1921  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is blockchain is a never ending process? on: February 02, 2019, 04:18:37 PM
blockchain is a decentralized and secured technology for transaction or transfer currency all over the world. But is it possible to stop one day or its forever?
Every transaction made are being added to the chain so it really shows that blockchain is a continuous and an endless process. Technology continues to grow and improve day by day, so does blockchain has a big room for improvement. It will continue to develop as technology continues to develop. As it continues to improve, people will be more dependent on it.
1922  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who would actually believe celebs promoting crypto? on: February 02, 2019, 02:56:43 PM
DJ Khaled and Mayweather had an issue about shilling an ICO. And other celebrities hyping or promoting scam coins. Who would actually rely on their words? If you're listening to celebs then you are not ready for this type of market at all.
If you’re really a fan of some artist, then you would believe mostly everything they say. Well in fact, not all celebrities actually use all of the products they advertise. Not all artists who promote crypto can guarantee us that they really know how it works. Mostly, they just use them as a marketing strategy and it’s up to you if you are smart enough to believe them or not.
1923  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: AMA (Ask Me Anything): The current state of Bitcoin in the Philippines 🇵🇭 on: February 02, 2019, 06:03:32 AM
I'm curious about how you personally feel about people who are skeptics and all they believe is the negative news that surrounds Bitcoin. What can you say about that?

Personally, I have encountered a lot of people who are like that, and it somewhat makes me feel shy or just wants to skip that topic because they don't understand it or don't want to. Just a random thought. Thanks in advance!

Well, all I can say that it's very unfortunate and very annoying that people act, think, and come up with conclusions this way. To be completely fair though, it's not only the filipinos, but pretty much everyone. Instead of them actually doing their own research on a specific topic/issue to form their opinion in a more educated manner, they simply just make conclusions based on the headlines of a certain news or news article alone. So, yea. Really not surprised how most people(not only filipinos) think that bitcoin is a scam or something that's being used solely by criminals.
Well it's really inevitable for people to be skeptical about things. And I agree with you, they're being skeptic but they don't really do any research to prove things first before making a conclusion. It's just hard to explain things when people tend to believe on what they think is right and what they want to believe. Since most people think that way, other will also think the same without really trying to understand it.
1924  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: IS BITCOIN ATM PROFITABLE BUSINESS ? on: February 02, 2019, 02:19:53 AM
For the past few week i having thinking about Starting My own  bitcoin ATM company , i have been  doing allot of research about it and its seems there going to high  cost as start up  .. My country is the one top 5 africa countries that uses bitcoin but yet i have never seen any bitcoin ATM here . I really need advice from you guys .  Is bitcoin A profitable Business and if you any manufactures of this ATM you can recommend to me !!
If there is a high demand yet ATMs are limited in your place, it is a good idea to put up that kind of business. Before starting ATM business, you should also do research about the number of your possible customer and if you can really gain profit from this. Other factor that should also be considered is the competitors. It is an advantage if there are less competition happening in your place.
1925  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin ATM's are popping up on: February 01, 2019, 06:56:44 AM
Some businesses in the Las Vegas area have Bitcoin ATM (automated teller machine) for their customers to use:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BrL4Zgr6vfw&t=
It's a great start to let people know the existence of bitcoin. As more ATMs are being installed in different places, it will increase the curiosity of people and they might start to take interest about bitcoin.
As for people who already knew about it, it is very helpful and convenient for them since it is way easier to exchange and buy bitcoin.
1926  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: why are you afraid of buying bitcoin? on: January 03, 2019, 03:33:41 PM
indeed there are some people who are afraid of losing. but without realizing it is a process of failure. now the price of bitcoin is low and this is a golden opportunity to buy and hold it until prices rise again. it will bring tremendous benefits later. why should you be afraid
In investing, it includes being a risk taker. People who does not have much experience in this industry, are most likely to be afraid in buying bitcoin so learning how it works is needed. So we should not be afraid to take risk because failure is also a part of success.
1927  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty Campaigns. on: December 26, 2018, 03:37:11 AM
Ever since the market went red, have you guys received any tokens from the bounty campaigns you have joined? In my case, I haven't received any and I've asked the devs of the projects that I have participated in and they told me that they are following their roadmap and focusing on their product. Are you in the same situation as me?

They are just controlling their tokens in order to provide us some decent tokens, because if they distribute tokens right now, where market is not yet ready for it, many might dump its market value even more that may lead to unsuccessful project at all.
1928  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Courage for cryptocurrency participants on: December 26, 2018, 03:35:48 AM
In crypto currency it is likely that

You will fall.
You will fail.
You will stumble.
But facts remains that you must always pick yourself up as long as you remember that you are in control of your portfolio and choices

And Nobody else can decide for you because you have

Nobody to blame for wrong decisions except Only you.

Remember Only you have the power to change your options and choices of investment
Your time will come with you prevailing

I want to promote something. Everyone should learn about trading as it gives us the fundamental knowledge to understand the market. It will help us to be sure of our decision and to give us opportunity to earn profits much greater than others.
1929  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Does ICO and bounty die? on: December 25, 2018, 02:37:31 AM
Hi all. I took part in more than 3 hundred bounties in two year. Last half year there are no pay from project to hunters. Maybe bounty will die or it's transformayion in something other Huh  Huh Huh

The number of bounty you've just joined is way too much, and I think you earn too much from it. But I do really believe it is very difficult to earn now in bounties as the market is also suffering, I hope the problem will be fixed soon or maybe improve the bounty.
1930  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you buy not top 100 alts? on: December 25, 2018, 02:35:23 AM
Hey guys, do you buy altcoins which are not top 100 of Coinmarketcap? Isn’t it risky to invest in them? Want to hear your opinion!

No, not really. I am just buying some coins that has already established a good reputation on the market and it is really needed when you will going to risk your investments. I guess try to choose from the top 10 in the coin market cap for a much more safer way of investing.
1931  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you dreaming to launch your own coin? on: December 24, 2018, 04:20:33 AM
Are you dreaming to launch your own coin and ICO?

How would your project look like? Which problems would be solved?
How would you call it and which abbrevation? (like Bitcoin (BTC))

Would you do a big Bounty and Airdrop to make your project famous?

I'm curious about your plans of creating a new ICO project and your own coin.  Smiley Smiley

I guess launching my own coin is quite impossible to happen if I by myself is the only team that will going to do it. But if we are a group of developers even though we do not have much knowledge about market, we can launch our project, I will name it, Zero *ZRO* which I think catchy to the eyes of the investors because it will focus on trading platforms.
1932  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Next year cryptocurrency market on: December 24, 2018, 04:18:32 AM
I need to know if the coins like early in the year will start to inflate prices. However, I think this way the market will not rise. Say your ideas.

Looking at the bright side, the cryptocurrency market will going to go up high again, I think the bounty campaigns will going to rise again and there will be much more ICO's available to be supported by investors in the cryptocurrency space.
1933  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buy value and not price on: December 23, 2018, 04:59:06 AM
Buying a coin because it is cheap is not a wise thing to do, the reason being that you might not know what the lowest price could be. It is possible you buy and the price continues to fall. So instead of buying with the price in consideration, buy the value. A coin with value will have good products. A product that is needed by investors and those who would like to use it. Although, you might be fortunate to buy it at low price, which then increases your chances of having more profits.

In technical analysis, it is not quite recommended to buy when the price goes down in a moment, you should wait further because it might still fall and it is like catching a knife going down. The best thing to do is like what you've said, to see the lowest dip.
1934  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty platforms on: December 23, 2018, 04:53:42 AM
I'm just wondering how people get to know about latest good bounty program to participate. I have few platforms that I use such as
Bountyhive.io

Bountyplatform.io

ICO alarm app on Google Play Store

And lastly bitcointalk forum.
Kindly help with good platforms you use
Thanks

There are some people who manage to create a bounty platform in a spreadsheet but too sad their website is down now. It is bountypost.club and it provides too much bounties and even detect scam. Now, these kind of bounty platform is for pay not free at all.
1935  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What coin do you HOLD in 2018? on: December 22, 2018, 03:48:01 PM
I think holding is a good choice to make our investment safe. People that sell their investment in bear market seems impatient and finally get big losses. I prefer to chose holding because of my personal reason to prevent losses.

But your answer doesn't fit the question what coin do you HODL in 2018, I think if I am going to answer this, I might say I hold some altcoins like REN, BNB, and ETH. I believe in those coins.
1936  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What makes you sure about next year? on: December 22, 2018, 02:19:42 PM
Everyone is waiting for 2019 to see the price of the coin back up, But what do you do if it gets worse?

I think it is the history that makes me sure about next year. As you can see, year by year, the market is fluctuating, their graphs is changing, going high going low, and if we are going to observe, next year is the chance that the market value will going to be bigger as the chart now is falling.
1937  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: "What will ACTIVATE the next BULL RUN?" - CZ Binance on: December 22, 2018, 02:18:23 PM
Our CEO at www.elrond.com once said: "Ignore the noise, think bigger, plan long term" - so regardless of current market sentiments good projects ought to focus on the tech we must deliver - focusing on the BULL RUN too much just distracts teams from achieving their goal.

In regards to the tech I'm talking about - Check out this thread and see what I mean: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4430681

Thoughts?

Well, even if we plan long term and we are not accurately invest in a promising coin still we're gonna lose. The right thing to do is to study deeply and think about possible outcomes that our decision can make. In this case, we are not just investing but, investing with assurance.
1938  Other / Off-topic / Re: will bitcoin give surprise, ?? on: December 20, 2018, 02:04:36 PM
in this month whether bitcoin will reach the highest price?

No I think. There is no much time left for bitcoin to launch its potential to reach an ATH again. But there is a chance in 2019, Expect the ATH of bitcoin as many investors will going to buy it again. More profit when we sell. Just make sure your private keys are safe.
1939  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Buy now or wait? on: December 20, 2018, 02:02:47 PM
Hi, i am wondering if i should buy a little bit of top 20 coins at current prices, 8th dec 2018, or wait until the market gets lower. What do you guys do?

I have bought the current dip, or at least... when market cap was still around 120 billion usd. Following my policy to buy after huge drops only, i planned to buy the next dip if market cap is around 60 billion usd. But should i not buy the current dip twice? Because what if the bakkt launching next month is succesful? What if it gets followed up by the ETF getting approval in the february sec-decision? What if it all comes paired with new developments that occur? Is this a realistic scenario for short-term?

What would you do, if you were following my plan/policy? I don't buy with large amounts so i can take some losses, what do you think is best?

I rather prefer to buy now than wait more. What if it is really the bull market that is showcasing? we might lose the chance to buy in a low dip rather to buy in a middle price. So, grab the opportunity now and invest.
1940  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto is not a get rich quick scheme on: December 20, 2018, 02:01:30 PM
I don't know if I am the only one that is not worried about the market and feel it is doing fine?
I see different posts about people saying different things like "it is the end", "crypto is dead", "I lost it all, it is time to get out" blah blah blah and I get pissed off. Most people don't do a proper research before FOMO into crypto and confuse it for a get rich quick scheme.
I definitely know the bull run will come but I am not expecting it soon. We just saw a massive bull run about 13 months ago and I think it is too early too see another, because there needs to be room for market correction, which is presently happening. Last year the price of Btc increased by about 1000% and has only reduced by about 600% which means there is still room for more correction. So do away with the fantasy that bull run will occur every year to get you rich and face the reality.

It is only the weak hands that are complaining while the wise are taking advantage of the market to get good altcoins at cheap prices.

What is you thought?Huh

There is no really a thing that will provide a person an easy way to acquire money. But there are fortune, these fortune is what makes the cryptocurrency different. People may be fortunate because of time and chances.
