1881  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SSVP - new fake coin scam on: April 08, 2022, 08:55:16 PM
The most hilarious part is the price for the fake coin, SSVP, is always going up and there is "MathRandom" calls in the price code. It is such an obvious scam website.
I recall seeing this kind of chart before. It kept rising and rising each single day with no single red candlestick only for it to dump to zero in one minute of the day the scammers decided to exit

So since 1st March 2022, the chart has only been green  Cheesy

They are using fake accounts of Asian women from dating sites to get people into this.

Where did you see that?
Quite a common practice on Instagram or tinder where profiles with beautiful looking ladies/models lure horny men into investing into a scam shitcoin or Ponzi scheme. I think I have seen a dozen scam accusations relating to dating sites here, especially tinder.
1882  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Robinhood to enable the lightning network on: April 08, 2022, 02:51:29 PM
Good move, but I don't think I will ever like Robinhood or even sign up to use it, especially when they decided to do the unthinkable after the Gamestop incident where they decided to block retail traders from trading certain assets while it was business usual for hedge funds and institutional investors.
They are capable of doing the same thing again.
1883  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Finland is next on: April 08, 2022, 02:36:34 PM
Next is finland if try join with nato
Lol, right now Putin and his army are like this dog  Grin

They thought they would match to Ukraine, invade it and overthrow the government in a couple of days amidst warm welcomes and jubilations from the Ukrainian Civilians, but here we are. They received fierce resistance, and now they are running away like a frightened dog that just got slapped on the face.

You really think they can manage to attack Finland right now after facing the new reality?

You are wasting your precious time making some explanations to the troll. He does not have any sense in him and will continue to post gibberish. Just look at his trust feedback. It says a lot about him over the years.

1885  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Precious slap on: April 06, 2022, 12:53:19 PM
So if the money is split say 60/40, the slappee should get the lower 40% and Smith should take the uppercut.
Why would the "slappee" get the lower cut, yet he went through;
1. The pain of the slap
2. The embarrassment
 Grin

Otherwise, I guess it's a blessing in disguise from Chris Rock, and being a gentleman he was that day helped him a lot. I am just imagining how things would have been if he had punched back.
1886  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: STAKE.COM HUGE SCAM WITH PROOF NO TROLL on: April 06, 2022, 12:32:36 PM
Stake failed to do both and this is why I truly believe that they were waiting to see the outcome of the match before making a decision. Scummy move.
Wow, look at the irony, a scammer wailing out that he has been "scummed"  Cheesy

Mr LetsGetIt834, how does it feel getting "scummed"?
Now that you feel the pain, can you please pay up the loan?

1887  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stake casino withholding 2.8 million USD. Stay away at all cost! on: April 06, 2022, 12:23:59 PM
Funny you can post here but you can’t respond to my complaint eh.
Because troll and scammers like you don't deserve any attention. Check out the feedback on your profile. It says a lot about you.
Very cocky, kiddish, a serial liar, a scammer and always looking for a way to extort casinos.

Good thing you know that they are personal issues with you. You have a very rotten attitude. Change it.
1888  Other / Meta / Re: Is shilling links allowed now? on: March 31, 2022, 09:59:15 PM
In this thread, such members who would make only spam posts while trying to advertise their websites eventually got banned after various reports from members.
The most notorious one was the advertiser of coinpedia

We have all noticed that something has changed about how plagiarism/paraphrasing is currently treated on the forum
Maybe I'm a bit behind, but how has any of that changed?  Have the rules around plagiarism relaxed?  And what's the state of moderation on the forum right now?  I'm wondering if Theymos needs to hire some more mods.

I don't report very often. I have about 83 reported posts, with 5 of them unhandled at the moment. The highest I have ever had, Something is definitely happening about moderation
1889  Other / Meta / Re: Advertising shiller spotted! on: March 31, 2022, 09:44:02 PM
This user: forward_habit_9365 has been massively shilling simplecryptoguide.com from the time he registered in 1st February 2022

Out of 97 posts, only about 3 do not have the link he is shilling.

Mods, please act, either a ban or delete the non-constructive spam
1890  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance unverified account on: March 31, 2022, 08:46:08 PM
I have never tried Binance P2P trading before. Only spot and earn/pool
In other words.

1. Even before Binance started, the strict KYC verifications. For one to carry out P2P trading. It was a must to first pass KYC.
2. By the time someone trades on P2P, that means they are able to deposit, trade spot markets or withdraw funds.

So for Binance to claim that they are now enforcing strict KYC requirements, yet I can see brand-new accounts can still trade P2P minus any KYC verification, is a big joke.
1891  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Africa Football Discussion Thread || Current discussion: World Cup qualifiers.. on: March 30, 2022, 09:56:10 PM
There were some pretty ugly scenes after the Senegal and Egypt match yesterday. I saw a short clip on Twitter showing Senegal fans storming onto the pitch trying to attack Salah. He also had cups and drinks thrown at him as he was leaving the pitch after the defeat. I didn't watch the match, so I don't know the reasons behind it all. Is it just due to a rivalry between the two nations or did Salah do or say anything to kind of justify such (unfair) treatment? He doesn't seem like the type to do something like that to me.
This and the video clip of Nigerian fans storming the pitch after getting dropped out by Ghana. It was a real low from the teams you would expect to be among the most powerful in Africa.

Apparently, in some post I read, Senegal fans were giving Egypt a taste of their own Medicine. It's widely side that Egypt fans are known to use lasers to taunt opponent players

I think CAF has to get serious and start imposing serious bans and fines.
1892  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance unverified account on: March 30, 2022, 09:26:42 PM
Can unverified members still trading and withdraw funds?  Huh Huh
I think it's happening.

I made a post about this last year, whereby unverified accounts were still able to make p2p orders ( Some people are still able to trade p2p on Binance using new unverified accounts

What is so funny was that even brand-new accounts that were created after Binance announced that a newly signed up account can't trade until they verify where able to trade via P2P  Shocked
1893  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stake casino withholding 2.8 million USD. Stay away at all cost! on: March 30, 2022, 08:58:40 PM
I have been completely ignored by stake casino.
A picture speaks a thousand words. Prove to us that you got scammed, or at least show as a screenshot of your blocked account. Stake has a representative here who is so responsive. You could try sending him a private message ------> Stunna

But since you made the accusation public. Post all the proof in this thread as well so that we know who is lying and who is not.
1894  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: March 29, 2022, 09:56:50 PM
Barcelona to sign Lewandowski and Salah both? I don't think that they will be able to afford both of them at the same time. I would expect both of them to have really huge demands from Barcelona. Especially Salah would want a lot of money even more than he would want from Liverpool to extend his contract. I'm aware that Barcelona have signed a sponsorship with Spotify already. But I don't know how much this sponsorship has increased their budget. But if they go for one of them, Salah would be a better choice. If they fail, then they can go for Lewandowski.
They won't even be able to sign one of them in their current state. Maybe if they do another Aubameyang style type of signing (free signing plus play agrees to massively reduce his salary) which in my opinion will be impossible.

It also doesn't make  sense signing another top striker, yet they already have so many forwards doing well at the moment.
1895  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I'm sorry if this is a time wasting question on: March 27, 2022, 09:52:07 PM
Isn't bitcoin's blockchain currently about 400GB in size? Why would you need so much storage space for your own node and copy of the blockchain?
When you download a 2 GB movie into your 2 TB disk drive, does it mean you need all the 2 TB just to store  only2 GB?
It's obvious, he will just use part of the storage to run his own node, not the whole 180 TB, the remaining part of the storage can be utilized for other things. I think that's what @Upgrade00 was implying.
1896  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Fairly new and had been ignorant but I know bitcoin works though. Still learning on: March 27, 2022, 09:39:13 PM
Everyone was once a newbie, so it's a journey you should gladly take upon yourself and look forward to being a better person tomorrow than you are today. You can learn a lot about Bitcoin by reading more, asking question where you don't understand something, watching authentic YouTube videos and using the forum search button. I think the most popular HDD minable coin in the recent times was Chia coin. It was so profitable back then, but the profitability has dwindled over the past months after people went in for the gold rush.

According to https://profit-mine.com/en/hdd, 180 TB will earn you roughly $3.5 per day, which is not worth it in my opinion
You can search for about Chia coin
1898  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitDice.me | Warning | What happened? on: March 27, 2022, 08:53:23 PM
I think I saw some people complain about this site before, so this is not the first time.

I checked on their Trustpilot page and the recent reviews are negative - https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.bitdice.me which some positives that are made periodically (fake reviews as they are made in one or 2 days)

I think It's about time a proper scam accusation is opened so that we can tag and flag BitDice.me to warn newbies, guest users and other members who check out their threwad.
1899  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: Bluetherium is the first decentralized financial ecosystem tailored for sports. on: March 27, 2022, 08:32:44 PM
Certainly not the "first decentralized financial ecosystem tailored for sports"

I remember another one back in 2018 which was called GYM Rewards and the rebranded to GYM base. They even tried to sell some wearable devices. Basically their approach was the same as yours, but the project failed completely.

I am not sure if yours will also survive in the long run.
1900  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Open source wallet that supports many altcoins available? on: March 27, 2022, 07:59:27 PM
I think most multicurrency wallets are not open source for some reason. I look for such a wallet back then, but I wasn't successful. The only Open-source multicurrency wallet I know is Mycelium, but it also has limited coin support. These are Bitcoin, Ethereum and ERC20 tokens only.

If you want open source wallets, you are going to have to download individual single currency wallets of coins of your interest in your phone that are open source
