@ BCB I really hate this guy we have sent countless messages all over durham about this guy being a scammer. This guy is a real piece of shit. Me and my wife decided this morning that we would like to do something about him. What we where thinking is taking out a full page ad in his local paper we are willing to throw some money into making that happen would you be interested in contributing to the cost of posting the ad?

I would like some of these coins I am going to set up a miner tomorrow and hope to dedicate it to this coin. This was the same as the idea I had for a coin so I would like to support it. If any of you guys mine them and would be willing to sell for PP I would be interested in buying.

Tacotime should I start using and promoting PPcoin? Is it a good coin?

Did he get you BCB? He has been on bitcoin friends scammer list for months. My wife Amber sent messages to all his family and friends calling him out on being a piece of shit. We where thinking of running an ad in his local paper too. That guy sucks.

I'm getting started on a new rig. I'm using a Asus P6t6 WS Revolution Motherboard and I've got 7970 gigabyte edition graphics cards. I'm having difficulty getting the BIOs on the Motherboard right. Also, its only recognizing 1 out of 3 graphics cards. I'm also having trouble with the ram, I have 2 4g but they seem to powerful even though I have 64 bit windows os. Anyone have any suggestions? Anyone have a similar rig? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Here are the bio settings I have right now: Asus P6T6 WS Revolution BIOS Template

Can anyone help me? One of my rigs has two Radeon HD6870 core edition 1 GB DDR5 XFX graphics cards in it. Cgminer says GPU 0: 69.0C 75% 275.1/276.2 Kh/s A:54 R:0 HW:0 U:876/m I:15 but GPU 1 is only getting GPU 1: 33.0C 36% 30.5/30.8 Kh/s A:11 R:0 HW:0 U:1.27/m I:15 I tried changing the configuration settings around but GPU1 is always way behind. I had it working correctly last week and I don't know what changed. It doesn't make since to me because they are the exact same card. Nothing seems to be wrong with the hardware itself. People have told me that it has to be a problem with the software. Any help will be greatly appreciated. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

Figured out my problem, I'll post it here just in case someone has the same problem in the future. I search for a long time to find the problem and couldn't locate a solution. Turns out my 3gigs of ram were maxing out leaving me with 0 physical memory if I put the intensity above 10. Switched the GPU to another of my computers (6gigs ram) and threw in a new power supply to support the 2 pci-e 6 pin connector(the reason I didn't put it in this computer to begin with, there were no pci-e power connectors) and voila, running like a champ averaging almost 300KH/s in cgminer and burnside's litecoin pool is showing 315-330KH/s average.
What were your final configuration settings? I'm still trying to get mine just right.

Seriously there are people in this thread that have no idea what they are talking about.
You can quote PayPal TOS all day long. Fact of the matter is anyone who has ever done SERIOUS sales with PayPal has experienced some bs in the past. Whether it be BTC or not, PayPal does what they want to do. Most of the shit they do has no rhyme or reason.
Yes, they generally side with buyers in most cases. Yes, they can freeze your money whenever they like for no real reason. Yes, their reps are unhelpful idiots.
And finally...YES, using PayPal to sell BTC will eventually get you shut down. You may be minimizng your risk by limiting who can buy from you on ebay or wherever you may sell, but you are also minimizing your profits.
How about this you worry about your account and I will worry about mine. Thanks for your concern.

Sure I know about that. I sell on ebay for a living and have done so for the last five years. i know all of the games that are played on ebay. There are ways to prevent that from happening. I would highly recommend that you be very careful selling btc on ebay, it is very easy to be scammed. I have seen lots of sellers come and go because of fraud.
Now to your real point...am I the one messing with your ebay ads? No..asshole
A couple names come to mind but I have no idea who is messing with you.
Whoa there. Pretty quick to call me an ass hole for asking an innocent question to a fellow BTC salesman on eBay. And I know the risks associated with eBay/PayPal buddy. I can assure you I have made more money than you. I have seen your listing northoutboards. But you have no clue who I am. I can teach you a few things, but I wont. Thanks for you assurance that you have made more money than me. I guess we will never know because you are operating in darkness. i have my name associated with my account and if you want credibility from me you will need to do the same. I dont know who you are and dont really care but I doubt that you would be able to teach me shit.

I thought you might now get lost.....seriously you are looking pathetic. I am sure you have something better to do with your time. Some nerd shit or something. Go write some code.

We will see what is what. I treat people fair and like customers. With good customer service and speedy replies and I am building a larger network of sellers and buyers. I also just spent 10 k on mining equipment in an effort to have greater liquidity. My customers stick with and trust me because i dont mess around with stupid shit and I give them what they want... which is not a hard time which is what you get any other way you try and buy coins.

Read most of this post but not all so I dont know if this has already been mentioned. This isnt really a problem it is easily avoided. What they do in japan is this.. The use steal rounds to gamble with, but gambling is illegal.. so what they do is gamble for the steal balls then sell them for lipstick then sell the lipstick for cash. The government is fine with arrangement because it forces the revenues through a taxation system. The govenment wants to get payed when you use their currency. Which is fine by me. It does say in the ruling that miners can exchange thier coins for goods.
Of course it you sell for cash it is pretty easy to hide that revenue so small ex-changers will still sell for cash.
