As per my understanding, the words up to 20% means that it can be any number starting from 0 till 20 as the maximum. You may complain if Stake said something like "you will get extra 20%" but in fact you get lower than 20%. I do not try to defend Stake, it is based on my general understanding about the words or phrase. I'm sure most people have the same understanding as me that the words up to does not mean as a fixed number. LOL, nonsense. Why would they even mention 20% if you don't get them. That is literally what "up to" means. Why would they say "up to" if they were sure everyone would get 20%? Maybe one the promotions team wanted to do 20% but only got approved for 15%. I am not surprised because most gamblers always look for loop holes of a platform in order to cheat on them, and if they are cut it becomes an attack. Unless the funds are tied up in some bonus or other type of promotion, the players entire balance belongs to the player. The amount they deposited is irrelevant. Lets say: You deposit 100 USDT. After a few days of wagering your balance is 500 USDT 1xbit accidentally offers you action on a match that finished 20 seconds earlier, you bet 25 USDT and it pays out 100 USDT. Now your account is at 575 USDT. If 1xbit doesn't want to pay out the bet that they accidentally offered, then fine. They should show the time logs to the player, apologize for the mistake, and void the bet. Your balance is back to 500. The 100 USDT deposit you made a few days ago is absolutely irellevant. I don't care if it was a 5 USDT or 5000 USDT deposit, the balance in your account is your money just like the money you deposited. As for the multi accounting accusations, that's nonsense.
