1801  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC Fight Night & Main Event: Sportsbet.io Predictions & discussion on: April 10, 2023, 05:09:31 AM

hahaha overconfidence kills, I saw that in Alex last night, he kept talking between rounds, trying to get into Izzy's head, but Izzy was too smart, stuck to his game plan, set a trap for his overconfidence, lured him in, and countered. It was a great night for Izzy because he had the entire world on his side. I've never seen a fighter so loved, and everyone wanted him to retain it, and he did..

Israel Mobolaji Odunayo Oluwafemi Temitayo Adesanye- this name carries weight he is the true son of the land.

It was really the overconfidence of Alex Pereira that destroys him and not really Adesanya, and Israel Adesanya were reading him like a book so pretty much Alex Pereira was still doing the same this just like their 1st fight and Israel Adesanya was aware of it, listening to on his corner, and it was really a successful plan, but I guess if this plan doesn't work there is still wrestling that he can still count on, at least that is what I believe in for Izzy's game plan,

Chuck Lidell from training Alex Pereira ahead of UFC 287 Here is the clip Video from Partying with Kamaru Usman and Israel Adesanya, Here is the Video very real quick changing sides,

And here is another great video from Mojahed Fudailat depicting the UFC 287 fight and it was really hilarious,

Frozen Like Elsa

Damn more salt to the injury. Pereira must feel betrayed because of this. Chuck has been enjoying the party so much that he won a lot of money betting against Pereira while he is part of the team that trained Perera. But is the video even after Pereira's loss? Adesanya looks bigger these days, in this video, he seems skinny.

Videos like this are like a campaign for the rivals to really disrespect each other. And then there's one incident where Izzy mocks the son of Pereira just as the son did during the time when he lost against Alex in kickboxing.

1802  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Times When Casinos Will Ask Certificate That You Are A Responsible Gambler on: April 10, 2023, 04:28:41 AM
If it is up to the casinos, they will not ask for these certificates since they all want the gamblers to lose.

I wouldn't really expect the government to do this with the intention to protect someone from getting addicted or spending more money. In the future, we already have CBDC where the government can just shut down your CBDC account and expect to see you homeless soon.
1803  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Rigged Game on: April 09, 2023, 05:12:19 PM

It always felt like it was rigged when you lost it all after playing Martingale with your last money. 10 to 20 in a losing streak, it must really be rigged but heck it happens many times already. It applies to most luck base games. One way to check its hash and if anything doesn't check out, then the game is rigged.

But I guess the casino has more ways to prevent itself from getting caught. And all you got to do is just move on.
1804  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: April 09, 2023, 04:57:19 PM
^^

There are no such injuries for Adesanya or whatever if you looked at the fight it was a great fight to watch even Alex Pereira is doing great what he surely does most of the time but Israel Adesanya is playing a little risky possum but if you look at the fight Israel Adesanya's eyes were focus on Alex Pereira awaiting the right opportunity while Alex Pereira doesn't really know what had hit him this time, and that punch from Izzy really out cold him a couple of minutes so I think the rematch will not going to happen so soon, I think Israel Adesanya will need to fight Robert Whittiker for the time being while Alex Pereira will have to relax and stay out of the Octagon for the meanwhile, before setting up another rematch,

This is the result of my picks and bets for the UFC 287 event,

MAIN EVENT

Alex Pereira (2.18) VS Israel Adesanya (1.78) - Betting for Adesanya - BET WIN

CO-MAIN EVENT

Gilbert Burns (1.24) VS Jorge Masvidal (4.70) - Not Betting - WIN

MAIN CARD

Rob Font (2.60) VS Adrian Yanez (1.56) - Betting for Yanez - BET LOST
Kevin Holland (1.43) VS Santiago Ponzinibbio (3.10) - Not Betting - WIN
Raul Rosas Jr. (1.43) VS Christian Rodriguez (3.10) - Betting for Rosas - BET LOST

PRELIMINARY CARD

Kelvin Gastelum (1.81) VS Chris Curtis (2.14) - Not Betting - LOST
Michelle Waterson-Gomez (2.45) VS Luana Pinheiro (1.63) - Not Betting - LOST
Gerald Meerschaert (2.65) VS Joseph Pyfer (1.55) - Not Betting - WIN
Karl Williams (1.25) VS Chase Sherman (4.50) - Not Betting - CANCELLED
Cynthia Calvillo (3.45) VS Lupita Godinez (1.37) - Not Betting - WIN
Trey Ogden (3.90) VS Ignacio Bahamondes (1.31) - Not Betting - WIN
Steve Garcia (2.65) VS Shayilan Nuerdanbieke (1.55) - Not Betting - WIN
Sam Hughes (3.25) VS Jaqueline Amorim (1.41) - Not Betting - LOST

He said in the post-interview that Pereira would have to do that hard work to get the rematch. Explaining that he did get the quick rematch because he had the belt for a long time and had defended it many times. Pereira would indeed have to fight the tough guys who might just easily defeat him like Whittaker.

But I think they should get another rematch while fans like it. More fights more money for them and I think its Dana's decision.
1805  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in times of danger. on: April 09, 2023, 04:20:59 PM

What is important is that BTC you hold lives up to its purpose. A currency is always useful to buy something you need. Anyone who holds coins would also do the same if they have to spend them in times of danger.

Since you have created this thread, maybe you should as well just share what danger you are encountering. It would probably help users here understand what made you create this thread or if you just wanna unload it out of your chest.
1806  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A Thought On Gambling Strategies on: April 09, 2023, 09:55:06 AM
I think people don't understand that there is no strategy in gambling. Gamble but consider your spendings on it as an entertainment expense. Got luck on your side and won? Good. If you don't you still had fun.
If there is no strategy that works for you, that is okay but you cannot invalidate strategies that works for the others. The suggestion of yours is a great one because you will be able to flee from disappointment if ever it is not your day.

But if you have won with or without strategies being done, I agree to just have some fun and do not forget that purpose when you gamble so when losing streak comes to you, it won't give a heavy feeling of pain.

It's no fun when you lose an amount of money though. Whats fun is wining some money.
With so many disappointments in the past, some of us do not believe in those strategies already. I did some strategies in the past from dice to roulettes and blackjack, but I always end up losing it all. If there is one strategy that works, it's to stop playing while you won.

This is why I stick to sports already like the rest of us on NBA, boxing and MMA.
1807  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Shakur Stevenson vs Shuichiro Yoshino April 8 on: April 09, 2023, 09:31:56 AM
Another one-sided dominant performance by Shakur Stevenson. They are already trying to build up Shakur vs. Haney. If Haney beats Lomachenko, they will be expected to fight each other and I think the winner should then be considered the best pound for pound fighter in the world. As good as Crawford and Spence are, they have waited too long to make that fight and I think these younger guys are surpassing them by trying to get the best fights made instead of hiding behind promoters.
It's really crazy for Shakur to fight with the best of the best lightweight boxer, a huge challenge for him. Well I'm not really sure if the winner will be considered the best pound for pound boxer in the world because both Usyk and Inoue haven't lose yet. I think Inoue will become the best pound for pound boxer in the world if he able to beat Stephen in Fulton in his upcoming fight.

As we can see Shakur doesn't have a lot power, but with his stamina and speed he can win via TKO in this fight.

This fight didn't get so much attention from gamblers because of Adesanya vs Pereira 2 fight. And it's obviously a mismatch fight knowing that Shakur is a more skilled boxer than Yoshino. The bookmakers knew it from the start.

I don't think Shakur has no power. He probably just toying Yoshino.
The referee didn't wait for the 3rd knockdown before stopping this fight.  Yoshino may have contested for a bit but I think he is grateful for the notion or he would end in the most embarrassing KO.
1808  Economy / Gambling / Re: Limited in every bookmaker on: April 08, 2023, 04:39:58 PM
Unfortunately, I dont have idea where to make a betting account,
I was limited at almost every crypto or online bookmaker.

If you have losing account on bk88, betnomi, roobet or even some normal online bookmaker, reply me here or in inbox.

I have an offer you can't refuse

Does that "offer you can't refuse" involves the person to place bets for you with their account? I don't think that's a good idea. I'm not sure how correct I am, but I think that'll still be considered as an account abuse and/or bet limit evasion.

I am familiar with your name and had to check back to recall that we met on one --cluster-- case of a scam accusation. Now, I'm not sure how correct the final verdict for that case of yours, but if you're limited by almost every betting platform, it probably means you're on their shared blacklist, maybe for abuse or, hopefully, for a simple uncleared misunderstanding.

It'll be better if you try to reach those platforms --maybe not all, just couples that you preferred the most-- and ask for the reason of limitation and solve them. It's a better idea than dragging people into the... offer they can't refuse... with a catch.
Well from what i know about account limitation in gambling, its normal thing, this means that, a gambler doesn't have to commit any crime to get limited, aside winning too much..

Yes, when you are winning too much on a certain game or games, there is the possibility that you might end up being limited on the amount of money you can bet on such games, though the limiting on games is the most common among casinos, but there are still some casinos out there that will limit the user from entirely playing on that  casino, on the same reason, which is winning too much.

It ain't so different in the traditional media where the high rollers who win all the time are closely monitored by the casino personnel.

If the limitation though is just the amount to bet, a gambler could live with it and just bet a few in every platform he was limited. But if the limitation is that he is not allowed to bet on sports or slot games, then it really could be worth it for him to buy someone else account.
Yeah, buying someone else's account is what I've seen many do, but then, I still do not think it's ideal, simply because It can only take a few months or even weeks before the bought account will be limited too.
And another risk is that, an account that wasn't winning before, suddenly starts winning, the casino can get suspicious of such account, and might request for another round of kyc, if the person who sold the account isn't available anymore, there is a big chance you won't be able to pass that kyc and also might lose your money in the process.

Ohno that's another problem when the casino asks for the KYC of it. Only to see OP couldn't provide KYC. It's only going to make it worse when the account suddenly has noticeable activities like wagering big bucks and winning more.

The only way is to just play within the limits they give. It's costly to withdraw several times though but still he can play and bet which is the most essential to his equation.
1809  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: April 08, 2023, 03:05:22 PM
Anyway, does anybody else think Adesanya is gonna retire if he loses again?
No he wont retire if he loses this fight, he is only 33 years old and he still has few tricks left in his sleeve.
Worst case scenario he could take a break put some weight, more training and he could try to go up in higher division again.
I don't think any other fighter except Pereira could beat Adesanya in Middleweight category.

And then they are also saying lots of fighters in the middleweight who could beat Pereira easily with thier wrestling.

If Adensanya loses again, he may not get any title shot anytime soon and he would have to climb up again to that next division. And then those contenders in that division will look at how he fought against Jan Blacko. Bigger and meaner fighters are up there which Pereira really belongs to. It was said that he gained more than 20 lbs the next day during the fight with Izzy.

Once Izzy wins there will be another after it.

Congrats! Did the store prefer to accept stablecoin?
Not the new release of OnePlus but 12GB of RAM made this phone slightly costly.
There are some brands that we can see on mobile stores with 8GB of ram that only cost $80.

I'm not sure what the difference but they all seem to be faster nowadays maybe if you have installed different apps already, it will have an effect. With 12GB RAM I guess you are planning on play-to-earn games?

1812  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it wise to spend your Bitcoin on: April 08, 2023, 03:28:50 AM
Good timing in using BTC to buy something might just help save some BTC. In bull run times, I think it's a good time to spend it to buy something than spending the BTC while there is a bear market.

But then anyway, it's your option on doing things. I myself am spending some and some are saved in my wallet. The only way to make some more BTC is to gamble.
1813  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What if CEX do not have BTCs? What is being traded then? on: April 08, 2023, 02:33:38 AM
I don't think exchanges can fake that. They know anyone would want to withdraw the BTC so everything that is traded in the exchange is available for withdrawal. They'd be labeled scam if they are not allowing withdrawals.

If there is less BTC volume then there are just a few people in the exchange buying and selling. Most probably the price of BTC in this particular exchange will be much higher or lower compare to the market price.
1814  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: April 07, 2023, 05:22:19 PM
Well, you are right if UFC fighters will surely keep on losing to boxers then that is not a great image for the company
Let boxers fight in octagon with MMA or mixed rules, and we see who wins then.
No boxer will want to get humiliated by fighting with MMA rules and hence you wont see anyone after the James Toney disaster who was a decorated boxer with championships in multiple division fought Randy Couture and got finished in the first round.

Two world class boxers that would fair in MMA is Vasiliy Lomachenko and Terence Crawford who have legit high level wrestling background.

Yeah sure...  But I wonder how they'd handle kicks to the legs.  :/  Especially those Gaethje style leg kicks.  I don't think they'd be able to handle a couple of rounds of those.  There's also the grappling aspect.

That's why I hate MMA fighters try and make transition into boxing and get ridiculed if they lost.  It's mostly just a dog and pony show.  Why don't the best in boxing get into MMA.

Anyway, does anybody else think Adesanya is gonna retire if he loses again?
Hey! I completely grasp your unease regarding Adesanya's UFC destiny. A second loss might shake any fighter, especially one as gifted as Adesanya. But wait, let's avoid hasty assumptions. Perhaps he'll stun us with an unexpected comeback, even stronger after defeat.

Alternatively, he might opt for a dignified exit and pivot to full-time meme production or food blogging, celebrating his passion for carbohydrates. Picture "Adesanya's Starch Extravaganza," a cooking show where he reveals carb-laden dishes to his followers. Pancakes, pasta, and pizza prepared with UFC gloves on—what a sight!  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Tongue Tongue

No matter Adesanya's choice, his impact on MMA is undeniable. A rising legend, we ought to cherish his prowess while he's active. So, let's unwind and relish Saturday's spectacle. Who can predict whether we'll witness meme inception or the debut of a carb-rich creation?

He did some of that cooking stuff that is posted on social media. A career that's very far from combat, I can only think he will be moving on to boxing after all few of these MMA fighters are now trying boxing. He could try the Logan brothers, he could be winning millions still with boxing.

This 2nd fight is already giving doubts to UFC fans if he still got it. His nemesis followed him from kickboxing to MMA and maybe if he couldn't win in MMA, it's possible in boxing.

1815  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2023-04-07] Elon Musk And His Company To Fly Bitcoin To The Moon on: April 07, 2023, 03:58:48 PM

The idea is just to literally make BTC go to da mooooon!  But who is going to travel going to the moon to hunt the keys?
If they have to pay such a huge amount just to get there. Why wouldn't they just use the amount to buy BTC as it's a sure thing they get some BTC than hunting up there.  Someone should just tell him which is a good idea and which is a stupid idea.

1816  Economy / Gambling / Re: Enough to consider a casino scam? on: April 07, 2023, 03:30:02 PM
Why not just avoid the casino that you think might just be a scam? Remember that we encourage users to do research first and if you see the casino is not well known to the community, it's possible that it's new, and a new casino could be a scam until it exists for a long time without scam accusations or they have resolved accusations.

But now that your friend has deposited already I guess the only way to find out is when he made sure he sends the right documents to pass KYC. If it ain't working still and all the casino's response is that he didn't pass the KYC, the casino really has the intention to scam.
1817  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Do you think security is a prime feature to consider in payment getaways? on: April 07, 2023, 05:43:26 AM

It's not the prime feature to consider but it's the first feature to watch out for before investing in a currency.  I would certainly ask around first and find out. Remember that it's money you are trying to deal with. Money will always need security especially digital money. Bitcoin is famous because it has the most secure way of confirming transactions and is irreversible.

Before crypto, we did trust those payment methods like Paypal. There is a security to those as well until we realized.
1818  Other / Meta / Re: History of Bitcointalk - Making a Documentary Piece - Need your help OGs on: April 07, 2023, 04:58:32 AM
^ Really? It's possible that Satoshi had reveal himself a long time ago?  That is something to add to OP's documentary.

Though Satoshi had been said to have not posted here, Bitcointalk had reached historical heights though. There was a document published recently that the government is looking into this forum. It wouldn't really be surprising to see there are users in the forum who has riches and some are really well-connected.
1819  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How honest and transparent are casinos? on: April 07, 2023, 04:21:51 AM
Yes, I'm with the majority here, yes there are a lot of trusted casino's, those platform that we have played for years already and has a lot of competitions and even whales who join.

But there's no way for us to verify has transparent they are as far as giving those bonuses or rewards to it's players. Only they have the numbers and no one can verify if they really gave that huge amount of money to the winners or not. And with that, the only thing we can do is to accept what they said base on face value alone.

You just have to be grateful when you receive a bonus, it doesn't come every day. The trusted casinos we know might not really be transparent but you wouldn't really rely on the bonuses. When a casino announced some users got bonuses and you will not be able to find out if those users actually got some bonuses after all we all like privacy.

New casinos can also promote themselves pretending they are giving bonuses too. But they just can't fake reputation. I'm just assuming the point of the thread would be for such a situation as new casinos wanted to exploit.
1820  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: who Want To Bet On 2024 USA elections? on: April 06, 2023, 07:03:19 PM
Biden should have retired a long time ago.

The recent story with the indictment of Trump really surprised me. As far as I know, these charges are not preventing Trump from running for office. Personally, I see only two real contenders to win the 2024 election so far - Biden and Trump. It's hard to say exactly who will win.

They really screw Trump making sure he will not run. This is going to be an uphill battle for Trump. Desantis is not the president type also and even if he is popular he wouldn't win. They will also find faults against him.

So much power is given to the old man who can't even finish a sentence and then mumbles something SOTU.
If we are not to consider our bets but just consider the welfare of US as a country, IMO none of them fit to seat but Biden might still win.
