I believe that this term was written before they introduced mandatory KYC. Now the whole thing with the rules about creating multiple accounts seems pointless because it is only possible to pass KYC once with the same documents.

Kad već spomenuh dkbit98, ako se dobro sećam i on je "mršavo" prošao kod njega kad je radio review za whilrlwind kao i neki drugi učesnici tada. Nisam uspeo da uhvatim kojih kriterijuma kvaliteta se tada držao.
Možda to ne bi bilo čudno da se striktno pridržava istog standarda, ali isto tako sam video u njegovim kampanjama klasične signature spamere.
