1781  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Need your opinion on the casino project ( gambling ) on: April 14, 2023, 05:06:12 PM
I would like to apologize right away for those opinions that I just decided to make me study the information for me because I was too lazy, I've been following this forum and read many different topics, I really did not want you to think so, I just thought that by asking here, get expert opinions (and I got them, thanks to all who gave me important information), and this is not advertising, I just often come across various sites which not so little information and try to play them for small amounts, it is a kind of hobby (as in collectors heh). Thanks again everyone, for your advice and guidance.

Regards!

You will be accused of spamming it because of your op, all information you need is already there in the link you posted as well.
But given that this casino is not known to many of the users here, it would be best for you to just join the famous ones so that whenever unexpected things happen you can look up for support in this forum. You will not be alone when you play on the top crypto casinos.

It may help if you post it on the German forum https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=16.0 see if it's known to them.
1782  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto casino sports betting for gamblers at local bookmakers. on: April 14, 2023, 04:25:46 PM
I will share a little of my experience when I invite some friends who like to bet at local bookies.

A few months ago about 4 of my friends came to my local town house to bet on a football game and after a while they were arrested by law enforcement in my country because I live in a country where gambling is strictly prohibited and there are laws in it. They were all jailed for several days and had to pay fines to be released from prosecution.
The question here is, How does the police department know that they place bets, I feel like they send a big amount of money from the casino to their bank accounts and that was what triggered the alarms. Or maybe they post it in their social networks. I don't know, but he should have a lower profile to avoid this.
The local bookmaker has become the target of the police department and the police are waiting for betting activities to take place inside the bookie's house so that when making an arrest the police have sufficient evidence and several witnesses or other suspects who also take a fair share in the gambling activity.
I don't know what was done to the dealer, but some of the suspects who were caught could be released by paying a fine in exchange for the legal release that was carried out.
This seems unreasonable, but in my country it has become common sense that a suspect with a prison sentence can go free after paying a fine.

-snip-

Your story doesn't make sense? Where did they even do this gambling if it was banned throughout your country? Did they come from another region or country? What happened to the place that allowed them to place the bets or how did the police trace them? You are not responsible for their actions when it comes to online gambling. They would have stumbled across it one way or another, besides that - most countries that are strict on gambling are also pretty strict on cryptocurrency because of the reason you describe. If someone is a gambler to that level, they need to  hit rock bottom and accept it before they will be able to rid themselves of the habit. It's possible to go "cold turkey" on it, but requires real willpower and the ability to let go of previous losses.
Bookmakers use their houses as places to carry out betting activities and operate illegally so even though the country prohibits gambling there are still many local bookmakers offering bets to some gamblers.
If you ask how to trace it, we don't need to think about it anymore because the police definitely have a lot of informants and spies running around to find every illegal action.
Maybe you can ask this because you don't live in my country and also never felt what I experienced about this problem.

It's a bit of guilt on your part that you have put your friend in a situation. First in prison and then now he is in his worse addiction. But its true what he said about hitting rock bottom will always make a person rethink what he is doing in his life.

Its the time a person will really have to reassess and find himself again when he has nothing to bet on games anymore. It can only be good if he is winning all the time but if he is not good at it then its time to stop.

1783  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Warren Buffett Blasts Bitcoin as 'Gambling Token' as BTC Surges 35% in 30 Days on: April 13, 2023, 03:22:11 PM
He's been saying all things about BTC since. During his time, he is very early in investing in some stocks but a decade ago, he missed his biggest opportunity in BTC not minding it. He had enjoyed so much of his wealth that he forgot to look at what was coming so right now he spends time bad-mouthing BTC. An old man who used to have influence but is now all gone in the new world.
1784  Economy / Economics / Re: The Impact of Climate Change on the Financial World Where Will the Crypto World? on: April 13, 2023, 02:46:45 AM
As we face the harsh reality of struggling to fulfill even our basic needs, it's becoming increasingly difficult to ignore the growing impact of climate change. This raises a pressing question: what will be the consequences of climate change on the financial world, and what might be in store for the future of the crypto industry?

In light of these challenges, it's important to consider the potential implications and prepare for the potential changes that may be on the horizon.

This is pure bait.  Typical of dishonest low quality journalism nowadays.  Leads with a possible truth mixed with an unproven opinion.  And Invoke imagination verbs.
This is Pure unadulterated evil disguised as a honest question.   Then the gentle Suggestion of a potential set of ideas.

There's Zero content here.  With the illusion of content.
Well written though.  I recommend people go study persuasion tactics.  Then reread that op.

I wanted to know more about what you are saying and your opinion to counter what he is saying.
To me, the climate always change so why are they giving so many warnings like this is the end of the world?
And then use the kid Gretta to show up on TV and of course, people don't like it when you insult a kid about a stupid idea but yeah why not we all like the environment. Then leaders of other countries realized it was all political.

Anyway, becuase of climate change developing countries may de-industrialize themselves ending with no jobs for people because they hate smoke going up from thier factories. For crypto, I think they will give more importance to POS tokens for it doesn't waste energy as they said.

But not for the people who believe in decentralization.
1785  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Jake Paul Vs Nate Diaz boxing Aug 5th on Dazn PPV on: April 13, 2023, 02:31:01 AM
^ Fury was an actual boxer though. Nate Diaz is not. He’s most skilled in jiu jitsu which he will not be able to use. This is a step back for Jake, but it will be a more entertaining fight. Nate Diaz has so much scar tissue in his face he’s going to be bleeding like a stuck pig by the end of the second round. The pictures will be epic. I’m sure it’ll be the biggest payday of his life too.

Nate is built for bloody fights, I bet he won't give up even if his nose rolls down. He also wants this fight besides making money, probably he wants to raise the flag of MMA fighters defeated by Paul. But I doubt Nate will win against a young big boy here.

If just for once  Nate throws a big swing down Jake's balls. An intentional one. I think it will be enough even he Nate ends up having a bloody face. That will still be fun for a meme.
1786  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will ETH has the capacity to pass BTC? on: April 13, 2023, 02:11:12 AM

Surpassing BTC is next to impossible since ETH is going POS. Tokens in POS are earned by stakers/validators and they earn the ETH almost with just nothing but biding time.

Mining BTC is the hard part because miners would have to pay more for their energy bills to earn them. And it means that these miners will not sell in  loss that's the difference.
1787  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Technical analysis a must know in crypto trading? on: April 13, 2023, 02:06:13 AM

Reading charts is not learned from school AFAIK. People only learned it when they have the interest to learn about it or just have the motivation to make money.

There were success stories posted on the forum, particularly on the Forex forum where they were just following the free trading systems shared by some users. Eventually, they learned more about the indicators and how to use them to speculate the market.
1788  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Jake Paul Vs Nate Diaz boxing Aug 5th on Dazn PPV on: April 12, 2023, 05:50:04 PM

Since Jake lost against Fury, I'm somehow convinced he really is real and not actually buying the fighters for him to win. But no Tommy rematch when he wanted it after that fight. He is back to beating retired MMA fighters. It's time to make money again for Jake.

Although Nate is 37, the age did make him just lie down. He got the chance to make it in another combat sport.
1789  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why does Cardano get so much hate? on: April 12, 2023, 03:14:43 AM

Apart from its development being slow, the price is not moving up. An investor who wants real profit in a short time will really hate this kind of project.
It could be because Charles owns a ton of ADA just as how we see XRP where Garlinghouse owned Billions of the XRP tokens. Charles struggles to convince people that he wouldn't dump his tokens.

This is also another token that is just going to be printing more of its token while not very decentralized due to the nature of it being POS.
1790  Economy / Speculation / Re: Where next for Bitcoin: $20K or $50K? on: April 12, 2023, 03:04:14 AM
With price now at the 2021-2022 previous 18-month long support level around $30K, as highlighted, where do you think price will go next?
It is good to continue to DCA would be my advice. Definitely our thinking and speculation was that bitcoin would reach $30000. It is now $30000 and what people would be thinking about now is if bitcoin will continue to rise or not, or if bear market is going to follow.

In my opinion, I think bitcoin price may still rise further, but if it happens like how it happened while it was at $28000, it was a strong support price that made the bull market to continue further and hit $30000 today. If bitcoin do not fall or rising back to $30000, I will be expecting $35000 to be the next support price.

But I checked the monthly BB, all I think is that it is possible for bitcoin to increase to $35000 before falling again. Even if bitcoin may not increase further for now. It would be a good idea for people to still continue to DCA. I do not know about other people but I myself is believing in long term speculation and price increase, that bitcoin will hit over $100000 after the next bull market. Which means bull market would still be the overall result after long term holding.

$35k will be oversold in the weekly chart and it will dip again slowly that it take months before it will hit the bottom at around $25k or probably just $26k. before going up again to $40k.

Waiting for another 2 to 4 weeks before this $35k happens I guess but if this again is another bear market bull run, it will already be diving to $25K without hitting $35k.
1791  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [UFC] Israel Adesanya vs Alex Pereira 2 on: April 12, 2023, 02:24:38 AM
After watching the fight back I’m not sure Izzy was pulling a masterful rope a dope. It looked a bit like he was getting pounded on and then threw some haymakers as a last attempt to not get put down. They landed perfectly and he got a clean win, but this was a close fight. If I were Izzy I would want a new opponent too.

It actually looks like he was in trouble in that exchange but it could also be that he planned it all to make Periera lower his guard and it's exactly what happened when Pereira began to be very confident after throwing the body shot.

This Pereira's fall is making lots of fans want more to have another shot for the two in the cage. As much as DC wants it to happen, Adesanya had already spoken about declining Alex unless he crawls up the rank beating the top fighters.
1792  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not sleep on DEx Exchange tokens on: April 12, 2023, 01:10:45 AM

New dex tokens are new. These are all unknown, I'm not sure if it has ANN thread here.
You will need to find out whether they'd survive in the next bear market because if not, they'd just die. The old DEX tokens might just be the one you'd prefer but like any other altcoins, you will also need to sell them right in the bull season otherwise you'd lose more money when prices dive.
1793  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Wagering requirements for withdraw on: April 12, 2023, 12:50:34 AM
Welcome to scam casino. A lot of us have gone through that experience where users wouldn't really deposit anything if they just knew that the deposited amount is bound to lose.

Why not just name the casino to warn everyone here who plans to claim bonuses because more than likely that its not just you who will fall for it.
With enough people warning about them, they might just change that TOS.
1794  Economy / Reputation / Re: How secure are you when unknown user chats you up? on: April 11, 2023, 02:59:46 PM

When its someone who knows you like a friend online or personally knows you, they will immediately say something for the conversation to start and not just saying Hi hello.

Ignore them and that''s how to secure yourself. If you see someone just saying Hi and hello, that is someone who wants to waste time. A person who has a purpose of chatting you will immediately pitch what they are offering and then you can immediately say no. End of story.
1795  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The importance of operating completely anonymous on: April 11, 2023, 02:53:38 AM
It must be hard to really be anonymous in every way. Because as long as your phone is turned on, it can be traced when you have used it on one platform. I watched several tips, but they always said that once you have used your data in one exchange, it's recorded there on the database.

But it's possible to make a wallet anonymous by depositing coins that go through many layers. This I think is more important. I'm not an expert though.

1796  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The hype ends ? on: April 11, 2023, 02:02:06 AM

The thrill is gone for Doge. It only rises a few cents after Musk changed Twitter's logo to doge. But I think it's only because most of the investors today are focusing on investing in BTC. BTC is the most popular after all. But sooner when the sell orders on Doge are only a few, we will see the price goes up. It should be obvious by now that Doge is up there on the ranking.
1797  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC Fight Night & Main Event: Sportsbet.io Predictions & discussion on: April 11, 2023, 01:05:01 AM
He really took that kid's mocking personal. Indeed he gave Pereira the fast track to get a title shot even when he only has a few fights in UFC. But this time Pereira will really take the hard road going up which if he goes up to LHW, a losing streak awaits.

1 loss out of 5. is a good winning week for me. Next week will be Max Holloway vs Arnold Allen. The most exciting fight in this card is Clay Guida vs Rafa Garcia.  Grin

1798  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: NOVA88.IO | Nova88 CryptoSports | Decentralized Sports Betting | No KYC on: April 10, 2023, 02:49:14 PM

While more than 50% of the people here like No KYC casino, they all want thier money to be safe at the same time so there could be issues to face for this casino. But welcome to bitcointalk.

Is ACT a native token for this casino? It's a wonder why you chose AminoX blockchain.
We are still going to see this project doing ICO right?
1799  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [UFC] Israel Adesanya vs Alex Pereira 2 on: April 10, 2023, 02:18:04 PM
I am in favor of a third fight of the two in the UFC. That Adesanya lost a couple of times to Pereira in kickboxing is not part of the story anymore. That's just history that isn't even MMA. The UFC record is 1-1 to both Pereira and Adesanya. So it is fair to have a third match if only to break the tie.

That was a great match. The first one was also a great match. There is no reason to deprive MMA fans of another great match in a second UFC rematch. Both fighters deserve it also.

If only Pereira survived those counterblows, this could have easily been a repeat of their first match. But Pereira was also the one who got saved by the bell in their first fight. A third fight is needed.
I didn't expect Adesanya to be able to win TKO from Pereira, he seemed to have prepared everything from the start, this was Adesanya's first win against Pereira, I'm sure there will be another match between the two that will take place in the next few years

Adesanya didn't just win a TKO against Pereira; he won a KO against the man who used to beat him 3 times. But it's not really unexpected. We all know how athletic, quick, and powerful Adesanya is. It could happen. You have to remember he also nearly knocked out Pereira in their first MMA match. Now, it has finally happened.

For now, the prospect of a rematch will have to be shelved. It could happen in the future though, but Dana has mentioned that Poatan might be moving to 205 after the match. So the rivalry will have to end, at least for now.

Pereira fits in that weight class. He don't have to dehydrate himself to take away 20 lbs every weigh-in. If Adesanya fights Pereira on 205 lbs, Adesanya will be in big trouble.

Maybe if Adesanya decides to also move to 205lbs, they may have a rematch but so far according to the news, a rematch in the coming months may be unlikely. And by that time also Pereira might have losses because LH is full of cold-blooded fighters like him.
