There is a whole list of exchangers which you can use like for instance the link in my signature. Also came across a list of payment gateway + exchangers list, which I thought you might also want to check it out.

http://itsyocrypto.com/listing-category/bitcoin-exchanges/

On the volatility issue part, you can always have them converted immediately to fiat just to protect your business but you don't necessarily have to convert all your earnings.
1722  Economy / Speculation / Re: +$240.. on: January 25, 2015, 06:20:21 AM
I think it can go lower, at least 100 ish. I keep reading how so many believe the BTC price cannot possibly go down any further. Well guess what, China has manipulated the market to such an extent that BTC will continue to drop on panic sells until they can buy 90% of all available BTC and they get rich...

don't believe me? you watch fiatleak.com recently... maybe you should

That is why we kept telling everybody not to panic sell. The price dump is just momentarily and the fundamentals will eventually adjust it back to normal. Every drop is an opportunity to buy and increase size of your holding. Right now, I'm still holding on to my stash that I bought at 200.
1723  Economy / Speculation / Re: If you sold right now, how much would you lose? on: January 25, 2015, 06:14:40 AM
Bitcoin price has breached 250! Lucky for me, I've break even for now with still a little profit on hand if I sell right now. But regardless, I'll still continue to hold on to it. I believe the wall street intervention does have some impact to push up btc price.
1724  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 'Bitcoin Box' Can Process Payments With No Web Connection on: January 25, 2015, 06:09:41 AM
I think this will change almost everything, as it will allow merchants in poor parts of the world without a net connection to accept payments as well, and later like in a bank get it converted to fiat.
However the volatility would have to be stable at that point.

The title is misleading...the merchant needs a net connection.

As I understand :

The buyer doesn't need an internet connection , but the seller (merchant) should have an internet connection.

Here a demonstration :

From there I presume once the transaction between two parties is done via nfc is completed, the merchant will then need to broadcast to the network for it to get written to the blockchain. But what if before that was done, can the sender perform a double spend?
1725  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Are BTC Devs Doing Enough To Encourage Adoption of BTC? on: January 25, 2015, 06:04:42 AM
Initially I was using Armory and just lately I've switched over to using electrum. If by definition, what you are saying security and user experience becomes the major road blocks to BTC and any crypto adoption, then you should really try out the software. How simple could it get?
1726  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The problems of crypto currency are the same problems as cash- but fewer. on: January 25, 2015, 05:53:51 AM
If we talk about security, one important point that we should use to convince people is how we do not have to entrust our money with third party like banks to keep on our behalf. If we are saying exchangers/online wallets can run away with our fund, so does banks which can also collapse or go bankrupt.

At least with bitcoin, keeping with online wallet is just optional and we can always keep it close with us using HD wallet. If there is a theft or place of residence get burned down, we can always recover the bitcoin from anywhere. Whereas if you keep your money in a safe inside your house, you can just imagine how insecure that is.

Comparing one to one here, bitcoin is still more secure.
1727  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Flappy Bird was created by Satoshi Nakamoto ?? on: January 25, 2015, 01:45:14 AM
Well, if only he was here to answer all the queries...there's sure a lot of stuff we can ask him Wink
1728  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We can't keep ignoring the problems. on: January 25, 2015, 01:38:18 AM
Highlighting and sharing views on some weaknesses is meant for us as an approach to find possible solution and what is the best action that the community should do to address it. Not as a coder but a layman's normal person. While many view that as an attempt to create fud, that definitely was not the intention. We need to be more open. The coin can only move forward if the community shares some basic opinions and agree on solutions.
1729  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can someone explain what is this address trying to achieve ? on: January 24, 2015, 04:04:50 PM
Most probably it is from gambling site that do automated process. Exchangers don't usually do frequent small amounts.
1730  Economy / Economics / Re: The Future True Reference of Value on: January 24, 2015, 02:47:02 PM
At the moment it is still dollar but like you say, anything is possible. Hopefully when more adoption is in place and volatility has been addressed, we can start to see change. I expect another 10 more years just to be realistic.
1731  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: On TV again on: January 24, 2015, 02:40:39 PM
Better not relate to that. We can find other means to promote bitcoin but definitely not through that. When bill gates mention bitcoin that is already some exposure, so why are we so desperate?associate it with this will leave very bad impression on people's thinking. I would rather have no publicity at all.
1732  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: +3 for bitcoin in ireland on: January 24, 2015, 02:31:21 PM
It's great! From where I came from, there is only 1 atm machine to serve approx 1 million people in a mid size city. So you can imagine how low that ratio is. Plus there are not many shops and eateries as well. But looking at it I'm sure we are making progress comparing what the situation was like 2 to 3 years ago.
1733  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Payment Processor "EgoPay" Confirms Hack, Insider Suspected on: January 24, 2015, 01:56:50 PM
There needs to be accountability and every time these things happens, the culprit if this is insider job must be caught. Let's see how the situation is handled and hope none of the client's money is lost . Bitstamp is a good example on how they handle the case professionally.
1734  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The madness of cryptocurrency on: January 24, 2015, 01:51:25 PM
People really need to change their mindset. Use of bitcoin is not complex as what everybody thinks it is. With lightweight wallet on your phone you can basically spend just about as normal as with fiat.
1735  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Obstacles to bitcoin adoption on: January 24, 2015, 01:37:04 PM
Use of credit card is not cheaper but instead is costlier. The fact that the selling price itself has already added with the fees the sellers need to pay for the payment levied by the credit card company. If we can change the merchant to use bitcoin instead, there won't be extra fee so essentially the seller does not need to add additional cost to the selling price which means it is cheaper.
1736  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Justice Is Served I Guess on: January 24, 2015, 01:29:32 PM
How could they come to conclusion that it's illegal. People might not be aware of where the fund goes. And talking about anonymity, just wondering how did they relate the btc transaction to that person.
1737  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is Your Top 5? on: January 24, 2015, 12:26:04 PM
I would say none make it to my list except for Dogecoin as the only "alternate crypto" and there is certainly no number two spot. Frankly I don't know how they survive that long and it really surprises everyone. Many thought doge would fail within months and it has been more than a year now and still going strong.
1738  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Introucing "the only official foundation of Bitcoin" on: January 24, 2015, 12:20:33 PM
I can sense the level of sarcasm, OP is trying to achieve by making this post.  Grin
1739  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: D wave and the death of Bitcoin? on: January 24, 2015, 12:17:07 PM
From here, it makes complete sense to send your stash to a newly created paper wallet that have never been used to spent from the address, in effect makes the public key never been exposed to before on the blockchain.
1740  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: [ANNOUNCE] Electrum - Lightweight Bitcoin Client on: January 24, 2015, 11:58:08 AM
Anybody here has any idea when will be electrum 2.0 release date? I've heard quite a number of times of this being mentioned but so far it's still at 1.9.8. Can't wait to try out the new features and enhancements.
