It's funny how fast a new function in a miner generates requests for features which were sleeping for years :-)

I've opened an SSL port as well:

ssl://zec.suprnova.cc:2242

can be used for Claymore 9 and you'll have a fully encrypted mining connection to suprnova as well.
1862  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's ZCash AMD GPU Miner v9.0 on: December 07, 2016, 09:21:55 PM
What pool is best for zcash???

Was using Nanopool but seemed to be losing alot of H/s on average compared to what my miner was doing even after the fee. Switched to Flypool H/s moved alot closer on average but still less than average with fee & bad share's which is never much, Also the the hashrate on there graph is wildly unstable, anythg from 700-1050 h/s, averaging about 900 from 960 on my miner....

Also cheers 2 Claymore, another increase on my cards.....

There are quite a few pools now, you might want to try https://zec.suprnova.cc for a while too Smiley

shameless plug there ocminer!  Cheesy

jk suprnova are good pools to mine at

Well.. why not Smiley

Thanks for your compliment Smiley

1864  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: EWBF's CUDA Zcash miner on: December 07, 2016, 09:09:11 PM
EWBF behave totaly different
ewbf use a lot GPU power, depending on card near 90% tdp, Memory controller load is ~60%, memory use ~1.5Gb
nicehash use same 10-15% less power, memory load in 2x exe go up to 71%, memory use ~250mb per instance

I presume both have one or other parts done better, so in time i bet we can have more then 300sol (maybe even 400 with OC as 1070 is a lot bettern then AMD in blace algo calculations) on default 1070 or even more, at least more then AMD HW have atm

i managed to do 250 sol at 100 watt like nicehash, but ncicehash was only 220 at the same wattage, so this is actually coded better

Your setting ? .

120 core 55 tdp 400 mem

on pool side the earning is not right, are e sure the dev fee is 2% only?

I see hashrate in miner 1:1 on suprnova

yeah the hash is right but not the final earning

On Nanopool the hashrate and profit is also in line with the miner for me - using 6 hour averages. This is great work! Thanks! EWBF! Smiley

what's your exact result, mine is 1500 sol only 0.017 zcash(0.0155 + 0.0015 in round earnings) in 3.5 hours...should have been 0.02 already

You cannot reliably count that over 3 hours on prop pools, wait at least 24h to get luck variance out.
1865  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore 9 freeze on: December 07, 2016, 09:08:16 PM
Is your PSU okay ? I had such problems with an "el-cheapo" PSU which was overloaded once the cards where working optimized and under full load
1866  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's ZCash AMD GPU Miner v9.0 on: December 07, 2016, 09:07:23 PM
Sapphire Nitro Rx480 8gb 255h/s .  You are the best Claymore.

how do you get 255 ? I get 222 on sapphire nitro 480.. Do you have bios mod ?

Hi ocminer,

somthing is wrong account, lastblock in Transaction list is 23488, but a lot of more blocks was found.
Las Block that was found 23508...

Acount ID: 229537 / BigMcRat

Hmm, did you had some submitted and valid shares after that block ? usually for all blocks you've submitted shares for you'll be credited.
1869  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: EWBF's CUDA Zcash miner on: December 07, 2016, 05:46:01 PM
ocminer is there some problem, pool reporting 95% invalid shares with ewbf just now?

miner say all ok, 5min ago had 2% bad shares

No problems here, running fine on 1060 and 970 here on zec.suprnova.cc

Could you add a .bat for suprnova as well ?

It's very simple:

miner.exe --server zec.suprnova.cc --user suprnova.1 --pass x --port 2142  --cuda_devices 0 1 2 3

Thanks

bump, please add .bat for suprnova
