In an exclusive interview, Mike E. confirms having been forced to engage in anal and oral intercourse with Collins-Rector, Shackley, and Pierce while under the influence of drugs that he claims were fed to him without his knowledge.

While Collins-Rector, Shackley and 17-year-old executive vice president and former child star Brock Pierce were able to raise nearly $100 million in capital, they weren't able to deliver the technology they'd promised their big-name investors (like seeing a lamp in a video, and having the ability to click on it and buy it).

The above is what's in stored for all Mt Gox's customers - unable to delivered what was promised.

.....

If I were perverted, and my better half was fucking underage boys in my presence, I sure the hell would make sure that I'm fucking the underage boys' sisters in front of her as well. Why the hell should I miss out on sticking my dick in some 12 year old's tight pussy having a couple public hairs while she has her 11 year old brother on her belly helping him getting his dick hard so that she can put it into her pussy?

Surely, you don't think that a paedo- would simply say, "I'm not involved in that any more" (to quote Dorian Satoshi)?

"I'm not involved in that any more"
FYI: OP didn't want the kiddie sex in this thread.
Sadly, it is on topic...

With apologies to the OP, unfortunately it's relevant.

Wait till you get a load of the team that's destined to take it over: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=590970.0

I spent time on this yesterday, here we go again.
Wait till you get a load of the team...
How about we let Gox die and pay as much as possible to those who lost money?

For those bitcoiners who forgot, Bruce Wagner was kicked to the curb for posing ONCE on some other site about a three-prong attack, i.e. two adults fucking an underage boy. Brock Pierce served jail time in Spain for 1000 Xs worst, and as of six days ago was still in bed, literally and figuratively, with the others that were also accused, one of which is a registered sex offender here in the US, of which Brock Pierce has been using his last name - Brock Rector - as if to show the world they're married.

Brock Pierce has been living with Marc Collins-Rector since he was 17 years old.

Ex-DEN executive admits transporting minors for sex

TRENTON, N.J. (AP) — The former chairman of a Web-casting company has admitted luring five minors across state lines so he could have sex with them.
Marc Collins-Rector, who has been in custody since his capture in Spain two years ago, pleaded guilty here Thursday to charges brought by federal prosecutors in California and New Jersey.

Collins-Rector founded Digital Entertainment Network, which created video-based sites targeting 14- to 24-year-olds. Executives planned a $75 million stock offering, but Collins-Rector his partners resigned after accusations of sexual abuse became known, and the company collapsed in 2000.

Collins-Rector, 44, remains held without bail pending sentencing Sept. 9 by U.S. District Judge Mary L. Cooper.

Each of the charges carries up to 10 years in prison, but sentencing guidelines call for less than three years. Collins-Rector faces just several months because of credit for time served, public defender David Schafer told the Los Angeles Times.

Schafer did not immediately return a call seeking comment Monday.

Collins-Rector settled a five-count federal indictment from New Jersey by pleading to one charge, transporting "J.W." from New Jersey to California, Michigan and elsewhere to engage in illegal sex from 1993 to 1997.

Collins-Rector also pleaded guilty to eight charges stemming from a 21-count California federal indictment. Those eight charges deal with transporting four minors for sex: "R.G." and "J.T." from Michigan to California in the mid-1990s, "B.L." from Minnesota to California in 1997, and "D.S." from California to Arizona in 1999.

Collins-Rector, whose last known U.S. address was in Encino, Calif., was captured in May 2002 at the Spanish resort town of Marbella.

Federal authorities had been searching for him since August 2000, when he was indicted by a federal grand jury in Newark. He was extradited Oct. 24, 2003.

Several teens who worked for Collins-Rector later filed lawsuits alleging sexual abuse, claiming they were lured to his Encino mansion only to encounter drugs, threats and sexual abuse.

Collins-Rector settled a lawsuit filed in New Jersey in 1999 with no admission of guilt. A similar lawsuit was filed in California by at least three other victims who won a $4 million default judgment when he did not respond.

Collins-Rector and Chad Shackley made millions when they formed Concentrics, an Internet service provider, in Michigan in the early 1990s. They sold it in 1995 and then formed DEN.

Shackley and Brock Pierce, Collins-Rector's business partners and housemates, had also been held in Spain, but authorities had no immediate information on their status.

What was that site? And does anyone have a copy of the database that was involved?
The database has been saved by many people I suppose (but not me, sorry) and may be still available; google for "Mt.GOX leak".

The site was http://mark-karpeles.com/ but that URL now points to a form ostensibly created by Mark Karpeles for clients to confirm their claims against MtGOX.  Careful, it smells of a phishing attempt and it may be illegal since creditors should probably contact the bankruptcy court/executors rather than the unknown author of a dubious webpage.
I'm not sure I see the form you're talking about?

Detective Phinnaeus Gage reporting!

that some effort put in there, what I find weird is that how these guys managed to spread all over the world after the shit they did

btw did you guys read about this : http://www.coindesk.com/us-lawyer-mt-gox-settlement-proposal-could-make-former-users-whole/

Just read it, thank you:

"Under that proposal, former exchange users would support Sunlot‘s bid to buy and relaunch Mt. Gox in exchange for a 16.5% equity stake in the new business and settle with key defendants, including former Mt. Gox chief marketing officer Gonzague Gay-Bouchery and original site creator and equity stakeholder Jed McCaleb."
http://www.coindesk.com/us-lawyer-mt-gox-settlement-proposal-could-make-former-users-whole

See....They already have the support of former Gox traders.  Roll Eyes

Looks to me like a many traders on this forum were able to exchange BTC for BTC outta Mt Gox at a discounted price point according to this mega-thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=455243.0

Making G in WoW
With the launch of Cataclysm a friend of mine decided to make a return to WoW and asked me to tag along on his adventures only problem is that he is on a different server and a different faction.

Since I started playing WoW many years ago I have played Alliance with a short foray in to Horde when our guild jumped on to the new Oceanic realm of Frostmourne. Most of us were bored and had cleared MC, BWL was in development so a Horde toon sounded like fun while we waited for new content.

Truth be known I loved it as a Horde toon, and the Chuck Norris talk in general chat in The Barrens was hilarious.

So with an invite to come play Horde on the server Saurfang, I thought why not…

The plan was to get a lvl10 rogue toon full of BoA gear and all the bags and scrolls I would need and transfer over stacked with 10k in gold to hit the ground running, so I dumped all that on a Worgen rogue.

Change of plans!

I created a DK goblin WasteGate (getting my old name was a tell tale sign of good things to come) and also a goblin bank alt Ggekko (suitable name… yes?) with a new plan to casually level a DK and more seriously build a wealthy empire with Ggekko.

The introductory area for goblins is very cool and I was impressed with the level flow and fun things goblins get up to. Unlike other starting zones, there is no running your bank alt to the main city as a lvl 1, you need to get off The Lost Isles (unless you can buy a warlock summon). I finished with 2G 16S in my bag.

With the zone completed I arrived at Orgrimmar and hit the AH up straight away with my favourite mod Auctioneer. And made 10G in the first 12hrs.

I actually purchased an online guide on how to create your own WoW fortune and I’ll blog my progress using it. I’m not going to give away my (or actually Markco’s) methods. The reason I purchased a guide? To reinforce my previous methods and after reading and listening (awesome that Markco has taken the time to narrate the guide as well) I have now come to know that I knew very little on WoW G making ;-)

I’ll keep you updated on my progress over the course of this little exercise.

WasteGate

Sorry 2002

Either way they still might have him by the balls.

Following your lead...

Well I'm upper upper class high society
God's gift to ballroom notoriety
And I always fill my ballroom
The event is never small
The social pages say I've got
The biggest balls of all

I've got big balls
I've got big balls
They're such big balls
And they're dirty big balls
And he's got big balls
And she's got big balls
(But we've got the biggest balls of them all)

And my balls are always bouncing
My ballroom always full
And everybody cums and cums again
If your name is on the guest list
No one can take you higher
Everybody says I've got
Great balls of fire

I've got big balls
Oh I've got big balls
And they're such big balls
Dirty big balls
And he's got big balls
And she's got big balls
(But we've got the biggest balls of them all)

Some balls are held for charity
And some for fancy dress
But when they're held for pleasure
They're the balls that I like best
My balls are always bouncing
To the left and to the right
It's my belief that my big balls
Should be held every night

We've got big balls
We've got big balls
We've got big balls
Dirty big balls
He's got big balls
She's got big balls
(But we've got the biggest balls of them all)

(We've got big balls)
(We've got big balls)

And I'm just itching to tell you about them
Oh we had such wonderful fun
Seafood cocktail, crabs, crayfish
(But we've got the biggest balls of them all)

To summarize:

Brock Pierce and a group of pedophiles were busted in 2012 and cut a deal with FBI to be informants; on whatever projects the FBI required them for.

They have now been called into action by the FBI as the face of the Mt Gox takeover.  Which is actually the FBI attempting to gain access to past and future Gox records under the guise of a private section acquisition.

Or did I miss something?

busted in 2012
Was there another bust?
The lawsuits against Brock Pierce were regarding parties over 12 years ago (close to 14 years)
He left the country with both partners. I'm not sure what year the older guy was arrested in Europe, but 2012 sounds too recent.
....Or did I miss something?

The implication is that an undisclosed bust occurred, not the much earlier one on record.

Check out some more AMT advertising garbage...

https://www.coinpursuit.com/crypto-currency/advanced-mining-technology-amt.119/

Although AMT's website doesn't have user forums, there are videos that offer an overview of cryptocurrency and the mining method to the general public. For their customers, they go a step further: when you order a mining product from AMT, you are given a password that allows access to a host of manuals, tutorials and mining suggestions in their “Client Support” section. Further outreach is facilitated by their use of several types of social media, such as Facebook and Twitter

I've sent an email to the site to update their ad to say scam. But it may be helpful for other customers to send them info as well so that they know its not just my opinion.

There's an error in the copy:

My returned damaged AMT 1.2T Bitcoin miner is just sitting there at:

FEDEX GROUND
14300 TOWNSEND RD
PHILADELPHIA,  PA  19154-1015 (800) 463-3339

AMT, Please go pick this up. Everyone is concerned why you are not picking up your packages anymore or answering the door.

FEDEX can always send to the closest FEDEX store for pickup.

If indeed AMT has trouble having someone to receive the package (which is absolutely strange) then they should not have a problem picking up the package at a FEDEX office.

The package could easily be delivered to them the next time they have the delivery guy pick up the next batch of miners they're shipping out.

Geez! So easy, a Bulgarian Caveman could do it.

1894  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Paymium (Bitcoin-Central/Instawallet) principals stole over a million dollars. on: May 01, 2014, 05:08:52 AM
Hey PG,

I just read the majority of the instawallet claims thread where you requested your 1132 BTC from 3 different addresses.

Did you not keep a copy of the transaction where you sent 1000 BTC to the large address?

If not, was it funded from an exchange? Surely there was a deposit address on instawallet.

I'm neutral in all of this but I can't help that bousac (or whatever) and davout have treated users with such disrespect by not giving information on the auditing party as well as the police report # etc.

Shame.

I'll do what I can to post on this topic and create my own threads should I have enough to work with concerning the matter.

You know me I love calling out scammers and pussies who can't help but be lazy and steal from others.

 Cheesy

Smoothie

Hey, bud. I still feel bad for us not getting a photo together in LV.

After InstaWallet came back online, all three URL pages didn't have bitcoin wallet addresses on them. Eventually, the 1Jpp... wallet did appear after I submitted the claims, for that one was well documented on this forum, but immediately two claims were made against it, thus it could then be red-flagged, to be refunded, if ever, at a later date. Initially, davout denied the claim, but upon presenting the exact same info via email, I was reunited with those funds.

The other two I don't know the addresses because InstaWallet has been withholding that from me from day one. Without the addresses, I can't trace back, albeit that may be a daunting task, for even with the last transaction I preformed with the 1Jpp... wallet to a known address, InstaWallet somehow put layers of transactions between the two that today I've yet to unravel after spending several hours on that task alone.

The only thing that comes to mind is that davout, acting as CTO of InstaWallet, created or borrowed a clone from Mark Karpeles some sort of tumbling software. I have been able to find a myriad transactions going in and out of Bitcoin-Central, then in and out of davout's main bitcoin wallet address, of which 1,384.35491053 BTC can now be seen here: https://blockchain.info/address/16d1yGrEDqSY1xhCnAUWrkahGY2mkWdAYk.

Prior to the "hack", David didn't have much, yet, after the "hack", he ends up with more than what I once had. Ironically, he knew which three wallets I had prior to the "hack" by simply looking at the IP address of whence the wallet on record came from. Once he had that, he announced to the community that we was going to be outta pocket, of which time frame the "hack" occurred on April 1, 2013, and not returning to the forum till the 18th, leaving Boussac to create, than maintain the InstaWallet claims thread, of which they have now conveniently closed, in spite of one of their non-customers (they honestly believe that InstaWallet didn't have any), me, still having two major claims with them, having expressed such since the onset of said claims thread.

To date, the independent auditor has yet to be named. Probably because there fuckin' wasn't one. Perhaps, in a year or two, Boussac will link the name in the French section of this forum like he did with the police report after it was asked for close to a hundred times in spite of him having an official InstaWallet claims thread open.

Again, anybody having funds in the Bitcoin-Central exchange best get them out ASAP, for the clock is tickin' on that son of a bitch going down. I'm pretty sure that Gilitt is still waiting for some return on their $400K VC investment, of which they witnessed three other entities built then crashed and burned. Paymium only has one entity left - Bitcoin-Central - and that ain't looking too hot from what I've been hearing through the grapevine.
1895  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: My 1,132 BTC stolen by Paymium ongoing exchange index via BitStamp. on: May 01, 2014, 04:35:08 AM
When first deposited 1,132 BTC on InstaWallet: ~$13 USD/BTC equates to $14,716 USD.

When stolen: ~$116 USD/BTC equates to $131,312 USD.

At ATH: ~$1,300 USD/BTC equates to $1,471,600 USD.

Currently: $455.9900 USD/BTC equates to $516,180.68

What davout amassed AFTER the InstaWallet "hack" sans any known source of income: 1,384.35491053 BTC as can be seen here: https://blockchain.info/address/16d1yGrEDqSY1xhCnAUWrkahGY2mkWdAYk

Just a coincidence, or are you suggesting the NSA is buying and going to run Gox coxs?
