I have had it , this was the last straw. I will have you know I am a US war veteran and AMT is now causing me financial hardship. They give me no choice but to take other avenues to get my losses back. The mystery is solved why these things take 1500 watts, it's because they are HUGE. I'm done...
I am also going to mention how you accusing customers of damaging components and asking for RMA. When the jury sees my credentials, there will be no question who is honorable and who is not.

I have unignored everyone at this point I had on my ignore list (up to now it was only a couple people) seeing as the original thread was closed, now I can just switch between threads as needed. I am still waiting to hear back from them. As of now I still have no joy. I did say though if they call me before 10 I will delete these threads requesting the call back. I emailed them and such. I say that if it were most anybody else, I would suggest getting out the pitchforks, but truly believe that Andreas Antonopolous WILL deliver even if it takes upwards of a month.
The sad part is that Dorian's lawyer may end up the biggest chunk of it since he probably had to retain counsel.

You can thank the mod for that one. To be fair to the mod, I'm probably the one to blame, or thank, depending on your stance, for pushing AMT/Josh (and, it was Josh Zipkin, the one that doesn't frequent the forums much) into locking the other thread and starting anew. Of course, nothing's going to change at AMT's end, as most of us already know. Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to post on one those self-moderated threads. |

I have proposed putting together a small community of people from this site, and others, who focus entirely on the "Comments" section beneath articles. To correct the misinformation from the article itself, and the absurd retard-fest that always ensues in the Comments area by the readers. Don't email the author. Write a comment under the article so both the author, and every reader sees the correction. Don't be a dick about it. Sound smart, grounded, and rational. Bad attitude will overshadow the information you're conveying. -B- I concur! Ideally, a link should be added to some Bitcoin Cliffs Note page or a standalone 'landing page', that given time there'll be no excuses for getting the information pertaining to Bitcoin incorrect. |

Well if he's using it and singing its praises then that's good enough, though having him associated with it is one more way the gov will attack it. They owe me 20 BTC and made me travel 800 to claim it, whereupon they reneged on the promise, stating that I was the cause for the problems they were having at the time. Sadly, I will now be the cause for all the problems Joshua Zipkin will encounter in his life unless, that is, he can get a court of law to stop me, of which would be pretty difficult considering I'm on record in asking/demanding for such several times, but they never acted on it, so in essence they fucked themselves.

How do you help AMT fight trolls? When other members make negative remarks or post something that can be construed as something provocative or something generally undermining towards our credibility you should follow that post with a positive response and if the situation calls for it, an intelligent remark against the troll or negative individual Including reasons why they are possibly being negative, or provocative.
Also, random comments here that are supportive and generally nice for AMT to have on it's thread is also considered helping AMT fight trolls. A combo of the two is preferred. Don't fake it, but just support an up an coming mining manufacturer through positive remarks.
When claiming your discount please simply provide proof of your posts via a message to us directly here on this forum from the username that you used to post with. One post wont cut, we're looking for real supporters here and we'll reward those that are positive and cheerful individuals on this thread from this point forward.
There are a few members which already earned this Troll fighting discount and I'll make a list of them shortly. NOT a single company in the world that operated on the up-and-up would stoop to such measures. |

Until recently, AMT led present and future customers, alike, in believing that they've been working 7 days a week trying to get bitcoin miners out the door, when in fact... I was hoping to have gotten a reply on whether or not I can do a pickup. Alyssa sent me an email letting me know about that. Ideally I had hoped to go down tomorrow afternoon. Can someone please get back to me via email if this is possible. I know the plant is closed but if the office is available I can do that. Please let me know asap so I can make arrangements.
The AMT administrative office is not open on Saturdays or Sundays so that would not be possible. Surely someone will get back to you on Monday regarding your request for pickup. Ok that kinda contradicts this. "Hi XXXX, I think there wouldn't be any problem for you to stop by and pick up the 2 rigs. I will ask the team and I will get back to you. I think that they can do it over the weekend, the thing is that the assembly facility that we are using is not open during the weekends, but we can meet you in our office in this case. There was a guy in the office that went by the name Jim Brown, and even referred to Josh as his brother while we were having a smoke outside (just recalled that I probably did pen such), but I never asked for, nor seen any ID. Same true for the Rob dude that was there. My guess is that there were both there to also act as body guards, even though I arrived alone and had no qualms with walking into some strange office late at night to meet up with three dudes, one of which probably despised my guts. Jim Brown(?) seemed pretty healthy to me, but I guess a heart attack is possible if one consumes too many Red Bulls. For some reason I don't believe the clan does drugs, so maybe be able to rule that out. That said, I'm leaning heavily toward this being a ruse. Whatever the case it still does not release them from the obligations of what they have already stated. I am expecting a tracking number myself today as it is the end of the week (work week). While I wish Jim well, there are other people in the company who can handle whatever it is needs handling. I think people would be more forgiving if it was a solo operation or the first time there was a delay. But that is not the case. , if you haven't received a tracking number today, it may be this weeked. What's you're order number? Hey Guys, If you want some info on the company or something all you have to do is ask. No need to snoop around the internet/neighborhood like investigative detectives. Again, we are shipping, we're understaffed and can use help from this community to be the company you guys need us to be. We're not sitting around mining with your rigs, we're just trying to get them out the door as fast as possible ad using everyone to do so. Customer service and sales is slipping because of that. We need help from local guys from this forum that will help assemble, right now we're only getting 10-25 units out a day, we can build/assemble and ship faster if we get some help. Compensation will be given of course. Finding bitcoin hardware savy minded people is hard enough and taking the time to teach people how to run cgminer / test boards / assemble units, slows us down. We're finding our pace and things are speeding up, but again this thread is just getting worse and worse. Having someone monitor and deal with just this thread seems like a full time job - So if someone out there would like to be official AMT thread monitors and relay back with AMT - we're open to that as well. Compensation will be given of course. Delays are due to labor issues and lack of staff. We've said this several times. After giving extra modules, and coming in on an at cost of sale if not over basis. our funds are tight, and payments for overtime quick turn pcb production is brutal - therefore assembly staff on weekends and at time and half are running things quit thin. This thread has both a positive and negative impact on sales. Some of the forum members seem to have made a hobby out trying to make us look bad, but really that's fine, we're not upset about it. Staying at the top of this section is actually a good thing, good or bad. We don't want to be like Hashfast, or BFL - we don't want people to loose money and this community has the power to help us become the best company in america. But no great american company became great without the right people and staff. Strength in numbers men.
