Unfortunately, no PayPal account atm (was an eBay seller that had to do the whole PayPal chargeback fraud dance with a ring of scammers). PayPal/eBay's poor/non existant handling of the situation put a bad taste in my mouth for both said services.
Otherwise, I'd be happy to transact, sorry for the complication
I understand I have been an ebay seller for 6 or 7 years, I think everyone has a run in with scammers at some point. Ebay has a surprising number of them. Thanks for the consideration. |

It's been like hell here for 3 weeks. Three typhoon and monsoon (habagat). It's been raining here for 3 weeks that causes flooding, power outage and internet signal disruption at times. You can search it on internet. I did not able to work online and finished my projects. Now we are now slowly recovering from that mess. I hope I can pay you back. I have 2.5 btc right now but I really needed this for my family. I promised to pay you back with interest. Hoping you understand me. I don't want to destroy that trust you give to me.

It is worth 300 to find out someones character IMO. I have been entrusted with around 130k in usd and business worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. They say everyone has a price. I havent found mine yet. My integrity would be very expensive. I had a homeless Vietnamese guy give me his BP settlement from the oil spill 48k. He didnt even know my last name, i could have easily taken the money, but could not have lived with myself.

You got it I have traded with jason about 50 times he always sent first and sold me btc-e codes at great rates. I even let him rent my rig out to mine power coins for him.
I figured it was a 90 percent chance he would pay back, he offered to pay interest on the loan and i told him i dint need it and would just loan him the money.

Its not a commercial transaction. I loan money to a friend. He didnt pay me back. The money is gone, that is how life works.

No it is not as easy as people think to charge back paypal. You cant dispute gift payments sent from your normal IP address if it is funded from our balance or bank.
It is not PP that charges back it is the bank or credit card company most of the time.
If you send a payment for an item you can claim it wasnt received and if the other person can upload tracking they will side with you.
**edit** let me rephrase it you can charge back or dispute anything you want but you still wont get the funds back.

I dont know I never tried, but it is not like I used my debit card to fund it so I dont see what my bank would have to do with it. It never went to my bank..shit PP is basically my bank so if they wont refund me I cant get refunded.
Let me put it like this i have no idea where the funds came from, could have been a MP or a ebay payment or a bank transfer or a bitcoin sale.
I am pretty confident that the only way I am gonna see the 300 usd again is if Jason pays it back to me.
