It's not impossible to find a TV show or Movie without a female main character,  although most do have at least one.  To be fair though, females make up ~half the population and most tv shows and movies have multiple main characters.

Like most women, most transgender people that identify as female don't wear high heels, at least not on a regular basis (the whole idea of wearing high heels is pretty stupid, but that's a whole other discussion).  Other than identifying as a gender they weren't born as they're just regular people trying to live their lives without bothering anyone.  

Businesses would still be able to enforce dress code policies, which includes grooming. They could even get away with not hiring trans people.  They just wouldn't be able to have an official 'no trans' policy or use the way someone identifies as a valid reason to fire them.

You have not given enough information and the information you have is not true.  You're behaving in away that I would expect someone who was caught somehow exploiting the software and trying to get paid anyway through public pressure.  The publicly available data supports this.
