If you ask me for my personal opinion, then the answer is that he and his administration will be very harsh on Bitcoin, or at least try to be. However, unlike when he was the president for the first time, now in the game with BTC we have very powerful companies like BlackRock and Fidelity, and a very strong crypto mining sector that will lobby together so that there are no strict regulations or maybe even bans.
Bitcoin has matured and come to a point that it is a political issue. Accept it, prohibit it will create advantage or disadvantage of a politician's propaganda or a party's propaganda. Trump just has to accept this fact, join the trend and do something oppositely with Biden administration to gain support from US. citizens especially citizens who love Bitcoin, cryptocurrencies and are investors in this industry. As for the CBDC, the matter is very clear, if he become the president, he will do everything to prevent this from happening, but he will have the same attitude towards everything he considers to be a threat to the US dollar.
It is not actually threat for US. dollar but for privacy of US. citizens. Only my thinking, I guess Trump worries about CBDC's power to trace his money flow too. He possibly will care more about himself, before the US. citizens. I (and certainly many people) would like to see some third option for president, because Biden is simply too old and senile, and Trump is a man against whom various court proceedings are being conducted and as such he should not have a chance to run at all.

I think it is warming up for Halving. Or this could even be a temporary rise caused by the ETF approval.
Bitcoin market was warmed up and rose up a lot with news about potential approval for Bitcoin Spot ETF applications. After approvals, price was corrected and took about three weeks to soar again. It soars again because people see massive new capital from Bitcoin Spot ETFs and they speculate price will rise more. My current take is this. Bitcoin will not surpass All Time High before Halving. I do expect some sort of repetition of what happened every Halving in the past. Every body is expecting history to repeat so they will take action based on that and influence the repeat to happen again.
I bet so too. Because whales must clean up the market before a big bull run. If price simply rises more and more, non stop, it will be more expensive for whales to accumulate Bitcoin. It also results in more selling pressure that is harmful for their manipulation and profit taking price area and distribution phase. I bet on a big correction before a halving but I believe in a bright future for Bitcoin, not only in this bull run but also more years in future. |
