Adam, feeling better now? Assuming you did buy! no comment NOES! you didn't! no i didn't sell more But I like my position. Because up or down is good for me, and i want to keep a good amount of $ on the exchange. I often buy stuff on ebay, and since i buy coins on Virtex, i get like 5% when i give it to spendbitcoin.com for an ebay gift code. IMO this is not a good time to buy, it might just go up more, but i believe I can get a better price waiting out this crazy mad fool buyers wave. whats the point of buying at 12 watching it go to 13 and then drop? nothing anyone can say can change my mind. hopefully i can quit smoking and have more money... but any money saved their will be going toward living! I'm buying a car soon, another baby on the way.... life is expensive, i can't afford the risk.

Woo my 50 bitcoins for purchase on October 31st are already in the green...since I'll be buying them at $11. Wonder what they'll be up to by then. I wonder if who ever is selling these bitcoins is going to make good on his pormiss if he was smart he would of bought them at the time this "contact" was drawn up. I think smoothie should sell 50 bitcoin now, to be safe if the exchange rate goes down to by October 31st

In related news, am I the only one who's figured out how to spot a fake wall with deadly accuracy? I'd like to reveal it, but then they'll make it harder to spot.
Does your method work for slanted walls? How about stairs? yeah these "manipulators" are pathetic. They are so lazy they can't make like 10 walls. They just make one wall. Wait...i know why...it's easier to cancel the order if it is just one order than 5 or 10...especially if they are being bought into. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!! i bet his secret method is Ask wall = fake wall Bid wall = real wall

The price goes up every day! Is this a bubble? Will there be a correction? I want to buy but I'm afraid I'm buying at a peak...
My take is that some party or parties with significant capital want to vacuum up BTC and are running a long upward slope which is designed to keep people who want in but on a dip in the cold and meet the price objectives of the weak hands who've decided to capitalize at particular price points. Unfortunately a lot of small time would-be investors may not really get much of a chance or when they take the plunge they'll end up with a fraction of what they might have. If I wanted in (and I don't because I'm already in) I'd just cost average from here. That is to say, spend {x} amount of fiat at a predetermined schedule and thus balance out the risk of overpaying with the reward of catching a break. In this way I'd protect against getting left out completely (which itself may or may not end up being a good thing.) We are also getting ever closer to the block reward being cut down from 50 to 25 BTC per block. Close enough such that the recent run-up might have a component of pricing that in. I find it hard to project what impact this event could have on exchange rates and could see arguments for it having quite a range of impacts. Again, if I wanted in I'd want to have some of my foot in the door before this event just in case. exactly right. yes but how long will this party going to keep doing this? once they stop buy, will they sell some? ... WHY are they buying? do they want to own the market, so they can manipulate us into buying or selling when they want?

Adam, HIT the BUY button, PRETTY PLEASE! He's delayed procrastination has put him under spell of Murphy's Law, there's nothing he can do now - if he buys odds are market reverses into correction, if he doesn't buy market keeps grinding up shit!

You want to raise awareness by the most difficult means possible? You think the average person will go through all that is necessary to redeem a private key and spend it or exchange it and then say "yeah this totally beats the ease of the paper in my wallet that everybody already accepts"??
At least just link to a pre-funded instawallet account or something. Also, keep in mind that being pushy makes normal people think they're being scammed, especially when every bitcoin user stands to gain from increased adoption. It's like advocating gold. no they must be presented with a real bitcoin paper wallet, and should be directed to go to mtgox to redeem it the idea is to get people to 1) learn about bitcoin 2) join bitcoin its not about spoon feeding them some bitcoins its about rewarding new people interested in bitcoin, and hoping to get them involved

Every time exchange rate rises I take out my calculator and and multiply amount of bitcoins I have, feels good Let me break the news for you: it's only numbers on your calculator. Unless you sell your coins, you've got zero dollars/euros/dinars/whatever. Zero monopoly money I'd be using your calculator to figure out how many bitcoins you can get for you stash of USD not the other way around
