Is it possible that this is the way TBF hoped it would play out so that some other entity, namely Bruce Fenton's Bitcoin Association, can take its place? Remember, stakes are high concerning Bitcoin, with even a 28-year-old woman committing suicide(?) over it.

from Defendants. The email claimed that “the entire team is in the manufacturing facility day
and night – testing, building, adjusting and so on.” The email failed to supply a revised
shipment date, but rather informed Plaintiff Urbanek that Defendants would keep him posted on
the shipment of his miners as they move down the waiting list We know this is a lie because AMT only had access to the facilities they assembled miners at during normal business hours and only 5 days a week.

Did your attorney say it was okay to delete relevant documents from sources you control, i.e. this thread? I'm just asking in case this thread is needed for the jury trial. It appears bitcoin’s recent turmoil has claimed its first life.
Autumn Ratke a 28-year-old American CEO of bitcoin exchange firm First Meta was found dead in her Singapore apartment on Feb. 28.
Local media are calling it a suicide, but Singapore officials are waiting for toxicology test results.
Ratke formerly worked with Apple and other Silicon Valley tech firms on developing digital payment systems.
Ratke’s death brings the number of questionable financial sector deaths this year to eight.
On Feb. 18 a 33-year-old JPMorgan finance pro leaped to his death the roof of the JPMorgan’s 30-story Hong Kong office tower.

Li Junjie’s suicide marked the third mysterious death of a JPMorgan banker. So far, there is no other known link between any of the deaths.
Gabriel Magee, 39, a vice president with the JPMorgan’s corporate and investment bank technology arm in the UK, also jumped to his death from the roof of the bank’s 33-story Canary Wharf tower in London on Jan. 28.
On Feb. 3, Ryan Henry Crane, 37, a JPM executive director who worked in New York, was found dead inside his Stamford, Conn., home.
A cause of death in Crane’s case has not be determined until a toxicology report is complete, according to a spokesperson for the Stamford detectives division.
The report is expected within two weeks.
Two other bankers have also taken their lives outside of JPMorgan.
On Jan. 31, Mike Dueker — the chief economist at Russell Investments and former Federal Reserve bank economist — was found dead at the side of a road that leads to the Tacoma Narrows Bridge in Washington state, according to the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department. He was 50.
On Jan. 26, William Broeksmit, 58, a former senior risk manager at Deutsche Bank, was found hanging in a house in South Kensington, according to London police. Amazing how this only got noticed on BitcoinTalk a week later, in spite of GoCoin sharing the same office as First Meta. I still say Mark Karpeles' cat knows something. |

I missed that thread, albeit I don't have any serious gripes with TBF with the exception of what this thread is about. I paid for a yearly membership and probably would do so again, regardless if BP is still on the board or not, not opting to give TBF an ultimatum over twenty-five bucks. The above may come across as odd, but please bear in mind that I'm a pretty straight-up guy. |

Also pro tip: Notice how PG's ignore tab has no color. Clearly people want to hear what he has to say or he'd be on their ignore lists, especially with that many posts!
Actually, I can't see it, but assumed it was a deep orange, turned such over a year ago due to me posting heavily in the Bitcoinica threads at the time. I recall being so pissed about that, but eventually chilled on that aspect, somehow taking it as a badge of honor, though deep down I wished it wasn't such, but such is life. I have never ignored a single person on this thread. Also, I'd be hard-press to site a time that I had to notify/bother the mods/staff with any issues. One such time was when there seem to be an honest suicide attempt in progress. I was able to do some quick Google-fu, getting lucky to find an address, and personally spoke with the local police to send somebody over. In fact, this happened twice with two different people, and luckily all ended up okay. |

I don't see why the staff are up PG's ass.
First they ban him and now this... He (mainly) posts in his own threads and all of his trolling is deserved, plus he has some very good points. He's one of the only posters that makes me stop scrolling and pay attention to what he's saying whenever I see his posts. He is a genuine asset to BitcoinTalk.
Meanwhile TradeFortress is completely free to post whatever the fuck he wants, but PG, oh no we gotta ban his ass and then mark him as a scammer!
Why mods, why?
To be fair, I probably deserved to be banned the last time due to my actions, ergo no qualms there. |

Outta respect for you, I opted to not mention your name. As for not coming to you first, I somehow assumed it wouldn't have been removed. If all it would have taken was a PM to get it removed, then way was their an effort to do such in the first place? Look, with the exception of this act, I've never had the red-ass toward you and any other mod/staff with the exception of davout. Eh, well I'm with you on that. He was voted in but only members can vote so...  As for tysat, he isn't in default trust, only the extended list via Maged, Canaryinthemine, tomatocage, myself, and maybe another one or two. So I find your assertion that it's because of Brock controlling things behind the scenes of the forum to be... dubious at best. I may have been off-base in my assessment of Brock somehow being behind said action, but lately I've been getting mixed signals as to what the heck is truly going on. I'm not the bad guy here, but the sentiment of late is dictating else-wise. Most every entity I've expressed concerns about has either fallen to the wayside and can clearly be seen will, with BFL at the top of the list, but still relatively the most viable. Entities I've been critical of in the past and possibly ongoing. Bitcoinica Mt Gox Tradehill (I kinda like Keena's YouTube channel) HashFast AMT BitMine KnC (at the onset, but backed way off, but now uber-critical, but not posting much on their thread) Several ASIC-based miner outfits that proved to be scams outta the gate. InstaWallet (For I still have 1,132 BTC not returned to me) Paymium, et al. for they're davout's concerns Black Arrow CoinTerra (on my radar) |
