Thank you for this <3
You are welcome. Glad you made it successfully.

Damn that trump balloon though. Grin
Yes it is  Grin I can see it now. Didn't bother to see when I replied first LOL

The BBCodes you use may be wrong. The link of the image and the last must me png or jpeg so that the image you post will be shown, if you input it in the wrong way the result will be proxy error.

Edit: Since you are a copper member you can add images and if not you will need to rank up to jr. member.

You are late to the party.  Tongue 🎉
The user bought the copper membership after having the links on this topic. He was a Jr. Member at the time when the original post was created.

1642  Other / Meta / Re: I exposed a scam and got negative feed back on: July 06, 2018, 04:28:49 PM
Don't bother. That's an untrusted feedback with no valid reference. It's not gonna harm your reputation. Have a look on my trust page. After looking at all those untrusted feedback given to me - gives a negative impression/makes me the person that they think of me? Most of those feedbacks are instant biased reaction of the unpleasant experience they had - after getting caught on doing something wrong that they were not suppose to do.

A feedback with valid reference always counts.

Updated a little bit.

Beware of Crypto Market Manipulations

Quote
The opportunities for investing in cryptocurrency keep growing, but one thing that participants need to be aware of is the potential for market manipulation. Attempts to game the system and maximize profit are nothing new to investors, and the world of cryptocurrency markets are no different.

Quote
While market manipulation in traditional financial markets is often investigated and sometimes prosecuted, crypto markets are just now coming into focus. In fact, a number of government agencies are taking a closer look lately at market manipulation in cryptocurrency. Investors should become familiar with some of the more common manipulation attempts at profiteering, so they can better protect their investments.

Quote
Pump and Dump

Quote
Taken from a similar manipulation of the stock market, a pump and dump is one way of boosting both holdings and profits. It happens when traders artificially inflate the price of cryptocurrency coins (pump) through false and misleading statements. They sell most or all of their low-value cryptocurrency coins to investors at a higher price. Once the traders who engaged in the pump sell their overvalued coins (dump), the market corrects downward and the new investors lose.

Quote
The key to a successful pump and dump is that traders use false and misleading statements and information to sell their low-value crypto coins. The campaign to pump up the value of coins is based on hype and artificial information. The messaging takes many forms, like communication posted online in forums, email campaigns, and even fake press releases.

I am 100% sure I did not miss anything from the topic. Please match every single letter/word with to topic contents and the images taken from the source.

Archived for reference.

Speechless LOL

Sad thing is - the user is technically safe. He knows including the link basically saved him from plagiarism offence.

1645  Other / Off-topic / Re: Quarter Q-final: Uruguay v France - who to win? on: July 06, 2018, 02:01:31 PM
France will be looking forward to MBAPPE again.

Uruguay had a decent change from the first corner 13'

27' - yet no success from both side.

France scored!!! VARANE 40'
0 - 1

From the free kick conceded by Bentancur, Antoine Griezmann whips a cross in from the French right and it's glanced goalwards by the Real Madrid man. The ball nestles in the bottom corner and France lead.

First half result 0 - 1

2nd half kicks off.

France Scores AGAIN!!! GRIEZMANN 61'
0 - 2

It's a costly error by Fernando Muslera that sees France double their lead. France's No7 gets the ball out of his feet on the edge of the penalty area and his shot heads straight at the Uruguayan goalkeeper - but he is unable to stop the effort and parries it over the line.

URUGUAY could not do much.
Full time 0 - 2
France won.
Good luck for the semi final against either Brasil or Belgium

1647  Other / Meta / Re: Featured Users Idea on: July 06, 2018, 01:53:32 PM
The Featured Users system would highlight or in some way promote users who regularly earn merit for their posts.
A no no from me. It can be easily determined by looking at the number of merits under your username (in-between the Activity and Posts) on the left. You can easily check the full merit history to have a decent idea about the users - if thing looks supercilious. And if you are missing the full merit history then you can use LoyceV's full merit transaction tool.

Pretty easier than adding another feature and add extra load for the forum script.

i'm sure it is may be scammed, nothing to say  Undecided
আমি নিশ্চিত এটা scammed হতে পারে, বলতে কিছুই না
What makes you sure about that? Would you please lay out some facts?

Listen, without knowing anything prior and without giving any reference how come you end up with a justification? Your thoughts are very cheap and your words do not have value at all. Mind your own business please. Thank you.

Sorry! I have misunderstood you, but many people have been scammed by doing this before, so have you had any proof that you have done a trade with this forum trusted someone before? If not, please let me know how can I trust you?

I will be okay to use forum escrow, I will also pay the escrow fees whatever the amount it will be. You send the BTC to the escrower. Once the BTC will be confirmed from the escrower then I will pay you the taka (BDT) in bank or in cash or in Bikash. Once you receive money then the escrower will release the BTC to me. Let me know if you have any question.

You should have seen my trust page before even posting it LOL. I am not here to mess around with my reputation for some money.
আপনি LOL পোস্ট করার আগে আমার ট্রাস্ট পৃষ্ঠা দেখা উচিত। আমি কিছু টাকা জন্য আমার খ্যাতি সঙ্গে জগাখিচুড়ি এখানে নই।

1652  Other / Meta / Re: Sub/Child board for Account Issues on: July 06, 2018, 11:53:33 AM
Actually you we're right about the bold part of your post.
Partially agree. It's a problem for me too when I fear that if someone compromise my account. If it happens then I will also have to go through the same long time process of recovering my account.

The idea of subboard/childboard could be a fairly good step instead of doing nothing about it. One topic per person (victims). Follow normal rules for bumping the topic. Once you get your main account back (resolved) then lock the topic (the user or the admin). Ban issues will not be allowed on that board.
1653  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM] WAPINTER Bounty Managers scams on Konios on: July 06, 2018, 11:39:40 AM
Long story short, I joined Konios Signature bounty just because most of the campaigns don't allow negative trust whereas Konios did.
What more you could expect from a campaign which encourage the spammers (not sure if you are one or not - I did not see your post history, so please don't take it personally. I am talking about in general) for their project? This was expected to be happened  Grin
You had the obvious red flag in front of your eyes and you ignored it.
1654  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why still Jr.Member?? on: July 06, 2018, 11:30:04 AM
Only activities are not enough for ranking up anymore. You will need merit as well.

You get merit points when someone sends you some for one of your posts.

Quote
While we will not be directly moderating this, I encourage people to give merit to posts that are objectively high-quality, not just posts that you agree with.

Quote
Everyone now has a merit score, and you need both a certain activity level and a certain merit score in order to reach higher member ranks. The required scores are:

RankRequired activityRequired merit
Brand new00
Newbie10
Jr Member300
Member6010
Full Member120100
Sr. Member240250
Hero Member480500
LegendaryRandom in the range 775-10301000

So, It does not matter the number of activities in an account. Someone can have few thousands of activities but if they fail to earn merit then they will never rank up to Member or above anymore.

1657  Economy / Reputation / Re: Merit on: July 06, 2018, 06:06:38 AM
To those who gave me 7 merit, did you want it back yet? Asking for a friend, thank you.
It's not very clear... Are you saying if merits are reversible? In that case, the answer is: NO.
1658  Other / Meta / Re: vulnerability of the forum. slander in plagiarism on: July 06, 2018, 06:03:02 AM
You don't have to accuse so categorically.
My bad.

After I was appointed as a moderator, the situation in the Russian section improved. And users talk about it.
Great job.

By the way, I helped theymos in the investigation of this case. And provided evidence that the case with chimk is a hoax.
Thank you.
Side note: I/anyone else who cares about the forum, would do the same.

It's just unpleasant when people say that. Unjust words.
Indeed.

I was about to the response xandry. After looking at this post, I have decided not to post it (code here) anymore. Seems like - I am playing the role of the devil's advocate here.

Gave YOU one merit, sir.
Thank you sir, so kind of you sir  Tongue
Appreciate it mate.

Quote
This bullshit posting just for merit has to stop...
No doubt, the creativity is going beyond imaginations. So far, these are my picks...
- Posting same thread on multiple boards
- Keep moving a thread from one board to another
- Editing someone else's topic concept if the original topic received enough merits.
- To many how to/tips/tutorial, most of them are really unnecessary and already done by someone else.
- etc. (I will try to add more once I remember)
1660  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [TIPS] How To Sort Thread on Bitcointalk Forum on: July 06, 2018, 03:38:04 AM
You are trying it TOO HARD. You are posting the same topic in more than one board which is unnecessary. I do not think this topic worth posting on two boards since I do not find any value at all. It's just another junk TBH. You never bothered to use the search function of the forum before composing the topic. Please don't do it again.
