1941  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: don't be greedy too sell now on: January 30, 2023, 12:39:36 PM
It's best to always follow the market trend. There's less risk in that to going against the market as it takes a lot specialty to beat the market in its own pattern except for few cases of luck.
But for anyone who wishes to sell perhaps for a pressing need, I don't see anything unwise in that, as there are always opportunities in the market at different points.

Well! some other investors are getting huge profits already here because they have been buying a huge amount of bitcoins since it reaches a lower price last year and this might be their chance to get some of their capital because after all it was their money and they might need to assure they recover it and put some investment in some of their earnings from it. It's not really a problem when they want to cash out right now and return later whenever they want to because no one will gonna give them their money back when they lose the current opportunity.
1942  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Shiba inu get to $1 on: January 30, 2023, 11:37:50 AM
Can shiba inu ever get to $1 in the next bull run or more years to come??,  though nothing is impossible, but i don't think it can get there,
And is the project still good to invest in?

No.  You simply need to read about market cap.  For shib to get to $1 each it would end up putting the market cap in the trillions at the cost of all the money in the world.  Simply put it IS VERY impossible for shib to get to $1. Don't equate doge and shib together they have very different supply numbers which controls the price ceiling.

The difference between Shiba Inu and the other coins that continue increasing their price until it reaches hundreds or even thousands of dollars is the total supply but if its owner decided to do a massive burning it will gonna gradually decrease its supply to the point it even lower than the coins I was talking about earlier then it's possible. That's why when they are about to burn some supplies they announce it because it's expected for the price of their coins to rise and investors will gonna buy it hoping to sell their holdings soon than other coins they invested.

I'm hoping that one day we will have a thread about Bivol and Beterbiev, that they finally going to meet in the ring with a date of the course, and a contract, there are so many speculations when it comes to two fighters I hope between these two fighters we will not see issues like what we have seen between Spence and Crawford they just want to make people hoping when we have the date and the contract we'll then have a healthy discussion between these two fighters.

Both are the current best fighters in their respective weight division and probably the most anticipated fight of the decade because the two are not gonna delay this fight when they still have the chance, unlike those two fighters that don't have any consideration no matter how the fans wanted to see them fight in the right when they still at their prime but instead they are avoiding each other until now. Beterbiev is one of the best boxers I've ever seen along with Inoue but he got knockdown already it means he is vulnerable on power punches if it's gonna catch him off guard.
1944  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Facebook And Instagram reinstate Donald trump's account on: January 30, 2023, 09:03:07 AM
In 2020 the Trump campaign spent $113 million in advertising asking for donations.  The boomers donated almost $300 million.  So yeah, he's interested.  Facebook is a gold mine for Trump.  And Trump is a gold mine for Facebook.

After all, they will gonna gain nothing if they continue to restrict his social media accounts and they will gain something when they unbanned it. it might be the right time for them to consider not letting him post anything until the Election if they are truly against him but this time, their decision will put Trump in the upper spot in the next survey once he starts to talk about his plan and way to make their country great again. It was a close election by the way and with the current state of their country after Biden was elected, they consider to give him back a chance again.
1945  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: January 30, 2023, 08:28:10 AM
....
In those crucial moments, they have to review if it's a foul or not, right?
I can understand why the ref didn't blew his whistle at that moment but yes it's like one of the instances where they could have stopped the play and review with the help of instant replay. Even Pat Bev wanted to give the refs a hand by bringing a camera but he got a tech for that instead hehe.

Currently, one of the most embarrassing moments caused by the referee, and we consider this incident as there is something in the NBA that even the referee can't help to do anything about it. With this incident, the doubt about NBA being rigged became more apparent and they cannot hide this stuff so fast because it has been spread in social media already and because of how LBJ react to it, they seem to love seeing it with their multiple opinions about it. Let's see what kind of idea they have to implement in the next upcoming games because this incident will cause more than they thought because the fans are now turning to the refs every game and checking carefully about their miscalls and putting it in the internet.
1946  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So far so good with Bitcoin adoption on my side but I have question on: January 30, 2023, 08:06:28 AM
Do not give financial advise to other people, because they will put the blame on you, when they lose money.
It's great that you are spreading the word about Bitcoin. Good Job, OP. If I was on your place, I would just explain the basic principles and the core concept of Bitcoin and blockchain technology. I wouldn't tell the noobs when to buy and when to sell. Nobody can predict the market, even the best crypto traders are failing sometimes. Knowing Bitcoin is one thing, learning and practicing crypto trading is a different thing.

That's right and it's better to clarify everything to them and to free yourself from any blame when things will become worse for them about their investment. It's really better, to be honest, and talk about the volatility first if they are risk takers, they will gonna invest even though the price of bitcoins is currently high and they will not gonna put the blame on you if they messed up as long as you have been clear and honest to them. The way people invite to their ponzi scam investment is different than what we are doing because they are forcing the newbies to invest by luring them with sweet words and lies, while we are being truthful to them and being careful with any information we share with them because it's crucial for the safety of their money and other wealth.
1947  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Errol Spence vs Keith Thurman on: January 29, 2023, 02:06:23 PM

If we don't like what Spence is doing, then this upset would be the best revenge to teach him a lesson.
Well, whatever the controversies are and the speculation of the people, I just want to see a good fight between Thurman and Spence.

This is really a nice opportunity for Thurman to prove himself without a doubt when he gonna win against Spence. After all, it will gonna be who has the best strategy anyway. You can say Spence got all the skills and physicality to have the advantage in this fight but both of them can punch well. Also, Thurman has the ability that hooked Manny Pacquiao when it comes to his power punches. He just really needs to carefully study how will he gonna lands it on Spence with the right timing to win this fight.
1948  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will crypto banks replace traditional banks soon on: January 29, 2023, 01:14:08 PM
Their reign will be soon over because f the current emerging popularity of the crypto industry and they will gonna need to embrace the future technology if they wanted to be still on the list in the upcoming future. When people see how convenient crypto is, there will not gonna doubt about considering migrating to it and they will gonna leave those banks that were having total control of their money. Hence, this time we see that no matter how hard they try to spread negative information and doubts about the crypto industry, they always failed to convince the people about the reality showing that crypto is now becoming popular all over the world despite of its new emergence.
1949  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: January 29, 2023, 12:22:17 PM
It seems Pelicans ran out of fuel lately as they have 5 defeats in a row. They also don't have enough points to have playoffs locked in so they should make a mega effort next game against Bucks and try to win that game because defeats bring more defeats and they don't need a spiral of defeats.

This losing streak makes them vulnerable to being dropped off in the NBA playoffs and they really need to take some adjustments seriously because they are one of the teams to be expected to make the western conference a hard battle to get to the NBA finals but it seems they need to make things right first before dreaming to get their revenge against the Phoenix Suns in the playoffs. If they don't improve their ranks these upcoming days, then that's all for them and they're just one of those teams who cannot hold their spots despite how they win every single game in the past months.
1950  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin helps the economy of all circles on: January 29, 2023, 11:49:24 AM
It needs some timing especially when you are in the big business because it can affect your sales growth or make your business look terrible when you cannot get back your investment capital once the price suddenly drops. Bitcoins can also attract customers and with enough knowledge, you can take advantage when it becomes popular in your place.

There are cases when they accept bitcoins as a means of payment, their business bloom and they took the initiative to make it more convenient for their customers to use bitcoins. Also, it really needs to be known first before you try to put it on your business and expect to be asked by the common folks and be ready for your FAQ sheets to answer their questions.
1951  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: January 27, 2023, 11:45:58 AM
0 point
7 assists
1 rebound
19 minutes played

That was Ben Simmon's stats against the Pistons hehe. It just doesn't make sense for a big PG not to make more shot attempts on a league that mostly favors offense now. It was less than 10 tries per game in their last four or five outings. This guy would be very lucky to have a contract extension that's close to his current salary if he keeps playing like this.

That was just an unexpected loss because Detroit Pistons is currently in the last spot in the eastern conference and many have expected they gonna win easily but the result is the contrary. Too much for Ben Simmons because he thought he doesn't really need to shoot in this game that's why he average 0 points this time. He might be just playing his role as a defender but that wasn't enough to help his team to win this time. Maybe in their next game, he consider shooting the ball because they are not at the alarming spot anyway because they are in the number 4 spot which is really impressive.
1952  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can bitcoin compete with CBDC's? on: January 27, 2023, 10:30:50 AM
With the current state of market trust what will incentivize the average person to use bitcoin over a CBDC?

Since banks can control supply they can use inflation and other mechanisms to encourage spending. Bitcoin on the other hand requires additional layers to handle even the current network traffic and lacks incentive for day to day transaction use.

It's the same with the current fiat where they only make it digital and of course, the banks have control over your money once again. they just put some sugar coating with it but in reality, they wanted to fool people to use support their CBDC instead of bitcoins. From now on, we expect tight competition between these two and there will be lots of negative news against bitcoin again due to the fact they wanted to turn off the light of the future of Bitcoin as the mean of payment.
1953  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: January 26, 2023, 01:25:52 PM

They are unpredictable now and they have the advantage inside because Davis is a dominant big man, he can score inside and outside. Lebron can focus on distributing the ball to an open man, and he can also continue playing like what he did in the past few games if he wants, thing is, the pressure is not so big for him now that Davis has returned.

Their next game against Boston will be tough and this will determine how they will gonna be in the remaining games of this season because if they cannot get through against the Celtics, then they will gonna be struggling to get to the number 10th spot which will gonna play the play-in tournament. At least they need to try to get to that spot because if they are lucky, they can enter the NBA playoff this season. But as we can see, they're not really improving their rank and for the past 3 months, they can't seem to find the right rhythms to get out of number 12-13 spots.
1954  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: I might be wrong about this but I need to know on: January 26, 2023, 12:55:04 PM
Are people still renting cloud computing Power to mine Bitcoin? A brother from another mother told me this and I said its impossible because I knew they are not profitable anymore, I might be wrong, who knows? That's why I need to ask fellow bitcoiners on this forum.. Is this still possible today? Where not even 20TH is no more profitable, or people are doing it illegally? Because the way he hyped this I am having a second thoughts maybe its illegal.

Cloud minings are prone to scams and you need to look out for their offers because most of the time they lure you with their good-to-be-true offers to their investors. Then they won't execute their plans too early because they wanted to maximize the profits their about to steal and that's what happened to most of the investors in the year 2015-2017 most of them has fallen victim to this kind of scheme and they lose their bitcoins which if they were sold this year, it could turn the table of their lives in a positive way.
1955  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: January 26, 2023, 11:12:48 AM
Crazy that Tommy Fury pulled out of his fight with Jake Paul for the third time. I think he’s using Jake Paul’s name to try and become relevant but he knows he can’t box so he’s just dragging this dude out as long as possible to get people to say his name. At this point Tommy Fury looks like a fake boxer. He keeps dropping the chance to secure the biggest bag of his life. He should just take the ass beating and collect a check. This is getting embarrassing.

Well, That's just how they want to be known but this will not last for long because we all know who is the real celebrity here and that would be Jake Paul, this will not be a loss against him because he can choose his next opponent in the future.

They really need to consider moving on from this fight because this is really not that important like the Spence and Crawford fight. He can go back and look for some UFC fighters and offer them some huge cash just to fight him.
1956  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What makes you into crypto at the moment? on: January 26, 2023, 10:26:35 AM
I have been here since the start of the ICO season when everyone is earning thousands of dollars just by doing easy things with crypto, Airdrops, and bounties. Still, as years have passed, everything has changed and there are lots of things that are new today but I still do something that I was usually doing in the crypto industry and that is trading and holding bitcoins. Many thoughts that their life will gonna change if they engage in the crypto industry and some of them are right and some have failed, well! as of the moment, the only best thing to do is observe and not rush with your crypto investment because we're not yet recovering the old price which was about $30k+ per BTC.
1957  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Nonito Donaire vs Jason Moloney on: January 25, 2023, 01:44:14 PM
I still believe that Donaire can still pull this one off, his loss against Inoue was because of miscalculations I'm sure he learned his lesson well, he is still fast, strong and wise in the ring, Jason Moloney is good but he is not Inoue to beat Donaire, this fight is not yet official, because so many contenders are on the list to make titles contention now that all the belts are vacant so many name is coming up, but if this fight happens Donaire has a good chance to take the belt.

He should take this chance once again because he can still fight and have some strong punches as well. with this kind of opponent, he can easily get the belt and stay in that weight division and depend on the belt until the end of his career. He has nothing to lose to accept this offer and I think he can fight anywhere in the world he can still manage to give us an exciting fight because his last fight was not all bad and he was not as slow as any boxer who was his age. Donaire needs to take every opportunity this time if he really wants to continue his pro boxing career.
1958  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Looking for new exchange token to add to my wallet on: January 25, 2023, 12:47:51 PM
I only know LCX too. I think this was also a new one but this one seems better than the other two that you listed there because it gained an immediate attention. If I were you OP I won't hastily invest on them but I will observe their performance first.

That should be the case for the new exchanges that are introducing their coins for the first time and for the early times because we all know how bad it turns out for the others because they were believing the hype and they think it would last but at the end of the day, the exchanges and their coins both crashed and didn't recover again because of the severe bearish market. That's why it's really better not to jump to any conclusion and consider checking every detail and the road maps if they really following it and the team behind it if they are really legit because some of the exchanges in the past disappeared along with the cryptocurrencies deposited in their exchanges.
1959  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: January 25, 2023, 11:35:37 AM
Conor McGregor facing more bad news as he’s being accused of a pretty nasty assault on a woman. His slow motion downward spiral has been sad to see. Hopefully he gets his attitude together. He’s much more entertaining when he isn’t attacking women and elderly men. He’d better have one hell of a fighting comeback in the UFC or I think his days of being a celebrity may be numbered.

I think he has that great depression of his life when he injured himself in his last fight and he won't get any opportunity to fight again because his health is uncertain and it's really hard to put him back in the cage because this dude wanted to fight every champion out there or someone who is rising to become a superstar. As for him, he thinks he is all good for a fight and he hasn't gotten any offer for his comeback in the UFC. I wonder what will gonna be his future in the UFC after this incident.
1960  Economy / Economics / Re: How can we end the *VOLATILITY OF BITCOIN* on: January 25, 2023, 11:04:15 AM
One of the ways is to stop producing these altcoins revert year because they are one of the reasons why people divert their investment from bitcoins to those altcoins that will gonna turn shitcoins later on. They are just confusing investors and with their promising words when they first introduce their project, many are lured to invest but will gonna regret their decision after years because they will gonna see the bitcoin price rise, and their altcoins seem not to care no matter how good the situation of the market is and when a bearish trend comes, it will not gonna bounce back and remain at the bottom until their developers give up.
