1321  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Should i create a website website where you can buy and sell bitcoins for free! on: August 20, 2013, 08:56:20 PM
NO

People will just get scammed by scammers.

good point!!! but tell me the solution too

Not if it has a reputation keeper, email verification, and an area where sellers can load a personal profile and can link to transaction history.

I think it is a good idea.

The rates are higher than what you wanted. The bitcoin are sold at current MtGox rates...not a discount to MtGox.

You may need to re-think that business model.  More and more people are switching to BitStamp, BTC-E, or CampBX as a basis for pricing.  MtGox market share of the exchange business is quickly shrinking, and I think they may no longer have more than 50%.  Their USD prices are artificially inflated due to the difficulties in withdrawing to the US.

I disagree, but thanks-a-million for the business advice.

MtGox is THE price used in this industry.

Why would anybody suddenly decide to de-value their bitcoin?

I know I am not going to, and I doubt any of my clients would do so either.

You wont have a choice soon people will become unwilling to pay gox pricing.. sooner than later. I have started using bitcoinaverage.com for now and will go to bitstamp pricing soon.

1323  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: btc e down? on: August 20, 2013, 08:25:51 PM

1325  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: I want 50$ PayPal for 0.420BTC on: August 20, 2013, 01:32:30 AM
Sorry, but everything is moving away from gox and toward bitstamp. My top price would be 110 for now.
1326  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Selling BTC. Would love to recieve WU but other payment options works too. on: August 20, 2013, 12:44:24 AM

1327  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: What is currently the best way to Exchange BTC to US$ on: August 19, 2013, 11:58:29 PM
If you really want your money in Paypal, without having to worry about chargebacks, just buy a moneypak from someone.

I currently offer a $300 moneypak for $315 worth of BTC. See my signature for details.

at what rate?
1328  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: WTS $300 MoneyPak for your BTC on: August 19, 2013, 11:54:09 PM
What rate i can do 117 per btc.
1329  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Selling BTC. Would love to recieve WU but other payment options works too. on: August 19, 2013, 11:45:13 PM
I am using bitcoinaverage.com to calculate my price. i bought coins today at 111 so IMO 110 is good
1330  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BFL announces 28nm 600GH/S blade for $4680 on: August 19, 2013, 11:31:12 PM
What i dont get is why none of you guys have a problem with a 600 gh device. If they do manage to produce a blade with that amount of computing power seems like it would be easy to gain control of the network. I dont like all that processing power in one place.

I am just a lowly trader around here and dont have much interest in the tech side of things (thought I do have 15 gpus mining LTC.) , but shit seems way to centralized for my liking.
1331  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Selling BTC. Would love to recieve WU but other payment options works too. on: August 19, 2013, 11:12:04 PM
Okay... I agree for bitcoin to work it has to be a network of trusted P2P buyers and sellers. It sounds like you know what is going on with paypal.
1332  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: |WTB| Bitcoins for MoneyPaks on: August 19, 2013, 10:33:56 PM
That is miss bitcoin.
1333  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Selling BTC. Would love to recieve WU but other payment options works too. on: August 19, 2013, 10:29:39 PM

1334  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: WTB PAYPAL (have BTC/LTC) on: August 19, 2013, 06:09:57 PM

1335  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: >>>[ANN] www.Visa4Crypto.com Prepaid Visa cards accepting 16 different coins<<< on: August 19, 2013, 04:34:26 PM
BTC LTC NVC. I would take any that could be exchanged on btc-e though.
1336  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: I want 50$ PayPal for 0.420BTC on: August 19, 2013, 04:10:55 PM
 I can give 44?
1337  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: WANT TO SELL: My bitcoin for your Moneypak Bitstamp + 2% on: August 19, 2013, 03:14:17 PM
This is how it can be charged back. I talked to a greendot rep. and this is what he said. Say someone buys a MP then the guy behind him grabs the card and runs. People dont look at the card as money so they clinch their cash going in and then toss the card up in the air and leave it hanging out their back pocket. So the card gets took the green dot rep calls them up and gets the card frozen.. It is very hard to charge back but can be done.

The rep I was talking to just got robbed on a BTC deal and i told him he was screwed, he got on the phone and got his funds right back. So if you had a green dot employee send you a code. You send the BTC they charge it back. They could only get away with a couple a month but it happens.

If you take to many of these cards they will freeze you account. I had paypal put a note on my account about to many MP's they told me it is not a big deal but you cant take them as payment for items.

So dont do 10  40 dollar money paks a day.

OP that is a great rate. I will gladly send over some PP funds.
1338  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: >>>[ANN] www.Visa4Crypto.com Prepaid Visa cards accepting 16 different coins<<< on: August 19, 2013, 02:53:35 PM
I am personally not interested in prepaid cards as it would tie up my funds. I have a couple sellers on my page that probably would, JP for one, but I would be interested in buying alt coins mostly LTC depending on the rate you could offer above btc-e price. I am sure I could pay more than the exchange you are using. Let me know what you think
Thanks
1339  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Selling BTC. on: August 19, 2013, 02:12:58 PM
To margaritahuyan: Under you name at the left side of the screen, I can see this warning:

"View Profile  Personal Message (Offline)
Trust: -5: -1 / +0(0)
Warning: Trade with extreme caution!
Ignore"  So please back the fuck off.

When it come to you sublime5447 I rather not send first. So I am looking for other options. Taking my time. It doesn't mean I am looking for an opportunity to fool you or anyone. I dont understand why I should give away so much information about me if I was trying to scam someone. I wont even ask you to send money first, I understand that I will have to go through and escrow service, but that is when I no longer have no options besides an exchange.

Thanks

Ok fair enough. Danny is super trusted send him a tenth of one bitcoin. I personally think you dont have any coins.
1340  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Selling BTC. Would love to recieve WU but other payment options works too. on: August 19, 2013, 04:19:23 AM
Is this the message he sent you? Just wondering if he is just cutting and pasting the same message to multiple members?

I find this whole bitcoins-clutter complicated and very hard because I really am a nice and legit guy with a STRONG need to start selling my bitcoins.
I have put up ads on Localbtc, the need is too small in Stockholm. I have written to my friends on SR for help, nothing. Mtgox feels too slow, expensive and a little insecure. Everything is just one big headache if you should not settle for a shameful bid ... My goodness, the feeling to have money without having them.

Besides, I made my first affair with a guy from localbitcoins.com, called "Cawer" 5 days ago, can not believe how he managed it but after he received his bitcoins, I discover that the bank has frozen the money he has transferred and my very own bank report me for fraud offenses. Totally sick. They took my bank account and money Those fuckers. I will not send money to anyone in advance who is not a full member or similar.

Here is my facebook, plese check me out : http://www.facebook.com/sammy.rustom?fref=ts

Skype: Sammy.Rustom

If there is anything I can do to secure your position without having to send BTC before I get a chance to get payed for them, like sending you personlig information/ID or ANYTHING. Please help me get through this. Best regards

Danny might be able to answer this?  How in the hell does someone charge back a bank deposit.. Never heard of it happening.
