like identifying themselves (KYC)? on: December 16, 2021, 03:47:35 PM
Well for personal privacy and for security also. You may never know when an exchange could be compromised and aside from your crypto currencies your identity is at risk at the black market. It is going against fundamentals of BTC which is to be anonymous. Also if you are not that a so called whale which has so many BTC and could reach the daily limit of withdrawals then you are probably fine, I know Binance is giving us a 100 BTC limit you know.
Non KYC exchanges will not stick with non KYC policy forever. They can change policy when more regulations implemented by governments. You just don't know when they do it.

On exchanges with KYC but have free KYC with limitation, if you reach it, you will have to complete your KYC to be able to use it again. If you fail, it's terrible. So if you use centralized exchanges, the best approach is complete KYC first. Then you won't have nightmare later.

If you seriously against KYC, let's use DEX.
1651  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Scientific analysis on the contribution of lost Bitcoin to holders on: December 16, 2021, 03:21:45 PM
Lost Bitcoin is only estimated by UTXOs but as estimation it can be inaccurate.

Bitcoin which was lost no matter how much it is, is gift for all of us, if we are holding Bitcoin. It is what satoshi mentioned years ago and it is proven to be true so far.

When time passes, more Bitcoin will be lost and it combines with bigger demand, you will have less Bitcoin for each people on Earth. Price will be higher as supply and demand and with support from social media. People will have more demand and more fomo to buy Bitcoin.
1652  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: USDC-USDT flippening on: December 15, 2021, 04:40:10 PM
USDC is more transparent than USDT which has shady history on how it was backed by US dollar and whether it is fully backed.

USDT is older and appears (listed) on more exchanges as well as have more trading pairs and better trading volume. However, time is changing and in crypto market now, there are so many competitors. I don't conclude that USDT will lose its position soon but it might happen someday.

Not only USDC but also BUSD, DAI, etc. We have so many stable coins on market now.

1653  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Axie Infinity - A new Ethereum game similar to CryptoKitties [SPECIAL PRE-SALE] on: December 15, 2021, 04:28:19 PM
a crazy thing is that they now have billions of dollars in ETH and AXS on their treasury but they still don't even invest in marketing, probably because the growth would get to a level that is too big for them to sustain without having server problems and keeping the game stable
I meant it. They successfully passed through tipping point so that they get huge support from community, social media, and they get it totally free. I think they have total marketcap is bigger than many banks in small nations that is absolutely unbelievable. Furthermore, it is possibly reason they did not actually use their budget for marketing proactively.

Quote
imagine when they start to invest in marketing besides fan-made content
it'll be even bigger.
If that day comes, it can be either when they start to fall and lose their gamers or when they want to do something extremely big.
1654  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Elon accepting Doge at Tesla will stop the latest slide in prices? on: December 14, 2021, 03:34:54 PM
He can accept Bitcoin, Dogecoin, whatever coin but he has rights to stop accepting any coin. Good news are good but only temporarily before we have other news, bad, worse or terrible.

Elon has big love with Dogecoin I see and we know it. He made many attempts to shill Dogecoin and I think if it's not Elon, Dogecoin did not have unbelievable growth in 2020 and 2021. It has been pulled back deeply enough and Elon again chose good time to shill it.
1655  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Litecoin - a lite version of Bitcoin. Launched! on: December 14, 2021, 03:26:57 PM
I will express, perhaps, an unpopular opinion in this topic, but it seems to me ltc project is slowly dying.
No it is not dying. It is much better than Dogecoin and if you see Dogecoin alive why do you see Litecoin is dying. Litecoin has very good network hashrate and it means a lot about its health

Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin are a few altcoins from years ago still be alive now and they will be alive next more years.

Quote
How much has the hashrate and the number of transactions of ltc changed in recent years? It seems to me that it has decreased, not increased. Correct me if I am wrong. How much has the price changed? Almost nothing and the price is marking time in one place, which means that the coin is not bought. This is a direct indicator that the project is not of interest to investors. It seems to me that the best days of ltc are over.
You can check it with block explorers
Hashrate: https://blockchair.com/litecoin/charts/hashrate
Transaction count: https://blockchair.com/litecoin/charts/transaction-count
I don't see how it looks like dying.
1656  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IPO OpenSea on: December 13, 2021, 06:36:25 PM
IPO is going to be big news for OpenSea community. Their platform will be a biggest hub store for NFTs if they maintain their growth.

IPO is another step to bring OpenSea to more investors, from traditional investors, crypto investors to normal people who are not involved too much in such markets.

IPO will be a free marketing for OpenSea and their platform will attract more people to join after that.
1657  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are new generation of investors more into gambling? on: December 12, 2021, 05:40:00 PM
You always see gamblers or degens in any market. In crypto market, you have more because it is a more volatile market that satisfies need to gamble.

But don't turn yourself to be one of them. Do your own research and be knowledgeable investor.

Crypto market can make you rich if you can hold Bitcoin. I emphasize, hold Bitcoin and if you want to do investment in altcoins. Ethereum and BNB are my choices.
1658  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Axie Infinity - A new Ethereum game similar to CryptoKitties [SPECIAL PRE-SALE] on: December 12, 2021, 05:14:09 PM
The report is informative about what happened in the last month.

I see good developments from Axie team by the report. Even if I don't read this one, I know Axie has passed its tipping point from which it can grow up more without too much budget for marketing. Social media and communities do it for them freely.

Now they can just focus on developing products and every news they release will be spread massively by communities and social media.
