bobsag3 would you mind answering a few question's ? You have been to London and have met with Blackarrow........

Yes he has gone there and will again when the units are ready to ship,he took photos of what he could at the time, go back to around page 40 of the topic and work your up you will find the discussion at the time.ecointalk has lots of photos in the gallery and is bit easier to read through. Don't worry about all negative shit you see posted here by the 4-5 trolls, they get their jollies by highjacking forum topics with one hand, tug'n their funny bone with the other. One in particular would likely abuse himself to death he erver lost is internet for more than an hour.

I bet you're talking about me. BTW, AMT and Bitmine have bit the dust. Know what else? DZ is MIA, thus no more Hawaiian Vetting Service. Don't worry, though. There's a new bitcoin miner seller up and running to order from and jack off on all the shinny renditions.

Upon going through a thorough vetting process, I'm sadly reporting that Gridseed USB Miners is a fucking scam. Please don't make me view their website to prove it.

Sock-puppets (en masse) in 5...4...3... There's enough Gimp in me for all yous.

Since I'm probably the only bear wrestler on this forum, it gives me great pleasure to bear with them while they populate their site with bearshit.

2663  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Black Arrow is most likely a scam operation on: March 18, 2014, 09:51:46 AM
Yes.

So? I'm relatively new to crypto but an oldtimer at IT, which crypto falls under.

Ask lots of folks here: I've been working my ass off for the benefit of others without anything or much in return.

I've vetted for free and helped get started many of my own competitors but I guess that's still scammy behavior if you're a creepy shtalker troll without a life. You like reading thru all my old Reddit posts trying to dig up dirt? What no mention of my WW2 veteran grandpa who fought Nazis or how I tried to give away a great paying tech job to other surfers at a national lab in the middle of a recession?

Why not dig thru my surfermag posts as KauaiDKer while you're at it? Lots of surfers (including a few legends) know me there when I was trying to give away said job. Maybe you could pretend to be a cool surfer dood and infiltrate the tribe to get them to give up personal info.

Hmm, how apropro that I recently came across this article: http://www.slate.com/articles/health_and_science/climate_desk/2014/02/internet_troll_personality_study_machiavellianism_narcissism_psychopathy.html

How many boxes do you check off on this "personality quiz" PG?  Cheesy  Grin

Rik: You're grasping at straws. Read back, you'll see they threw Clennel under the bus for inquiring about his order.

I'll give it another week before you come to your senses and stop defending AMT at every turn.

Now I get it, everyone in this business is going to freak out about a shifting time tables because profitability is directly linked to when you start operations. But you've seen many companies at this point who are not getting things out on time. We are at stage where we are prefunding the tech with our pre orders. Because that is what they are pre-orders. We made conscious decisions to send money to a company who did not even have the materials in hand to create the product we were purchasing.

So I'm not going to blow up for no reason when I don't have the machine in my hand the second I want it. I'm not going to blow up when my miner is inevitably delayed by forces beyond the control of the company that I pre-ordered the product from. I don't care for the dishonesty and poor customer service I've seen them give others. But I'm not going to start calling them names and accusing their family members and starting conspiracy theories because none of that helps the situation. If that is defending them at every turn then we have a different definition of defending.

First off no "conscious" decision was made to give money to folks who did not have material in hand. At no time last November did AMT inform me they were waiting on chips. They told me delivery would be first week of January - done. They reassured me miners were shipping currently and everything was under control.

Secondly do you even understand the meaning of the word "inevitable"? I hear you making sense at times but then you make some really retarded comments. Nothing here was "inevitable". All AMT had to do was be up front with some simple facts and not make unrealistic promises. They have only made matters worse with their abysmal customer service or lack there of.

inevitable: as is certain to happen; unavoidably. Because there was a delay in getting the chips from the manufacturer it was "certain to happen" that miners were going to be delayed, and if they are starting from the beginning of the list then my miner would also be "unavoidably" late. They likely gave information that was based on information from their distribution partner. Thier distribution partner got information from the manufacturer. The manufacturer was unable to meet their time frame  (which mind you, has nothing to do with bitmine or amt).

you act as if a delay in the chips was inevitable. This is definitely not the case. NOTHING was inevitable so stop making excuses for AMT. You could try to make the argument the chips arriving are out of their control and you would be correct. However, that means you don't promise people delivery dates the week of chips arriving. Secondly, you don't make delivery promises on chips arriving you dont even have fucking boards for!

As far as doing some research i spoke with AMT at length and they assured me everything was just peachy. Again, stop trying to make excuses for AMT. I don't know what your angle is here but trust me it's not going to get you your miner faster.

I don't act like the delay of chips is inevitable, but I do realize the effect of not getting the materials on time and how that will greatly change the best laid plans. Would it have been smart to build a buffer into their and then delivered early if everything went swimmingly? Of course it would have. When you are shopping for a miner one of the number one things you are going to be looking for is when it ships and the companies know that. So they advertise the earliest possible date that they think that can ship based on getting their materials. If they had built in one or two months of buffertime and advertised with those as the shipping dates would you have even looked at ordering from them? Because that's not just an AMT practice

And why is it you assume I have an angle? It's not like AMT is the only company who has taken pre-orders and did not hit their delivery dates.

Nothing I can do will change what happens with AMT so why would I think I'd get my miner any faster? And hell aren't you making the accusation that they won't ship at all because they are scammers? Shouldn't you have said I don't know what your angle is here but you won't be getting a miner anyway?

I'm not making excuses for amt, stop making excuses for not more thoroughly looking into if they had the chips when you ordered. I asked and was told they'd be in any day, low and behold I put my order in on january 31st and on 2/1 they had received the chips. Still didn't know that as they didn't post the pictures until the end of february for some reason.

If they said they had the chips and were shipping 1.2 th miners then they lied to you, but the burden of proof is going to be on you that they lied over the phone to entice you to make an order. If you are seeking legal action anyway.

Since the post quoted below was never edited, clearly AMT posted the pics on the Feb. 1, 2014 at 4 AM CST, or on the Jan. 31, 2014, at 10 PM, Bulgarian time. Either way, he's claiming the chips arrived on a Friday.

Pretending Josh Zipkin didn't own a phone, would posting on the internet suffice?

Hey Guys,

Quick update, chips arrived today and will go to full surface mount and assembly on Tuesday. Hoping to get the first AMT1.2's shipped by Friday.

More to come...

Fact is if you are calling someones personal cell without their permission (or them having given it to you) then you can be nailed for harassment.

I'll take some of that action. Seriously, I will! Let him sue (ha, ha, I speelled it wright) me, whereupon I'll request a jury trial, whereupon further he will have to be present in the courtroom because I'll demand to witness the person that's suing me, otherwise it'll just be some lawyer representing some moniker used on the internet.

Here's the rub. If Joshua Zipkin shows up in court because of the lawsuit he has against me, he'll be met with an angry mob demanding their millions back, whereupon he may not be able to fly back outta the country. Ergo, he won't be suing anybody for harassment.

i just spoke with Josh Zipkin on the phone. I found his personal cell phone number. We had a nice chat on the phone and he is not happy with me (to say the least how i got his personal cell phone #). I told him to issue me a refund and we will call it a day. No regrets.

Josh are you reading this? Did you get my text?

You have 24hrs. to send me a tracking number.

You want his cousin's phone number? His cousin in the US, that is.

I pity the Bitcoiner that desires to be Squire of Indonesia because later if they opt to sell off their ~17,508 islands at $50 USD each, and sell them all, they'll have to figure out on their own how they're going to reinvest the windfall.

Apologies for not doing the maths, for Google calculator is still broken since the last time I used it. Suffice to say, it's a handsome amount.
2670  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] Überkoin @ uberkoin.com (toying with changing the name to Überqöin) on: March 18, 2014, 12:16:56 AM
<A post to help visualize what Überqöin (almost certain I'm going with this better branding option) will curtail, albeit it's still a concept-in-progress.>

Überqöin will be a mega-ecommerce site consisting of vendors that accept BTC or any other viable cryptocurrency currently available or mined in the future.

Users of any cryptocurrencies freshly coming online will be able to immediately spend their newly acquired coins on Überqöin once an exchange mechanism is in place, whether or not our vendor partners accept ONLY the well-established cryptocurrencies, for we'll facilitate the converting and only pay out via BTC. To be clear, Überqöin will NOT be an exchange, but will use existing exchanges, platforms, tools, etc. to convert the various other cryptocurrencies to BTC.

Although it'll cost nary a satoshi for vendors to partner with Überqöin, an automatic 15% commission will apply when patrons order through our platform. Granted, a few vendors may not be able to fade such a vig sans having to adjust their price points but, possibly via some creative accounting, our hope is that not many vendors will opt to not participate. For them, conventional advertising on Überqöin, at an extremely reasonable rate, would still be an option.

In re. the affiliated associates hogwash (in the voice of those thinking such): It's something I've conjured up to not only finance the startup, foregoing a traditional IPO, but, moreover, an ingenious way for bitcoiners, along with fans of cryptocurrencies, in general, to earn BTC via minimum investment--read risk--with potential of being handsomely rewarded.

Not only have I turned the payout schedule for the various downlines upside down, I've positioned the lowest rank, namely Squire, to possibly benefit the most with the lowest entry fee.

Akin to named network marketing programs that offer products and services, patrons visiting and purchasing from Überqöin may not know, nor care, where or how a 15% commission is automatically being dispersed, as long as pricing and ease-of-use of our site satisfies their experience.

Affiliated associates of Überqöin are able to choose their desired regions at a very reasonable, one-time entry fee. Moreover, all regions could be put up for sale via our platform. Squires, the lowest ranking members, will be the only persons capable of selling off individual cities, starting at $50 per, and maxing out up to the amount of the overall commissions earned to date through sales originating from said cities.

In case you're wondering why anybody living in Monkey's Eyebrow, KY, would pay $50 USD via BTC from a Squire to become Bürqömeister of a scantly populated community of which he lives, consider the following scenario...

Quinn Hogsett, of Monkey's Eyebrow, KY, desires to spend his QKY coins to pre-order some next gen crypto-miner, and the only place for him to do such is on Überqöin. Luckily for Quinn, Überqöin accepts QKY as the acting liaison between the Squire of Kentucky and him, allowing Quinn to become the Bürqömeister of Monkey's Eyebrow, KY.

Now, with QKY in hand, and having the mailing address of Monkey's Eyebrow, KY, Quinn is not only able to purchase his $10,000 USD crypto-miner that's not available elsewhere with the exception of some official site, but receives an immediate 8% rebate via BTC. All transpiring within a matter of minutes, to boot.

Me no good with maths, but imagine, if you will, if the Squire of Kentucky were to sell off all ~400 towns in Kentucky at $50 USD a pop to Bürqömeisters. Taking into consideration the 10% fee that Überqöin charges for acting as the liaison on its platform, how much could the Squire of Kentucky earn on his $50 USD via BTC investment? Moreover, how much money could the Bürqömeister of Rabbit Hash, KY, save on his purchases, or earn when some other from Rabbit Hash, KY, orders from Überqöin at 8% commission a pop, or sell his Rabbit Hash, KY, position, now that the commissions-paid-to-date numbers look promising?

An Emissary with the current $100 USD via BTC entry fee, earning 4% commission per sale originating from his region, won't be able to make bank via selling off any of its territory, but will be able to demand a much higher price point if he ever decides to sell his position. Likewise, true for an Ambassador earning 2% per sale at a $200 USD via BTC entry fee.

In short, Überqöin will be the largest cryptocurrency-accepting site in the world, with paying-to-play affiliated associates self-choosing their territories, along with having a trading platform in place to facilitate the transferring of the myriad territories via virtually all cryptocurrencies.

That should be enough for now to whet an alpaca's whistle. (somebody pass me a straw for this mixed idiom on the rocks)

2671  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] Überkoin @ uberkoin.com on: March 17, 2014, 08:21:03 PM
I'll take Yurp. With tanks if necessary. No but seriously, all Europe, from those funny islands north of Scotland, inc. Iceland, to Timbuctoo in the south, ie any 'country' bordering the Mediterranean sea, is now under the benevolent Ubercoinista-ship of Baron Railzschild of Shedland and Yurp. From the beautiful west of Ireland to the rugged Urals and I fancy Yekaterinburg, to all countries bordering the black sea fuck it the caspian, all bitcoinery and related shadoodads will now be taxed marketed under the 'Railzschild, an Uberkoin Superambassador (or anU.S. for short).

Now this is still a tiny continent compared to certain others that may be claimed, so I expect to pay no more than the terms dictate.

Baron Railzschild of Shedland and Yurp

railzand has a non-binding pledge in for Ambassador of Europe, the first continent tentatively allocated.

Remember, when the time comes to pony up, and railzand opts to pass for whatever reason, the next person in the queue that has also shown interest in Europe would be the first to exercise their option to retain it.

Nothing stops a person from inquiring about desire to pay for a premium spot prior to the beta release. Using Europe as an example, if some other would truly want it now, railzand would be given a 48 hour time frame to exercise his option, whereupon a bitcoin wallet address would then be made available for him or the interested party if railzand passes.

Don't worry, for I'm not going to be playing the sock-puppet game claiming to be X to force Y to pay in the hopes of garnering funds ASAP, albeit Al the Alpaca has been eyeballing Lithuania.  Grin

Also, upon juggling the numbers, I've come to the realization that a monthly fee schedule may be unsustainable, thus will probably revamped what I've already penned, albeit for the betterment for members in regards to their commission expectations.

I added a new line to the top of the OP, if anybody following this thread is interested.

Here is the reply I got from Josh today. He really wants me to believe the check was "lost in the mail"... I showed him an email response I received from the FBI's cyber crimes and wire fraud division and now he's upset. For a college graduate Mr. Zipkin has a very loose grasp of the English language.

Craig,

All of these institutions have already heard of us and we've already spoken to them in advanced in one form or another. Different clients preferred to file in different agencies, Including the PA AG, BBB, IC3, FCC, and several others. What we're doing is not illegal because we are in fact shipping units and showing proof of shipping to these agencies, we have proof of manufacturing delays and proof of  materials received and shipped as well. If you like to continue to filing complaints, please by all means do, because they have already been informed of our company and we've have already been down that road them.

Furthermore,

We in fact did sent out your check Craig, but even so in the case that it didn't make it to you, which I asked you to let me know in the previous email on Thursday the 13th,  I gave you the option of receiving your miner or fedexing you a refund check so that at this point would could track it.

Now, because of your hostility and complaints, we'll just ship you a miner next week.

Regards,

Josh

Bitcoin is similar to the U.S. dollar, the euro or the Mexican peso – except that it is not controlled by any country. Bitcoin is a “cryptocurrency”, a cryptocurrency is “is a type of digital currency which in turn is a type of alternative currency” as defined by wikipedia. From a consumers perspective bitcoin is almost the same as paypal. You have an online wallet, just like your online paypal account, and you can do everything from purchasing items online to sending money to family and friends.

Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin being one of about 30 different currency’s in the moment) is the future of money and how the online world will operate. Currently, there are several online and even local merchants which accept bitcoin, and there are few services which allow you to have a debit/credit card attached to your bitcoin wallet. Most bitcoin wallets allow you to instantaneously convert your Bitcoins into dollars, and directly deposit those dollars directly into your account, in less than a few minutes. So in other words, Bitcoins are Dollars in digital form.

AMT is the furthest thing from a reputable American company. AMT is a shady Eastern European company that happens to be in the U.S.

That faggot Josh Zipkin is a BULGARIAN who is obviously using this country as a way to rouse up more business. He's using the whole "Made in America" thing to instill confidence in people.

He also wants to pay people UNDER THE TABLE, avoid taxes, and doesn't even have proper business licensing and registration.

Snore.

really? faggot? why don't you grow the fuck up. if you have a legitimate thing to say you don't have to resort to petty name calling.

Even I don't use faggot, but a tad case could be made if used in a proper context like I did with the N-word thread.

Oddly, when I first read it the post, I paid it no mind, just getting the gist of being pissed off. It wasn't till I read the follow-up post that made it stick out.

Basically, this post is just a quick aside of how I feel without being influence by any subsequent posts.

Surely, nobody's going to opt to use the F-N-word/term, I hope not.
