I modified it a bit to allow intensities up to 23.5 on 8GB cards.

I'm still around, was just visiting some relatives, back at home now.

Please update the original thread with a link to this one, so they know I'm "official" :-)

I believe btc38 is using the latest Windows build, but given the communication problems, I can't be sure.

Try to contact that english-speaking guy Ken from btc38, I'm sure that things will go faster that way.

Yeah I always write to him and another one, then on the support page as well :-D

pallas, hi mate,

and what about Bittrex? Were you able to submit all the necessary files that they requested?

Yes I did everything back then. But they run into issues with the wallet and doesn't seem much interested into working together to find a solution. Furthermore they are delisting a lot of coins with good volumes soon, so I guess the route is steep.
I think we should go on with btc38 and get an alternative exchange like novaexchange or yobit.
1646  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][XCN] Cryptonite - NEW Thread! | 1st mini-blockchain coin on: May 04, 2017, 06:56:04 PM
just jump on poloniex, they had already Xcn just need to be fixed and we are in again...!

They said we need to submit the coin as if it was new.

Era customer service jingle: Hello, we are receiving feedback from foreign users, and no team contact us oh! But because it is non official, we will test it, but this is not recognized, repair, if here is a problem, that may cause the platform so XCN may be lost, please know! Hope to help you, I wish you a happy life!
(05-03 01:34) for the answer, you feel good: great | | | Speechless | did not feel anger this is BTC38's reply, did not seem to agree to repair the wallet!

They still don't understand I'm the dev now. I told them many times and provided proof of it.

Looks like this is pumping before the delist.  Any other exchange this coin can get on?

It is already on novaexchange.
1649  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ccminer 2.0 - opensource - GPL (tpruvot) on: May 04, 2017, 03:54:12 PM
the ccminer bitcore crash is not a problem with the algos.
as you can see from the sources, all the expected combinations are supported.
that won't be true when/if they increase the number of permutations.
and it won't crash anyways, it would just produce invalid shares.

i think it's a thread race condition when computing the permutations.
to fix it, either use __thread variables (but that will make the same calculations for every thread) or use a mutex.

i think the same problem applies to timetravel (machinecoin) as well, but I did never see it.
if this were the real issue, then you got only invalid shares (=wrong function order -> wrong hash), and not vga crash.

it's not a vga crash: it's random data in the s_sequence and/or hashOrder variables, leading to crash in the cpu code.

Can XCN be on other new exchange platforms?

Yes of course, we can easily be on novaexchange, for example.
But it's more important, IMHO, to reactivate btc38, because there is volume and good price there.

I like this project. I´m supporting it by mining on yiimp.

Good returns at the moment. Difficulty is low and still a lot of coins being mined daily.

There is no exchange, correct?

Why waste your power on Machinecoin??...

I agree, there is better timetravel around ;-)
But I think you shouldn't post this here.

I think I know what the ccminer crash is about, see the ccminer btctalk thread.

I suggest EVGA SC or FTW.
3 years international warranty, very good service.

service staff 小叮当: Hello.xcn wallet has not been fixed for a long time and we are waiting for the XCN administrator to fix it.
(05-03 13:10) about this ticket, you feel: good | ordinary | bad

I'm waiting for a reply from them, I still don't know if they tried the full snapshot yet.
1659  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CCminer(SP-MOD) Modded NVIDIA Maxwell / Pascal kernels. on: May 02, 2017, 11:49:09 AM

btc38 was down and up now, but XCN wallet not repaired  Cry
(btc38 have a 150 tickets..  Shocked previously it was not more than 5)
Poloniex support is still silent yet

I guess they have a lot of things to fix before us.
I will urge them again later, anyways.
