1641  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: bitnopoly.com is a scam!! on: September 06, 2013, 07:02:55 PM
I added them to bitcoin scammers.  http://bitcoinscammers.com/bitnopoly-com/    I hope this helps and sorry for the bad outcome. Let us know if he decides to fix things.

Bitcoin Scammer please please remove his site from the scammer site as it is defintely not. I have been playing this for a week now and its both fun and fair. Sure it has its bugs since its new but every issue is addressed promptly and fairly. I personally have seen a few people via coinchat and have myself had successful withdrawals from the site. A lot of these people/scammers are abusing the system. Everyone upon signup starts with 100 free bitcoin points and if you make 5-10 accounts can play your self and easily withdraw the bitcoins. A lot of people will do this since making 5 accounts and losing is equivalent to about .05 bitcoins.  Of course this can be monitored and that is why some people are not getting their withdrawal since they are abusing a very kind gesture.

As for whether this guy scammed I do not know and I will not take sides but can personally say the site itself is not a scam site
1642  Economy / Invites & Accounts / [WTS] Torrentleech private torrent tracker invites $5 USD on: September 06, 2013, 12:11:31 AM
I have 2 for sale looking for $5 USD each (will go based on bitstamp.net value at time of transaction). We can use escrow if you would like. These invites are coming from a power user within an account before 2008.
1643  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: FREE 0,03 BTC for Customers that leave feedback - www.coin-daddy.com on: September 05, 2013, 02:17:47 PM
Site looks good. The prices do look high but are they adjusted consistently to how bitcoins rises and falls? Anyway in terms of looks I would move the logo a little more to the left seems a little close to the home button.  On my 1080p screen everything looks sort of narrow and the font very big for such a narrow space. ALso be sure to emphasize you pay with paypal I am not certain of payment method until I click checkout and paypal loads.

I dont think people will want to give you their facebook identity essentially giving up their anonymous nature associated with bitcoin
1648  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Safest place to store bitcoins? on: September 03, 2013, 12:06:18 AM
I just have my bitcoins on multibit with a password on it. This gives a double security. I would avoid any of the online wallets because if the site goes down so does your wallet. Store in on your computer or a usb flash drive and your good to go
1649  Economy / Speculation / Re: If you could convert your paycheck into bitcoin (like automatically) on: September 02, 2013, 08:19:37 PM
I would never want to convert my paycheck into bitcoin its too volatile and a hassle to spend on everyday items like groceries. Maybe if every place started to accept them not probably not even then.
1650  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is Now The Time To Buy? on: September 02, 2013, 06:51:33 PM
I have a feeling that bitcoin will continue to rise especially considering how the difficulty is rising exponentially. The average person will eventually stop mining and just buy or earn bitcoins once the difficulty gets so high.

1658  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Amazon gift card on: August 31, 2013, 01:47:31 AM
I am new to Bitcoin. Thought I would find a little more friendly support here. Simply explaining that my price may be a little high and pointing me to a good escrow service would have been great.

Have you tried selling the gift card on bitmit.net I have had great success selling amazon gift cards there plus the fees include escrow not too bad at 1.9% compared to places like ebay.
1659  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: new bitcoin game site - Bitnopoly on: August 31, 2013, 12:22:59 AM
ok adding 10,000 points win limit.

We have modified bankruptcy logic so that person who eliminates you gets your assets.

If you guys can, please play a few games with FP and let me know if you see any more bugs. We have finished all the updates, and we are ready to enable bit points games again.

As soon as we've tested it a little more and the community doesnt report any more bugs with the game, bit points will be enabled.

Also we are already working on 2 more games which I think you'll enjoy and we plan on relaunching the site under a new name: bitkix.com

thanks!

Can we play with bitcoins yet?
