I'm spinning up a CPU mining farm on EC2 with 100 nodes should be throwing 4 mh/s at it within the next 5 minutes
throw it on YAC, sir LOL LOL YAC is ungodly UNprofitable right now Fact

Are you seriously asking for donations for a client that you didnt even compile? Wow...

Don't miss this historic low price

Hazard,
what happened witht he prerelease of elacoin, where you were given the source to create a winbin, but then a block chain premine of ~1.5k coins appeared?
Explain that as Im sure anyone using your coin will want to know exactly what occurred.
I was given the source of elacoin to compile, which I did, fired up the client, and found that a 1360 blockchain (see: premine) existed. I posted on the forums about it and dumped the source. See page 22 of the original thread. Not much else to see there, really.

Early on it is all network latency. Hazard could mine with a TI 99/4 next to one of the seed nodes on the same LAN and get all the blocks
That is why every one of these "starting difficulty 0" coins is a scam. The developer picks the hard coded nodes and can put a low end GPU right next to them and get *ALL* the initial blocks
This means that there can be no crypto which was not premined even BTC Yes it does. All you have to do is set the difficulty to a reasonable level. No developer has chosen to do this yet because doing so would prevent the dev from being able to rape the coin in the beginning. Well to be fair it also makes finding the genesis block a pain in the ass.

Guys please use the automated faucet linked to on the first page
|

This is is proving why "not premined" is complete bullshit when the difficulty starts at 0
Can't even imagine how much the CNC and FTC developers made before people knew the "fair start" was complete bullshit
That's also the point of this thread.

Hazard, enough greed man if you want this coin to be a success turn off your miners now and let someone else get some blocks
My miners have been off forever man. Last block I found was under 1000. We're well over 6000 now.
|
|
|
LOL I can't synch up as fast as blocks are being generated for this. Hazard must have a GPU farm on the same 1 gigabit LAN as his seed nodes (!)
Hazard gets all the coins. Everyone else get orphans!
Haz - did you actually get some DUMMY to give you LTC for this ?
Network hashrate is only 15MHash, so that scenario is unlikely. I haven't been mining for a while now.
|
|
|
Taking hours to synch up. How many blocks did you premine, buddy? ALL OF THEM ?!? Christ ...
Zero actually. I started mining after I posted the thread. About 70 blocks before anyone else hopped on. We're currently up to over 5000 blocks Seriously... No Linux client ?!!
Seriously... No Open Sourced ?!!
This release was intended as a joke, but if people want the source, by all means I will post it...

Hazard last night I was considering ignoring you considering the elacoin fiasco but decided against it since you seemed reasonable and possibly a victim. But this is just silly and childish - so, ignoring you now.
It's supposed to be silly. It's poking fun at all these ridiculous crapcoins that bring absolutely nothing new to the table. At least FC2 is 100% honest and doesn't claim to offer anything new

Thanks hazard. Your half assed fork actually finally taught me how to solo mine For that I would send you coins but I have not found a block yet LOL I accept litecoins! LMXXxH2bKWNJGyzH3S3Uf5fs3z3guy6Nyu And bitcoins! 13wRDdTGFc6NfZyWq5Qc2wCooN8ev8Xhwv

First successful FC2 transaction! 6k for 7.5 LTC
|
|

Does anyone know how to solo mine within a LAN? I've set up the server on one pc, but the other pc doesn't recognize this server over LAN. Getting: pool 0 slow/down or url or credentials invalid Are you using the correct port? 9132.

WTS FC2, 1.5 LTC per thousand!
Price will never be this low again!

My friend's uncle works for mt gox and he told me that FC2 support is coming by the end of the week!

What a stupidly pointless premined scamcoin, nice work.
whats is the point? To make fun of all these recent horrible crapcoin releases.
